Reasonably busy terraced campsite right on the shores of the lake. During the day there are also many day-trippers, which does provide some liveliness, but peace returns in the evening. Then it is very calm and quiet on the campsite; unfortunately, there is a bar across the road that plays loud music until 5 am. Campsite reception friendly No Wi-Fi. Sanitary facilities are outdated but reasonably clean

Pros - Location and view, region; there is plenty to do. Bonnieux is a charming town for a drink or a meal in the evening - Green, wooded surroundings - Peace and quiet (sometimes, see cons) - Atmosphere and coziness: typical French laissez-faire - Swimming pool Cons: - On the first night of our stay, there was a lot of nighttime noise between two and five. My comments about this were only moderately appreciated - Sanitary facilities brand new, unfortunately only moderately clean

Nice, laid-back atmosphere, all the camping equipment is mixed together in a cozy way. Friendly host and hostess... Large sunbathing area and right next to the Semois...

Friendly welcome, large pitches among cypresses and oleanders. Very clean sanitary facilities. +-€25/night 2 people + camper + electricity. However, the immediate surroundings of the campsite itself are rather deserted... No clear cycle or walking paths towards the coast or nearby towns... Marseillan has a charming little harbor...

Top service from the municipality. Fresh water, disposal of grey and black water, electricity... An asset to the village. And all of this for free. Clean place! You do need a garden hose for fresh water.

It's actually stupid to advertise this campsite, but on the other hand, it's also selfish to keep such a gem to yourself... This is *the* best campsite ever. All the delights of wild camping with the luxury of a campsite. A relaxed atmosphere, friendly owners, bread service... snacks on site... and furthermore, a daily concerto of crickets and vultures high in the sky... fantastic *****

Very clean, cozy, and friendly campsite for a municipal one. Received a very friendly welcome at reception. 2 people + camper <€20 "Set up wherever you like, sir," is also a nice bonus. Sanitary facilities spotless and huge, the same goes for the washing-up area and chemical toilet emptying point... It is possible to order bread (rolls), and in the high season, a Pizza Truck regularly comes to the reception to bake fresh and very tasty pizzas.
