We really liked the campsite, especially the natural setting, a bit away from traffic and not far from the Baltic Sea beach. From there, you can easily walk along the entire promenade to Binz in the north and Baabe and Göhren to the south. There are two toilets for men and only one shower. This shower isn't very practical: 50 cents for two minutes without a start/stop function. So, without paying 50 cents twice, you can't really soap yourself up and rinse off properly. The campsite is well-located (supermarket nearby).

There are 5 pitches before the actual campsite (barrier) which are very nice (separately marked out, large, and on grass). The other 10 behind the barrier are on concrete and quite cramped. We only realized this too late! The sanitary facilities are too small (everything in one container – one toilet and one shower for men and one for women). There's no drinking water, and the town is about 1 km away. We didn't like it here and only stayed one night.

Great campsite (€23.50) we stayed at in June 2026! We were there for 3 nights and were completely satisfied! The village shop is a real highlight, truly one of a kind! The campsite manager is a bit gruff 😅 but a good, friendly man at heart 😉👍 The only downside is the lack of a proper beach 🤷♂️ You can swim about 300m away (pebbles, rocks, etc.), but it's not really enjoyable! ...
Good start!
