Fortunately we made a reservation: the field was full, but there was still a spot available behind it. Friendly reception by the farmer, with dry humor☺. A great base for cycling trips through nature and to Dokkum. Holwerd (crossing to Ameland) also within cycling distance. Clean sanitary facilities, 'blissful' showers. Minus is an emptying point for gray water: it runs through a gap in the well. Could be more professional.

Nice, quiet place. A great base for cycling trips through nature or to Leeuwarden. Downside: (not) supplies of toilet paper: sometimes already at the end of the afternoon, always in the early morning. Should stand out when cleaning .... One shower gives a measly trickle. We also missed hot water at washbasins and there is only one hot water point for washing dishes. Score 6.5

Enthusiastic, helpful administrators. Excellent sanitary. After the rain, some parts of the terrain were a bit soggy, because drainage could not process it.

Beautiful motorhome with all amenities. Very sympathetic / helpful administrators. City and ferry to Texel around the corner, as well as various eateries.
