It is a shame that the storm destroyed the campsite, meaning there are no trees left and the old forest floor (grass or similar) is gone. For campers, it is impossible to find spots anymore without a sandbox of black/grey (windblown) sand. Reconstruction takes time. You can see that hard work is being done. The layout is more logical, and there are paved spots. Getting your camper (almost) level is a challenge! Sanitary facilities + pool are okay. €67 for 4 people + dog per night is quite expensive.

In one word: fantastic, for those who love "back to basics," with the motto "no Wi-Fi, but plenty of paddles" so you can relax in the Tarn for a bit while using the campsite's canoes. The owner is amazing, friendly, and helpful. 40 euros, 2 adults, 2 kids, with electricity. The campsite is less suitable for large campers. We arrived with a 7.5-meter alcove and it fits, but there isn't much room. It is steep to get out again.
