Exceptionally friendly and helpful manager couple. We were here in early May 2026. Wonderful base for visiting Cambridge; bus stop a 5-minute walk from the campsite. Campsite well-maintained, very clean, and nice, spacious pitches.

Simple city campsite with beautiful view. Was here October 25 with car + caravan. We could drive onto the terrain; reception closed but the next morning at 9:00 someone came to settle the bill with an official coupon book. We paid €8.60 (cash), incl. electricity. Toilet buildings dated, but spotlessly clean. Hot shower and hot dishwater. Fine.

Stayed here for 1 night with 2 pp for €18.50. Beautiful spacious pitches and clean sanitary facilities. Located a 20-minute drive (by camper) from Reims.

Was here from July 6 to 10, 2024. Toilet building was cleaned every morning. Very personal welcome. I traveled alone and was put in a field with other Solos, who immediately welcomed me. Sam and Marieke organize a lot for their guests and are very service-oriented. As a single person I paid €13.00 per night.

Great campsite; 2 km walk to the center. Had a delicious meal at De Kajuit. They offer senior portions and also various vegetarian dishes.

Beautiful, well-maintained grounds with spacious pitches. Everywhere fruit trees (apple and plum) on the fields, where you can literally pick and eat the fruits. Very friendly manager. Lauwersoog, Zoutkamp, museum/borg Verhildersum, Tea Museum, etc. all within cycling distance.

Just like last year, when I first came, I was welcomed with an apple and an egg; such a nice gesture. Nothing to add to the praise of previous reviewers.

Upon arrival, the reception was found to be closed from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Valid daily. Enter the site and register only after 14:00. Nice big pitches and just sanitary. You can also rent nice tents and even a boat here. The library is housed in a half, upright boat.

Excellent campsite for a visit to Bourges. Beautiful shady spots on the outside edge of the campsite (with grass) and less shade on spots with very fine gravel in the midfield. Extremely helpful young lady in reception.

I agree with the previous review writer. Beautiful, well-maintained, attractive campsite, nice and clean sanitary facilities, extensive library with information about the area, magazines and books. And a very friendly welcome.

We were here on April 21 2017 and paid for camper with two persons € 27.50. From most places overlooking the Rhine and Wiesbaden across. Campsite owner has for his guests a brochure - ein smaller Stadtführer - attractions in Wiesbaden; 10 minutes by bike.. Internet failure; Sanitary basic but clean. One can only pay cash; not by debit or credit card.

Koos and Rudie, we stood here one night passing through. Very friendly reception by Dutch OPERATES. Special places (grass with a grid underneath) for campers. Excellent free wifi; a relief after all the bad wifi in many campsites in the French Alsace.

Koos and Rudie, we were on Friday, October 21, 2016 at noon for closed gate and camping looked totally deserted. Also restaurant was closed.

Beautiful location surrounded by water; private sandy beach. Partially paved places, so perfect for campers. In the summer season we paid for spacious' comfort place with water views € 35, -. Camp site located on route node. Bicycle punt from the site connects the Nos. 92 and 93. Roermond nearby. Friendly welcome at reception.

12-5-2016 Camping Municipal, which is next to the motorhome, asking € 10.79 (2 per person) per night with free showers and free hot water for washing dishes. Fine paved areas. At night very quiet. Indeed close to nuclear power, but you make nothing else of it.

The owners operate a summer corn maze (when the corn is grown high enough), where you walk to from the campsite. There are conical and jeu de boules.

Beautiful nature camp at 1,200 altitude at the foot of the Piña de Francia (1730 m). Good restaurant; Wifi at the reception or in the restaurant; falls away if too many guests want to go online. Lukewarm showers and washing water. Nice area with walking; eg to top of the mountain. Length walk 5 km on steep stony path; takes approx. 2.5 hours and is well signposted.

Daughter-in-law took over the management of the older generation. Has invested in new plumbing, internet reception on whole camp, playground, etc. Eris minimarket with fresh bread; no fresh food. Fine restaurant. With young hedges pitches.

Location fine compared Burgos (fifteen minute cycle), but much too soggy by rain. No paved places (eg. Tiles where grass can grow through it), while most guests traveling campers. We had to stand with front wheels on the path. Wifi only fee for one device. You could not 'tablet close and then use the code for your phone.

We stood here Aug 13 2015. Enclosed place at marina.; safe but boring because no view of boats. Friendly harbor masters and all amenities. Horn walking distance. WiFi network failure.

And there's a great bar / restaurant attached, which is directly accessible from the campsite. With free WiFi!

Wonderful location on a bay overlooking sandy beach and rocks. Restaurant and Spar next door. Sanitary basic.
