very noisy train traffic. you are standing against the railway. train passes a lot also during night. ideal base for visiting the town, a 22-minute walk to the coast. portofino not accessible by camper. by bus or boat (16 euros per person there and back)

super sympathetic Belgian owners, possibility of kayaking and arrival is in the river at the campsite. nice fresh water. clean sanitary facilities. stayed there for two nights.
