Very rude lady I went into the shop to buy something, to thank her for the free service, and when I paid for the cheese, she told me I couldn't unload and that it would cost me an extra €10. She called me rude for coming in without asking permission when the large square is completely open, and there's no sign saying anything, while at the entrance there's an arrow that says loading and unloading.
