Good, quiet, night stop after visiting museums. 200 NOK includes visit to 2 museums. 1st museum gives very good overview of use of wood in Norway. Many hiking possibilities. Passers-by pay 100 NOK for emptying toilet/water and taking in clean water.

lovely stopover, just outside the town of Fagernes where the campsites are large and busy. spacious and with terrace layout. Friendly and personal welcome by the owner, you let yourself choose the spot. Costs with electricity 400 NOK p.n and shower 5 NOK per 3 minutes. Lovely hot water.

we drove past the museum and the church (1 km) to over the bridge. after the bridge immediately right and then on the first 500 meters beautiful places along softly flowing, very clear, river. Immediately after the bridge already a beautiful place but further on even more beautiful sheltered places. In the middle of the trees and you can dive into the river 😀

June 2025 costs for a camper 300 without electricity and 320 NOK with electricity. Also gray water and toilet can be dumped and / or emptied. For night next to E6 quite doable. Saniter neat and good hot water (included) for shower. A bit dated but neat and clean.

We are not at the quay but at the lighthouse TRANØY FYR This is a beautiful wildlife spot, garbage in containers of the lighthouse restaurant. There is also a toilet during opening hours. From the lighthouse a beautiful view of the Lofoten on the other side of the fjord! At the end of the paved road, follow the grid road for 100 meters and park on the right at the bench.

nice stop for 1 night or more if you like fishing. Steep road down to the fjord but below beautiful view. From your pitch to toilet or shower quite a steep walk. Not handy if you have difficulty walking.

Location is right next to the war museum, the tourist information and within walking distance of the station for a ride on the Arctic train. Chairlift is closed from 26 May 25 to 6 December 25 due to the 2029 World Cup skiing! Location is next to the railway in the middle of the centre and no problems with trains. Price (renewed see photo) per day or per hour if you want to stand briefly due to, for example, a visit to a museum or tourist office. Emptying the toilet and emptying grey water is not possible.

To visit the city and the center a very good place. Within 5 m in center and museums are all within walking distance. Location is at harbor and is with grit. You pay after departure, upon arrival license plate is filmed and after departure again. Then walk to glassblowing in brown building and pay inside at cash register. Very simple and fast.

For a camper place a very good place for a stopover. places all paved, good shower and toilet, 65 ZL all inclusive. 100 meters and you walk into place and there everything available.

based on previous review this one chosen but was very disappointing because 1x shower costs 10 ZL and pitch 30 euros p.n. Good view of the mountains and 2 ski jumps. Tourist buses were also parked in front of the mountains and at 06.30 am they start their engines to warm up. Electricity 30 ZL per night sanitary facilities need renovation. Is camping equipped for winter sports enthusiasts. 1 night more than enough.

nice place for 2 or 3 nights. Close to village/town, many restaurants within walking distance, shops nearby, sanitary facilities old but clean, dumping no problem. At VVV 800 meters away many cycle routes around lakes to circle. routes in colors are on lampposts, among other things. nice lookout tower over lakes in town (15 ZL)

camping is not closed and still places available. good spacious places and close to city, 350 meters from beautiful beach and lovely forests around camping. Tram to city at 350 meters and camping is neatly maintained, clean sanitary facilities.

good spacious location for, among other things, discharging gray water, toilet and filling the water tank. In the village there are signs on the lampposts indicating empty campers. Entrance at the church/cathedral. Space for at least 8 campers. Restaurant and shops within walking distance.

camping area is neat and spacious with benches and tables. Sanitary facilities very dated and 2 showers each for M/F in open space. Clean water now costs 20 NK per 10 liters!

Prices for 2024: Camper 264 NK and with electricity 319 NK. gray water via bucket in well, toilet emptying possible and clean water available. Use of washing machine and dryer is free when camping. Neat, neat campsite between the mountains and no traffic, pitches on grass and of your choice. Restaurant nice and clean and service attentive.

good quiet location to do the laundry, put everything in the dryer (50 NK), enjoy watering the canoe, rent a bicycle with gears or just do nothing at all. Pitches with electricity and in a roundabout arrangement, approx. 10 pitches with an unobstructed view of the lake. Open all year round and facilities are clean but somewhat dated. good for a few nights. Shower 20 NK with coin or card.

Nice quiet pitch on the edge of the village near a small harbor for pleasure boating. Location looks very modern and clean and everything is spacious. Showers and toilets very clean and showers included. Recommended if you are in the area and now everything around is in autumn colors!

to do well for a night. Quiet in the evening and night. received double shower tokens and a cornette on the house. Sanitary facilities a bit out of date but functioned well. In autumn it is a nice place with a good view of the colors of the trees.

good campsite to relax and unwind from all the beauty. This is the third time we have been here and everything is neat and tidy. Price is 280 without electricity and electricity costs 90 NK. But the location, the spacious view and within walking distance of the stave church and shop. Beautiful colors on the mountain walls, especially in autumn.

very good place if you want to travel by ferry to Norway. Fortunately, we had driven to Cuxhaven the day before due to possible crowds and the campsite is 3.5 km from the harbor. Showers are new and 2nd toilet / shower room are almost finished. Showering costs 1 euro per 7 minutes and plenty of dining options within walking distance and beach across the road.

neat camper place, good spacious pitches also with grass. Good and clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, in mid-September, most toilets and showers have already been closed, only a maximum of 3 toilets and 2 showers available for all visitors. If the showers are also closed for 24 hours, unfortunately without warning from the reception, due to kit work (understandable in itself), then that is bad and another toilet unit should have been opened for that period.

good place to visit Utahbeach beach and museum. If you're not late, you'll have plenty of power stations to choose from. Visiting surrounding places by bicycle, such as the famous paratrooper at the church tower, is also very doable. Value for money is good!

wonderful location to stay at least 3 nights with the camper because of the beautiful cycling routes that can be followed / set out here. Purchased a good route map through the tourist office in Kessel. All facilities on the motorhome are really clean and easily accessible. Were there now for the 2nd time and have only one negative comment regarding the accessibility of the location and that is the very bad access road to the location, also by bicycle.

A good campsite to recharge all the batteries and tidy pitches and shower and toilet facilities. Shower token for €1.50. Bring your own toilet paper and 10 barely electricity for 6.50 euros per night. Wifi strong signal but will cost you 6 euros per 24 hours! Close to the beach, plenty of cycling and walking opportunities and right across from the museum.

A campsite under construction but location very nice and central to everything i.r.t. the 1st world war and the city of Ypres. At 3.5 km by bike from Metenpoort and located on cycling routes in the area. Perfect base for a nice holiday. Good and clean sanitary facilities, good/spacious pitches with a beautiful view over Ypres and the hills.

beautiful campsite with many motorhome pitches but tightly organised. Fairly massive site but not annoyingly busy and good toilet facilities. Doable for 3 nights...

nice quiet site, good paved pitches for motorhomes and good grassy areas for the tents. Several cycling routes at reception and good atmosphere. The WiFi is perfect, given the upcoming worldwide sporting events, you can follow everything on the iPad after a wonderful day of cycling or walking. Sanitary neat and especially clean and no noise pollution from roads.

Very clean, quiet and beautiful grassy motorhome area. Spacious pitches with 4 amp electricity for 2 euros per day. Friendly and helpful managers and just 2 km from Overloon. Plenty of information available for cycling routes along the Maas and through the woods. A must for those seeking tranquility.

Campsite is just above town and within walking distance. Sanitary Can be replaced only for 1 night. Half of the pitches are level, others are fairly sloping. Showering for 10 crowns, 5 minutes.
