Good quiet parking area. Short walk to lifts for the Hexenplatz & Rossetrappe.

Plenty of space but a bit chaotic. Used by buses & lorries & as previously commented the fire station is next door. HGV's leave early morning & there is a constant low level noise. But that is cities for you. Service area at the bottom toilets at the top. Chem disposal is free.

Gravel parking a short walk from the Schloss. Very quiet at night. Netto just around the corner.

Very rough drive on cobble stone, but certainly plenty of room. Easy walk into the city, which is worth the effort. Aldi/Lidl clos by.

Small parking place with no facilities. But for free what do you expect. Easy walk to get into the city or to take the paddle steamer cruise.

Excellent place for visiting Bad Harzburg, which only a short walk away. Also the tree top walk & seilbhan. Facilities are good. On site bar & grill good value. Owner & chef friendly.

A good, slightly sloping site. Plenty to do if you enjoy history & walking. A supermarket & fuel In St. Hubert make it an even better stop.

First time we called (Feb) here we were the only ones there. Excellent spot & certainly worth while. However when we went 22/06 it was more than full. Have an alternative just in case.
