Actually everything. Well-maintained, top-notch sanitary facilities, friendly, e-bikes, answers to all questions.

I stayed here for 2 nights with friends. BEAUTIFUL view of the meadow with horses, lovely pitches against the woods. Picture-perfect. Everything super clean and clear. Check-in, check-out. Everything is self-explanatory, and upon arrival, an explanation from the daughter and homemade cake. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.
Good start!
