In March 2025, I also spent a week at this unique location. This time with my wife, cycling the Via Verde in both directions. José-Marie is incredibly friendly and does everything to make you feel comfortable. I don't understand the previous review; this person seems rather frustrated. If you don't like a campervan site, turn around and go somewhere else. But posting such a review is downright antisocial, and José doesn't deserve it.

December 25, 2025. Great place to stay overnight to visit Barcelona. We stayed here for four days. The coordinates for Garmin owners: 41.43776 and 2.15483. The TomTom did point to the right location! Too bad the chemical toilet can't be emptied here.

December 21, 2025. Excellent overnight stay to explore the beautiful medieval town of Santa Pau. Within walking distance. The surface is paved with lava gravel. Free graywater and drinking water disposal. Chemical toilet emptying. No electricity. Shorter coordinates for Garmin: 42.14688 and 2.56827

February 2, 2025. I stayed here for 6 days. A special little camper place and all praise for José who is ready for you with everything! Super customer friendly (and cheerful). You can cycle the Via Verde in two directions; to Cehegin or Caravaca de la Cruz. (pilgrimage site) and on the other side of Bullas to Mula. About 5 km from the camper place is a beautiful little water area: Salto del Usero. Perfect WiFi! I will definitely come back here next year!

Feb 21 I stayed here for 3 days. Simple camper place where everything you need is available. Clean and friendly owners! Great shower and the location of the camper place is for total peace! 3.5 km down the road is a super, catering and an excellent ladies/men's hairdresser. A few kilometers further (a straight road with cycle path) is a large supermarket. Great address!

We were here last year and it was already great. With the new sanitary facilities, washing machine and dryer it is completely finished! A 10 for Marcel and Maybritte for their customer friendliness. And for Joran who brought my wife to the airport again. We will definitely come back next year! Thijm and Lioni

26 Jan 2025. This camper place is currently closed. There is a large party tent on the site. For how long is not stated. The toilet can be emptied. We are staying overnight on the street side

January 25, 2025. Great place to stay with a beautiful view. There are currently only 3 places available for that view because the rest is occupied with building materials for sewer renovation. Grazalema nice little town 15 minutes walk away. Small supermarket available.

20 January. After a day of rain, the concrete camper place appeared to be flooded; water cannot drain. The entrance is indeed difficult to find, even if you can already see the campers. Enough places, but only 8 places have electricity. (and they were already occupied) Furthermore, a nice CP close to the center.

January 18/19 we were here. Via a narrow unpaved access road you come to an ideal camper place almost directly on the sea. With the bike you can go in all directions via the jetties. Quiet and safe place.

Good quiet place for overnight stay next to the supermarket Intermarche on the site of the petrol station. On that site you can load and unload water and empty the chemical toilet. And overnight stay.

Ended up at this campsite because the campsite in Vila Real was closed until 31 January. This campsite is part of a kind of waterland amusement park. Very friendly receptionist. Electricity available. Sanitary facilities are good. Loading/unloading water and cleaning chemical toilet is downstairs at the large parking lot in the corner by a building. Rather simplistic.

We were here because the campsite in Vila Real was closed until 31 January 2025 and because electricity is quite comfortable at this time of year. The campsite is part of a kind of waterland amusement park. We were the only ones there. Reception very friendly and sanitary facilities good. Water loading/unloading and chemical toilet cleaning is on the large parking lot below in a corner and is rather simplistic.

Despite the fact that this campsite is listed as 'open' on Campercontact, we arrived at a closed gate with a note: closed from December 16 to January 31. We left for Naturwaterkamp campsite 15 km further. (site code 156459) 1 star because zero is not possible

24 Dec 2024. Despite the fact that this location is marked ‘closed’, it is open all year round like the other CPs of Camping CAR Park. The war ruins of Oradour are a 1.4 km walk from the CP. There is also a parking lot on site.

Rustic camping at this small-scale campsite! The sanitary facilities are excellent, nice and clean. The owner is super friendly and helpful, he also gives tips and a map of Graz and the area where we are going. The location is beautiful, with a fast-flowing stream next to it. One star less because there was no WiFi on site.

After the broadcast of “I'm leaving” we wanted to go to Nampolach. We stayed here three times with our children in the 1980s. On Sunday I walked the trip to the Dellacheralm again with Arjen, 12.5 km and quite an ascent. Fantastic to see the alm again, where we stayed in a hut for 2 weeks. We definitely hope to come back to see what else has been accomplished in the house. Super place, hospitable and warm married couple. Thym and Lioni

We arrived here at 6:30 PM on Thursday, June 20, after making a reservation. We received an extremely friendly and hospitable welcome and were given a nice spot for our 7.50 m camper. Dinner was delicious and the view on the terrace was brilliant! A beautiful place with very friendly staff! What was special was that the owner's horses that walked on the mountainside came from Sprang Capelle, near us!

Great CP. from the south (Moulins) the Garmin sends me over the last 5 km on a paved country road as wide as the camper. Just possible and had no oncoming traffic! camper 7.50 There are plenty of paved areas and grass areas that can be boggy after a lot of rainfall.

A top location near Maria! Sanitary facilities and everything are equally tasteful at Maria. That was also the case at its previous location in Lliber (where I stayed for a few weeks last year). I have not come across more luxurious campsites in Spain in all these years. Maria is super friendly and helpful! Thym and Lioni

12 juji 2023. Great quiet location for 1 night in transit. Nice caretaker. Close to the A1 highway only if you come from the north (New Castle) you have to go back on the highway to the north after the Granthem exit. (where you came from) short stretch 1 mile. There is no toilet and shower, but gray water drainage, loading drinking water and emptying chem toilet is there. The train is more metro than train; little noise.

We really liked Fort Bravo. stood for 2 days. Environment very nice. The western village is somewhat dilapidated, but that is inevitable after so many years. (1960s) The 2 shows are nice to watch but in Spanish. All staff friendly. The CP is also good, electricity / water / waste water. Little Hollywood seemed less, but was also closed during the week.

Simple campsite, great for transit or visit Salamanca. However, with the bus back from Salamanca DO NOT stand at the Villares de la Reina stop, but at the next stop: Villamayor, bus 23. The coordinates of the campsite are: 41.00019 and -5.67875. Don't forget the minus. The Art Deco museum Lis is very worthwhile. Opposite the exit of the old cathedral.

February 3, 2021: Unfortunately, we found this camper place of Camping CAR Park closed. That's why no one was there! See photo of the message on the display when we wanted to log in. Too bad for the 20 km detour to get here. For the batting post overnight. Incidentally, we are always very satisfied with the CPs of Camping CAR Park. That star is because otherwise I can't send a review!

Here are many campers that spend the winter for months. Fine for us for an overnight stay. Little space between the campers. The Owner and manager are very friendly. 2 showers no toilet. Two camper service stations to empty your own toilet, fill and unload water.

We were on 1 Jan 2022 at this separate overnight stay. The building was the administration building of the former war material factory. (since 1850). It is a culturally rather alternative center with several concert rooms. Definitely worth walking through the building. The administrator is also a professor at the University of Lisbon. We paid for camper plus 2 pers. 20 euro. Area Expo 1998 2 km.

Great campsite to visit Weimar or Buchenwald. Smaller campsite with no marked out spots. You go and stand somewhere and when it gets busy, fellow campers come closer. There is nothing wrong with the owner, we cannot agree with the negative comment from the predecessor. Plumbing is just okay. We have been here for 1 night for 18 euros

Very hospitable and helpful family who run this site. Steep slope of the road to the campsite, but with the help of the owner who has ramped up our 7.50 m motorhome with a low recovery tank could just drive down the slope. For a visit to Mount Etna you are taken to the cable car for a fee. Sanitary fine even toilet paper and soap!
