Beautiful campsite, and I really don't recognize the reviews about unfriendly owners. We were there during the high season and like to be a bit in the middle of the lively atmosphere, so it can't be busy enough for us. But as I read the reviews, I think... if you just say a normal good morning, you get that back.

Beautiful spot by the harbor, pitches spacious enough, sanitary facilities clean and plentiful, unfortunately, grey water collection is not possible, which has to do with the grounds being regularly flooded, so it is very understandable. The town is certainly worth a visit. There is also plenty to discover by bike.

Lovely campsite where peace reigns, taken over by Capfun, so there are some changes, no entertainment. The toilet block is nice and large, could be a bit cleaner but that is usually down to guests leaving everything behind. Staff friendly but you can tell this is their first year, a bit of teething troubles I think. All in all, had a nice stay.

Once again, we are enjoying ourselves at Spikkerdal; everything is spick and span. The restaurant has delicious food and very friendly staff, as does the campsite. Cycling is easy and there is plenty to see.

We chose the campsite for our camper; the camper pitches are nicely situated by the water but in a long row, and the awning cannot really be extended. The campsite has nice, large pitches. The sanitary facilities are simple but good, and the village is larger than expected. There is a pleasant atmosphere.

Beautiful camping/camper site, some with a view of the boats in the marina. Pitches are neatly maintained and large enough. The toilet block is very clean. Showers are free, with lovely hot water via a sensor button. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to Sneek, so it is ideal.

Wow, it is such a joy to be here. Huge, beautiful, flat pitches on a nice patch of grass. The food truck was fired up this evening and the selection is huge and very tasty. Plenty of sanitary facilities. The campsite is located behind the business and offers beautiful, expansive views; we will definitely be back here again.
