The road from Maury is perfectly fine, but a little narrow in places, up to the village. Spectacular views. Ignore sat nav when you approach the village, just follow the sign up to The Chateau and Aire is P1 on the left. Great walk up to Chateau or you can drive.. both steep. Lovely Aire with views of Chateau. Grocery shop closed when we were there.

This is a beautiful little town but at the moment (9.9.24). the aire and huge carpark next door is totally full of lorries and caravans for the Fete (see photo). Services unusable . Also no entry signs off the roundabout. Tourist info said to avoid the town the weekend before and weekend after the Fete as there's no parking for campers. We squeezed in the carpark opposite Total Garage. Also vans parked along the road outside village.

This Aire is just what you need for parking and services. Large, flat individual bays but no camping allowed. Easy walk up to nice town with a Gondola in the summer only up to the Cirque Du Lys and buses to Port D'Espagne and Lac Du Gaube €8. Very busy even on a weekend of torrential rain in September. Cost is now €12 for 24 hrs pay and display with reg. no. Access to services is free if just passing through as no barrier.

Perfect parking for visiting this nice little town and to get bus up to the lakes. Let the bus take the strain as roads up to the lakes are not for the faint hearted so you can relax and take in the fab views. Cost of bus is the same price from here as other Parking places on way up but you can be guaranteed a seat. Hut closed so no fee but many vans.

We stayed here for the afternoon and overnight in order to catch the foot ferry to Korkula. What a little gem of a place, the owner was so nice and helpful, even to the extent of supplying a WiFi extender to boost our signal. 70 kuna all in for 24 hours. five mins from ferry and a gorgeous walk along the front into town.

Stayed here mid September mid week when up visiting relatives nearby. We ate in the pub and had a very nice meal so no charge for our overnight stay. Staff in pub very friendly. The carpark is flat with very little road noise. Lovely views to the rear. Will definitely stay again.

Don't be put off by the surrounding plastic polytunnels, this really is a lovely camper stop. level pitches, super sanitary building and even a bunch of flowers on the electric boxes. Better than many campsites. Bread available and bar/ restaurant on site. lovely region to explore.

this is a huge hardened sand car park. Can be quite windy but that's Tarifa for you. There is grey water , fresh water and chemical toilet points all included in the price. The best thing is that it's only one line back from a glorious vast sandy beach and with bar where you can sit and watch the sun go down. Only 10 mins along to front to lovely old Tarifa town and port. Views to Morocco

From the outside it looked very nice but empty and gates locked when we arrived at about 4.30pm. also no reply from the telephone numbers given to use when gate locked. we gave up and drove up the spectacular road towards Mojacar and stayed there.
