It is indeed located close to the center. Unfortunately, I cannot find anywhere whether the electricity costs 1 euro for 24 hours. You can also go on beautiful bike rides from here.

There are many unmarked parking spaces. Wastewater and cassette emptying is free. Water is now also free. Only electricity is payable. Waste containers are located next to the park.
