I visited Downing’s and this site co- ordinates on the 5 July 2019 and it does not exist. The once Tramore Hotel is now a Restaurant called The Grape and Grain and no longer does Camping. The only available camping place in town is Casey’s Holiday Park

Good hardstanding pitches but nothing extra The prices at my time of visit were €26 plus €5 for electricity. The man on the desk would not give ASCI discount even they are listed in 2019 book and it was a discounted date. His reason was that he supplies 16amp. But 16amp is quoted in the book also. The WiFi was weak and erratic. 25June 2019 . DnV
