Actually, it's in a very nice location, right on the beach with a restaurant. However, there was entertainment 🎶 partying until 1:00 AM, and even after that, it was still very quiet. The noise from the city or from a shipyard near the harbor, which we didn't see in the dark when we approached the campsite, was very loud and active. It was very noisy at night. We only stayed there because we had to go to the police at 8:00 AM in Vada due to a break-in at our campervan. Ideally, drive on. ...

Absolutely avoid this and every other parking area in and around Vada. Motorhomes are being broken into and robbed. We were affected and just went to the police station 👮♂️ 🚔. It's not easy, as you can't argue your case well in German. The beach parking areas are known to the police for break-ins and thefts. Just keep driving!!!

Open March 2026. Just stop in front of the partially open tour; the tanned groundskeeper, John Boy, will appear. We stayed from March 13th to 16th, 2026. Hot showers are only available with a token; otherwise, the water is cold. Always bring toilet paper. If you don't have high expectations and are happy to find something, you'll be grateful; otherwise, move on. Large pitches with fresh water, electricity, and waste disposal. About 150 meters to the beach/sea. For €17, it's okay.

We stayed here for one night in July 2025 while passing through. The campsite was perfectly fine, and the shower and toilet were clean. We really couldn't find anything to complain about, probably because we had previously looked at campervan sites in Timmendorf and Scharbeutz and found them to be complete disasters. We had a quiet stay. On our way to the beach, we walked right into a bar with live music. Perfect! What more could you want? ...

That's right, €15.20 for one night without electricity, which is extra. Be careful in bad weather, some pitches can be muddy. We parked our motorhome quite close to the edge of the trees and were snowed in by morning. Luckily, we were able to back out because the area behind us was clear. The snowplows came, but only cleared the main road, not the access roads to the pitches. According to the signs, you're only allowed to stay one night. Plenty of space, even for large motorhomes. ...

Unfortunately, that's true, far too expensive, even outside of peak season. The reception and pick-up service was very friendly. The sanitary facilities were clean, even though the toilet paper and soap weren't replenished. The town center is about 1.5 to 2 km away on foot; you can easily walk along the beach. There are small boutiques and restaurants in Boltenhagen. As other campers have already mentioned, the prices are quite steep.

The location is good, but it's quite a walk to the beach through the dunes or along the outside. Anyone who isn't able to walk well or is traveling with small children should be aware of this. On the plus side: It's actually possible to drive right up to the beach with your car, even a campervan. 🌊 Camping is prohibited there at night! The sanitary facilities are only rated 3 out of 5, and there's no heating in winter. ...

Unfortunately disappointing. Fresh water, broken. Shower entrance fee: 50 C + 50 cents inside the machine. Drain clogged, standing ankle-deep in dirty sewage. Toilet visits also cost 50 cents each. This wouldn't be a problem if the restrooms were cleaned daily. €16 for this? Not suitable for a 2-4 hour coffee break; too expensive. Shorter parking is available, but not marked for cars.

For a one-night stopover, it's perfectly fine.

You show up and take the available spot. Arrive on time if the weather is good, otherwise you won't get a parking space. The registration ticket contains a coupon for free bus travel in Ü. In the morning, especially on weekends, a friendly lady comes to check if you haven't bought your ticket yet. Anyone who hasn't bought their ticket should do so by then at the latest. Electricity costs 50 cents, fresh water costs 10/20/50 cents. Wastewater and garbage disposal are free. There's an Edeka grocery store nearby, plus a bus stop at the hospital. Great 👍 We've been there four times already.

For 1 night with a motorhome for €5, this place is OK. It's actually quiet at night. No toilet/shower/sewage. Public parking lot where other cars, sometimes trucks on one corner, are parked, but they don't bother you, as the motorhome parking space is further ahead. The whole place is pretty big. A bit muddy in bad weather. Stand on the edge! There is electricity for around 3 to 4 motorhomes, and there is also a public water dispenser for (10 - 20 - 50 cents / €1).

We were there for 1 night at the end of February. Everything closed, electricity for about 4 campers available. (Small change important). It was super quiet and relaxing. There is a bus stop nearby. If you need security, the street lights are on overnight.!! Absolutely fine for 1 to 2 nights!!!!!

OK as a stopover for 1 night. Price in Dec. 2024 still 10 euros. The thermal baths are also open until 10 p.m. over the Christmas holidays. Otherwise no toilet or shower. There are about 6 parking spaces with electricity. There is also a large parking lot right in front of it, where you could also stay overnight if necessary.

We give 5 stars and an additional plus 🌟!!! Really very nice restaurant staff. We arrived after 8 p.m., even though the kitchen was already closed, we were offered several more dishes. The food was very tasty 😋!!! We parked our RV in the parking lot for one night, directly opposite the restaurant. It was nice and quiet, everything was great!!! We'd be happy to come back!!

OK for 1 night. It is quiet and dark, only the fox calls. The lantern doesn't work anymore. There are 2 portable toilets, which even have water and soap.

The campsite has 4 separate pitches without electricity where you can easily stay for 1 night 🌃. There is a telephone number at the registration desk where you can call at any time for additional pitches on the meadow with electricity. (For around 40 krone) There is also a registration app that actually works well. However, the supply house is closed. Self-sufficient parking is free.

We give it 100%. Open all year round!!! 2 people, 1 night in a motorhome 300 kr is fine! A very friendly, nice Dutch couple has been running the property for around 2 years. Shower/toilet/kitchen in the pitch in small houses, also directly in/on the house. Top!! Very clean and warm. The Obergau* you are in the middle of the forest and can even enjoy the comfort of a warm Leegger kitchen. Freshly cooked! Very pleasantly surprised! A must stop here!!!

Now current Oct. 2024. There is a newly built small sanitary building. Shower open, with warm water. Toilets (even a disabled toilet). But no electricity, no garbage disposal. Latrine disposal possible. Fresh water possible. Everything is spotlessly clean!!! Top location, with seating and barbecue facilities by the water. Very quiet. A bar code on a large board for online check with 200 krone is OK for this pitch 👌.

The harbor is open. At this time, however, everything is closed. No toilet/shower or other amenities. A large board shows pitches from 1 to 12. However, only 4 to 6 pitches are free (we were on number 1 with electricity) because all the others were occupied by boats. Advantage: You are sheltered from the wind between the boats. Ok, for 1 night, very quiet. We didn't find anything where you could have paid.

Despite the hut construction work, we didn't notice much of the hustle and bustle. The receptionist was very friendly. The RV parking spaces are further back in the forest, it's really quiet. Toilet/shower/kitchen nearby. You can easily walk down to the lake via small wooden steps, take photos, even see the northern lights if the KP value goes to 2.!!! Includes lovely forest walks. Price for 1 night 29 euros for 2 people. You can do it.
