I must correct my previous review. It is still possible and permitted to spend the night on the Champ de Mars. Just no reserved camper pitches and no more care. But now free! So still go to that excellent bakery.

For a parking without care in a tiny but beautiful medieval town, this is the best thing that can happen to you. Use the corrected coordinates and preferably do not go through the town. We managed that with 6.70 x 2.20 net. Great view, no bakery.

The measured pitches, with or without electricity, are tight, but for that, under the trees you are great. And there are even wonderful showers and toilets with paper! Don't know what it costs now, because no one has come by.

The "voluntary" contribution is now simply required, but gladly given. It's a bit of a climb, but the toilet is now neat. I emptied the chemical toilet there, I agreed. Just keep everything tidy! Lots of water birds, a snake and a long shift in the evening due to... the Easter week.

Great place for the night. The old campsite is now a worse place, desolate and smelly.

Here again after 7 years. How friendly and helpful. After a rain shower, the boss even came by to hose down the camper. Price was now €10 and that is a pittance.

The fact that the old owners no longer keep up well, they compensate with friendly hospitality and hey, we campers can do without that €20. Were standing here alone now. There is a 1.4 km boring road to the excavations, so it is better to drive there by bike or camper.

At first there were 3 of us standing along the road, but the police told us that this was not allowed (see photo). However, the lady at the kiosk said this was never a problem. Just stand on the asphalt.
