I can see why it’s the AA Campsite of the year. The travel out here is worth it - even the drive alone. Highly recommend and we will be back! Stunning location/views, great facilities, accomodating even last minute, friendly staff, and motorhome services avail. Both water and electric at pitch (your car parked opposite should you require it) for £25 for the night! Yet to experience the rest of the Campsite in the AM but look forward to it!!

The touring side of the park is great, all the facilities you need, very clean, modern. Waste disposals. Large pitches with electric and water, awning should you need it. Beach is a walk through the forest. Sadly we were woken this morning by loud fighter jets flying back and forth overhead even though they ask you to keep noise to a minimum till 9am - fine for early risers but not at all peacefu. As mentioned price is expensive and is now £39
