Great green campsite, whose friendly and helpful manager also speaks very good English. There are 2 houses, 2 glamping tents and 2 'wooden houses on poles'. The village is within walking distance and has 3 bakers, 2 butchers, 2 supermarkets and a petrol station. A nice place to return to.

Lovely place where we come every year. Usually the first ride in the season. Very friendly manager is always up for a chat. In the season there are fresh asparagus and eggs for sale. We will definitely come back.

Fortunately, only lighting from small posts and power points. The numbered places seem to have become narrower, but still sufficient. The reception and communication at the reception is businesslike and not very friendly. Payments only cash! However, the area remains beautiful for walking and (electric/sports) cycling.

Places on the lawn have shade from the row of trees. There are shortcuts to the footpath along the lake. Because of the high reed collar, you do not have a direct view of the water. Further back is a small sandy beach, where you can go into the water. The restaurant is only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Had to call, because reception is now less often open. Humorous owner still writes everything in a notebook. Payment is cash only. You get tokens for the shower, but the time per token is very short.. Beautiful green quiet environment.

Lovely place to relax in a garden surrounded by various apple and plum trees. Here it is still really quiet and dark at night. The corn was already from the land, so you could see quite a distance. There was no one there, but of course I donated an envelope with contents in the mailbox.

Simple CP almost at the end of the harbour. 6 power points available. Pay cash with envelope from harbour office. Behind it is a very outdated sani. The toilet and shower are however spotless. The nice thing here is that you are surrounded by water on 3 sides and that there is a lot of swimming in it.

Nice CP, see previous reviews, but you have to stand to see the water. The weeds or shrubs are a meter high. And here too the price has gone up to DKr 190 ~ €25,-

3 spacious camper pitches on gravel at a manor farm. End of the road surrounded by woods. Friendly owners. He only speaks Danish, she speaks good English. We were invited to look in the workshop at what they do here. The CP is already among the favorites!

For music lovers a great place to make music yourself or to listen and sing along by the crackling fire. There is a great new sani for campers and in the new waste containers separated waste can be delivered.

Today just got the last place, of the 6, to grab. Come here often, on the way to or from Denmark. At the forge museum (across the road) a ladies and a men's toilet are open during the day.

Like previous reviews, an excellent campsite with good facilities for campers. At the Cèze where you can bathe, but also a lovely swimming pool. Didn't visit the restaurant, but it looked great. A place to come back to.

Campsite with mainly permanent posts, so a limited number of places for hikers. Pitches are large but usually lack shade. Sanitary facilities are good, but not in large numbers. Before that, functional sani for campers. A small kiosk has all kinds of things on the menu. The village has 3 bakers, 1 butcher, 1 self-service, 2 presse/lotto/bar, 2 taps and a florist.

Beautiful CP located on a lake. Horizontal paved areas on a slight slope with grass. 2 toilets and 2 urinals at the sani. 2 modern shops + hairdresser at post office next to the church. Opposite the church is a modern restaurant/bar.

Nice place to spend an afternoon/night. Meanwhile, 4 + 1 paved pitches with a green strip in between. At the sani, water + 1 power point is free. The toilet at the sani is not fresh. Next to the CP there is a playground, a laundry station and a supermarket. Bakery is within walking distance.

Neat CP with a green strip of grass on one side with Catalpas and a high hedge. Furthermore, neat sanitary facilities and waste containers. It was confirmed at the tourist office that the CP is free.

Beautiful natural place. You can stand however you want. Provide some shade from the trees in the summer. Within walking distance of a beautiful old village with a view of the Ardèche. In the morning someone comes by to collect €6.

Agree with previous comments. Toilet building in the middle of the lawn is modern and clean, others are outdated. The traffic noise depends on where you stand. Closer to the entrance or behind a hedge you won't notice it.

French-German couple now run the campsite. In wet weather, 3 concrete slabs are available for campers. Everything else is neatly maintained.

Excellent CP, very spacious and good facilities. Just cross the road in front of the reception, or go through the tunnel, where there is also a terrace and restaurant. On the CP side, a little higher, there is a restaurant for lunch dishes and a shop for camping supplies. Sani is neat.

Always first trip here. Just for the beautifully situated location, the peace and quiet, walking and cycling. And there are now eggs and asparagus for sale.

We come by almost every year for a few days. It's always nice to speak to Eloy again. You can reach the center in no time by bike, but it is also fun to cycle all the way along the canal to Coevorden. No greetings from Suzanne and Freek, but from Susanne & Sander

Been here 23/8. Very busy CP. The information board says that there is electricity, but there are only a few connections at the service station. Not on the spot itself.

Beautifully located, green CP on a lake. Now €9,- incl. At the moment, due to blue-green algae, swimming was not allowed. There is a walking path around the lake and a playground. From the entrance on the right, you are standing on grass. On the left you are on paved places. Just before the entrance is a small kiosk with fries, crêpes, soft drinks and ice cream.

Beautifully located green campsite with modern, well-maintained toilet areas. Spacious pitches with beech hedges in between. Football field and main road nearby, so there is sometimes some noise, but otherwise fairly quiet. Across the road a lovely forest for walking. Along the lake to the cozy village with plenty of places to eat and drink.

The reviews below are absolutely correct. Perhaps because it was August 15, we were all invited for drinks at the reception at 7pm. Lots of tourist information available and local products for sale.

Stood last night. The paved pitches were overcrowded and there were already quite a few on the grass. So just join in. Nice view over the lake. Center is walkable.

Beautifully located small farm campsite. Route inland from the South is a challenge ... Friendly welcome by the owner. The daughter speaks some English. Plumbing is fine. Apart from the agricultural vehicles driving by, it is wonderfully quiet.

Little changed since last recent. Only a 2nd shower head. Prices have of course changed somewhat. For a motorhome, 2 persons, dog + electricity you now pay €15 + €4.40 tourist tax. Still affordable anyway.

A simple campsite on a river in a beautiful green setting. You can stand wherever you want. Restaurant is fine, dishes are honest and delicious. One sanitary building is outdated but clean, the larger building has all facilities. Payment is still cash.

It is not a motorhome, but a (farmers) mini campsite. Sanitary is dated, but clean. Power is in an old steel box. The farmer is very friendly and comes by to collect 10 Euro.

Standing here on 25/4/'23. The 4 camper pitches on the side are inaccessible due to the marshy ground. Judging by the wheel tracks, a number of them have already been stuck... We get permission to park the camper at the front, on solid ground. But what a rest!

Good CP in itself. Reception is extensive and cordial. Places paved and with electricity are fairly close together (5m) It was not told that you could stand a little further on the grass, without facilities. Environment is surrounded by nature with many walking and cycling opportunities.

Reasonably quiet CP, within walking distance of the center. Pleasant walking and cycling area. The Pulverturm has a sheltered terrace and Italian cuisine. On the CP, the rear power column was unusable: 50 cent coins got stuck and couldn't get them back. So no electricity.

Great location behind farmhouse. Grass field lined with reeds. Enjoy the peace and the panoramic view. Friendly reception initially via camera, later live. Located on a narrow road, so look well ahead for oncoming traffic and then look for a cove.

Always nice to be here for a while. Especially the peace and quiet and the opportunity to walk and cycle in nature. The outdoor shower is a wonderful asset in warm weather!

Nice location. Standing on field from entrance right, under trees. Electricity and water at the site. Sani building is somewhat dated, but kept very clean. Village is not much. The entrance to the bridge is fleuri, but otherwise I have only found 1 epicerie.

Nicely situated pitches, largely in the shade of high peppels. Nice walk (with dog) through area near river. At sanistation you can tap water for 10 minutes (+_ 100 liters) or 60 minutes of electricity with 1 token (available in the village at 3 locations).

Nicely situated free location, next to a beautiful park through which you can walk or cycle to the pleasant city center. Then immediately go to the Tourist Information to pay the tourist tax. Is only €1.50 pp/pn. You will immediately receive all tourist information and tickets to use public transport in the Black Forest for free.

Nice campsite on the lake. You can stand wherever you want, except for the front edge on the water. Facilities are in order and clean. There is a cafeteria with an excellent small menu.

Excellent natural location. Spacious pitches with and without electricity. Reception at the reception is somewhat surly; dog must stay outside and wifi code "Stellplatz" must be entered outside.... After payment you will receive a exit coin, with which you can open the barrier before 2 p.m.

Apparently the restaurant and also the free motorhome are closed on Mondays. We had just settled in, but were turned away rather unfriendly.

Been here 5/5. It is a pity that the left parking lot is now only accessible for cars up to 2.20 meters. The last entrances on the right are now for 4 motorhomes. Power still had to be installed and the visitor center is under renovation, so closed.

Because the motorhome in Wissant 2/5 was closed, we ended up here. Just a meadow with nothing. Only at the bottom of the terrain fairly flat. Beautiful view over the countryside and very quiet.

Wanted to get there 2/5 today but apparently closed until further notice. Now stand a few miles further north.

Great place for 1 night. We had to stay on the gravel path. Delicious meal on the terrace. The owner sits down at the table to discuss the menu. Our dog was bothered by the 2 stray dogs present ...

Nicely located simple (mixed) parking, with some greenery on the edge of the site. Across the road bushes and the Creuse. Nice walking area. Sani is usable and toilets are partially open.

Home after 4 days with you. It was delicious again. A very pleasant host. Spoiled with ice creams. Always on the lookout for the guests. to make sense. A friendly chat is also part of it. Passed by on spec and there appeared to be plenty of room. Initially stayed 2 nights. Nice cycling using the given cycle route to Schoonebeek, where you can still see many working yes-men. Quiet green environment, very clean and luxurious sanitary facilities, very friendly host. In consultation, we added another night and will definitely come back.

Beautiful lawns side the gaststätte. There are 4 power points. The planted trees are now 1 meter high. So during the day quite a lot of traffic noise (you can go 100 km / h). In the evening and at night it is fairly quiet. The restaurant has a great menu and the food is delicious !!!

Campers are now also allowed to park on the lower parking areas. There are signs that there must be paid. At least 16 extra places available. On one side there are 3 x 4 power points at € 1 per 8 hours.

After the pool closes, it is a very peaceful place. A stream flows between the swimming pool and P-place. Night dark and quiet. Fine to stay overnight.

Simple camper place with sani, behind barrier. Manager was curt and unsympathetic. Commanded us to walk and stand THERE. Did not receive electricity, because everything was reserved. No view of the lake, but you can walk or cycle around it. You can eat and drink something in the Seestube.

Beautifully situated in the green on the outskirts of the village. You can walk to the historic center and the medieval ruin on the Niers. Many cycling routes and opportunities for canoeing.

Quite a natural camper place. Fairly quiet. You will not be bothered by the fishermen. Not all power connections work, so had to extend to the next pole. At checkout you have to walk all the way forward to get your exit ticket. Together with our dog we walked in there and our dog was immediately attacked by 2 stray dogs from the owner. Never come there again.

Stand here again for the umpteenth time a few days. Very friendly caretaker, wonderfully quiet, beautiful area for cycling and walking. Now there are fresh asparagus and eggs for sale. But the village is also 2.5 km away, with a number of well-known chain stores and a market on Friday morning.

last night (2019). you can choose a nice spot yourself. by the beautiful nature a few minutes walk from the beach, where you can lie as you want. quiet and clean. within cycling distance of Skagen and Grenen.

stayed overnight last year (2019). there are no permanent places. most are there with a sea view. the palm beach is indeed subtropical. there is chilling and you can bbq.

Beautiful place to stand. Wide view sanitary simple, but clean. Only a very intrusive Rottweiler. Just go in the camper. Is young but not to get away. That is quite difficult if you want to sit outside. Therefore not a 10 but a 7.

Splendor of a quiet and natural terraced campsite. Has been run for years by sympathetic Danish / German couple and a number of volunteers. In season there is (home-baked) bread service and live music is made in the evening by the campsite visitors. In Vammen there is a small self-service (mini kobmand)

Beautifully situated CP where it can be very busy on (long) weekends. There are 4 camper pitches in front of the campsite (but behind the fence) with use of all camping facilities. Friendly managers and chilled beer / wine is available at the reception. Bread service. Via Am Bahnhof you can walk to HSB station Schierke (with Imbiss and souvenirs) and catch the steam train.

Very nice welcome by Herr Bürgermeister in person. The CP is well maintained and clean. At 50 meters there is a good butcher shop and at 100 meters a simple self-service. In the center I have seen 2 terraces and a couch with flap tap.

The motorhome looks well maintained. For € 12, - you have electricity, water supply and drainage and cable TV on the spot. The sani facilities are also included. The reception is a short walk through a tunnel to the other side of the road. There is also a restaurant there. The friterie on the camper side was unfortunately closed on Wednesday ...

Very friendly reception with extensive explanation. Spacious camper pitches where we could now and again, so at least 1 field between empty. Excellent toilet block and ditto sani station. Wifi excellent. And that for € 20, - + € 4, - tourist tax. We stayed 2 nights.

Motorhome parking is free from this year. The motorhome is now also only for campers. Other visitors must park their means of transport elsewhere. The accompanying restaurant is fine and on Sunday morning you can have an extensive breakfast.

Very very quiet place with a view over the water. The cp is located behind an auberge, which is run by disabled people. There is a local produce shop and you can easily get lunch.

Have been here on Saturday, June 11, 2017 from Saturday 10th. You are beautiful under the trees, so shadow enough. Restaurant is fine. Fast serving and fresh food. From here you can walk a nodes walk along a beautifully located friend nearby.

Whole quiet camper area. Showers and toilet still under construction. The drive is over a business area. When you turn around the corner you will find an oasis of calm. Lie on the river de Kyll. Please come back here.

Fine motor quiet place with a good cafeteria with terrace, where both crowns and euros are accepted. Clean restrooms. Furthermore, you only hear the bleating sheep.

Beautiful place to De Waal. Many opportunities for cycling. But really quite absurd to have to pay 8 euros here for one night. No amenities not even a simple sani. Would still 4 euros must be real enough.

Happy camper place between Nordhorn and Bad Bentheim, in beautiful surroundings. Lookout and green area with walking trails. Weekends very busy with visitors' car, which just hit the camper park. The Waldhaus has a fine, very affordable kitchen. They speak NL. On Sunday morning can be expanded breakfast for € 5.50 per person.
