Some reviews here mention the campsite, while this one is about the campervan site. It's a great campervan site: spacious pitches and lots of greenery, and the campsite's sanitary facilities are free to use. Two people pay €18, €20/24, and electricity costs €5. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. We didn't experience any road noise. It's a 4km bike ride to Amiens.

Spacious pitches and lots of greenery on the grounds. Excellent service area, water is payable. Very quiet and yet not far from Schweinfurt. The city has a beautiful town hall, but has visibly suffered during WW2. We found the Georg Schäfer museum worthwhile, both the collection and the modern architecture.

Quite a few places with a view of the Main. Current rate is 10 euros. There is some traffic noise near the bridge and the factory opposite can also be heard sometimes, but we found it to be doable. Nice town with all amenities, safely accessible by bike or on foot via a small road.

Most places offer a view of the Main. Places are spacious enough, often you can also sit on the grass in front of the camper. There is quite a bit of traffic noise near the bridge.

Places with electricity are located on the edge. On the rest of the terrain still plenty of space. The town is a few hundred meters away and has all amenities. Cycle path along the Main passes the camper place.

Arrived on Sunday 17 November, no unwanted music. Excellent location, right on the sea. The village offers the most necessary: shop, bar, restaurant and bakery. Voie Verte to Saint-Clair (7km).

Tight pitches and an unfortunate design of the service area. Some pitches offer a view of the opposite lake with flamingos. Frontignan (2km) is not a great enticement. From the camper place there is a nice and safe cycle path to Vic-la-Gardiole (10km one way), with a view of lots of water and flamingos. The village also has a beautiful old fortified church from the 11th century.

A large paved area with little shade. Free choice of place, suitable for any size camper. Many campers have no idea how much 2.5m is and come to "cuddle" if they think that will provide a nicer spot. Service area is fine, well thought out and spacious. Gruissan was disappointing in this period, many catering establishments and trade closed.

Small shady campsite within walking distance of Pézenas. From the campsite a footpath leads to the city. Place to choose, even when the manager is absent. Pézenas is a beautiful and authentic town, so no hyped tourism here.
