As previously reported, this location is not closed; we were warmly welcomed, Dutch owners, all amenities are present and basic—you don't need anything more—fantastic view. We also used the washing machine for 3 euros, and we were allowed to use the drying rack. This applies to several other items; if something is needed, we can borrow it immediately.

Lovely location, unfortunately we only stayed 1 night because of the rain, but we will definitely come back.
