What a beautifully situated campsite. Nice basic spot for a reasonable price. That’s how we like it. Nice spacious pitches on grass right in the middle of nature! And all that for a reasonable price. Also very suitable for winter walks.

What a beautiful campsite, everything is well organized. Hopefully, the basic price will remain attractive in the future as well. We applaud the fact that amenities are paid for separately. We will certainly return in the winter to go for beautiful walks.

Nice campsite in beautiful surroundings. It is actually a campsite with check-in, and a card for sanitary facilities, water, and electricity. Everything is paid for separately, which is fine in itself. You only pay for what you use. A pitch costs €19, XXL €22, and a small dog €3. A number of pitches can be reserved online.

Great campsite in a secluded area. Key for sanitary facilities, water, and washing machine available from the site warden. Nice walking and cycling. Also easy to get to Bamberg by train.

Great spacious pitches for €10 excluding electricity/water. Good, spacious sanitary station. Great walking, cycling, and dining directly from the campsite.

Lots of space and greenery. It costs nothing and is great for walking and cycling to the Werra Quelle via a cycle route, which is easy to do with an e-bike. The place feels a bit uninviting but is very quiet.

It's still a wonderful campsite to stay at! They open a bit earlier than advertised in good weather! Reasonable price: €15!

Even in winter, it's a great place to stay because the water and drainage are still working. We came for the Pieterpad trail, which is 1 km away. We paid €14.00, including 5kW of electricity, which is excellent value for money.

Nice, open, level parking with spacious spaces. Water filling and unloading are a bit difficult to access. The site is secured by a very heavy gate that requires a code to open at every entrance. The price is quite steep, currently €22.50 excluding electricity.

Excellent winter camper site, although the water is turned off in frosty weather. Power outlets are available, and dumping is also possible. Large field where you can choose your spot. Please put your money in an envelope. €13 plus €1 per person for tourist tax. We used this site for two stages of the Pieterpad.
