Stood in December 2019. Large camper parking occupied by boats but 3 places on gravel reserved for campers were available. Electric meter easy to use after collecting parking ticket from machine near harbour office. No water so needed to bucket from shower- but if a fuss but it got the job done. Refund of deposit straightforward from machine.

Large spacious car park. Not pretty but safe and quiet and all the necessary amenities for free so no complaints. Was quite hard to get level - deceptively sloping. Needed chocks. Thank you to municipality.

Booked in advance as requested for 2 consecutive nights. First night £20 and no meal and second night free and booked table to eat. Both occasions there was no room in the car park so we had to go elsewhere. Very inconvenient after a 5 hour drive! If you ask people to make a reservation, I think they should honour it and make sure space has been reserved. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Phoned in advance as requested and booked Friday night parking only (£20) and Saturday night free with meal. In both nights there was nowhere to park as car park full so ended up driving round after a very long and tiring journey to find alternative place. They shouldn't have a booking system if they're not prepared to uphold it.

Really lovely dedicated space for motorhome's. Water payment by jetons and apparently they're available at Maire but where they are and when they're open - who knows. Be aware that there is a wedding venue right next door so this could be really noisy at night.

Very nice place to spend the night but the 5 places promised is somewhat ambitious. As the parking is 'nose to tail', and people have parked leaving spaces between each other, it would need some skilful parallel parking and even then, it would be impossible to park some Motorhome's.

Place occupied by travellers who had permanently attached an electric cable and water hose to their caravans. We had to remove it to get our water and it felt very intimidating.

On the edge of a village overlooking the primary school garden. Quiet, fresh water fills a stone trough and yes there is a metal hook hanging in the gate to remove the grating for toilet waste. Just make sure you turn the tap swiftly on or you'll get a soaking.

Lovely place. Wide open spaces to park up with bench seating for sitting out in the evening. Very close to a river which is easy to access to paddle. Only marked down a point because it could really benefit from some litter bins.

Grim. Overlooked by flats, noisy kids on either side. Row of overflowing bottle banks and bins and no designated spaces for Motorhomes, just mixed in with cars. Can't believe this is Austria. Yuk.

Very busy but still plenty of space and just the right kind of quiet. Lovely walled city for an evening wander.

On a side road away from the main road so lovely and quiet. Toilet block was closed. Chocks needed as quite a slope. Beautiful view over frozen lake and river. Shame a caravan (which had been parked up for some time) was not observing the 'no camping' rule. They had left deck chairs out, installed a large TV mast and had a generator!

Lovely. Quiet peaceful and deliciously wild and windswept. Perfect.

Nice spot but only one electric point. Luckily the camper already there allowed us to share. Machine would not accept bank card but would allow 15 mins free electric if we pressed the button to open waste hatch. We took turns until we retired for the night.

Lovely! Beautiful views of the canal and locks. Quiet, level safe. No services unfortunately and could do with more bins as litter is starting to build up.

Good points - fairly flat and good sani/water. Close to road but it's fairly quiet at night. Poor electric - very low voltage and kept tripping out even using few low wattage appliances and electric cable only just reached from where we were allowed to park. Please note large parking area was for 'invited guests only' leaving us feeling like second class visitors. Restaurant very overpriced

Nothing fancy, just a nice car park within half an hours drive of the city.
