We stayed for one night at the end of April. The parking area is nice and the amenities are excellent. The owners are exceptional. It's a shame the overpass runs right above the property and is noisy at night.

They basically don't accept campers, only buses. We were there on May 2nd and they were doing some construction. I don't know if it will also be a camper parking lot in the future.

We stayed one night at the end of April. Excellent rest area with all the amenities (excellent) included in the price. It's practically above the Scala dei Turchi. We had a pitch facing the sea, which was beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. They also have a shuttle service to the Scala dei Turchi if you don't want to make the descent and ascent. Highly recommended.

It's a mixed-use parking area surrounded by buildings, but it offers all the amenities and is of a good standard. The staff is very helpful and professional. It's a 15-minute walk from Porta Nuova, making it very convenient.

We moved here twice in December 2025. It has everything you need and is relatively close to the center of Pescasseroli.

We stayed one night on December 29th. We parked without any problems, and the parking lot is less than a 10-minute walk from the historic center. The stay was quiet and peaceful. I'm not giving it 5 stars only because it's unclear whether the drain is working and because there's no water.

We stayed here a couple of nights for the Immaculate Conception weekend. A perfect stop for visiting Sulmona. The rest area is excellently managed. There's a bar and all the amenities. The place is quiet. Price: €1/hour plus electricity €0.25/hour, plus loading and unloading €2.50.

We stayed here for one night. It's a simple parking lot, but it's really convenient for visiting Urbino. There are excellent restaurants and a great bar for breakfast across the street.
