The check-in kiosk wasn't working and the reception was no longer open, so we couldn't check in and therefore couldn't get onto the parking lot either. Drove on...

Beautiful pitches with private water and electricity. Very friendly staff and good food in their snack bar. Very clean toilets and showers.

Nice paved pitches right by the Rhine, you can get electricity at the poles with small change (50 cents, 1 euro, 2 euros), Cologne city centre is easily accessible. (Tip: we took an Uber to the Dom and back for 16 euros for 2 people)
