Large hard standing car park with buses and lorries. Free. No services. View towards the canal is pleasant but the car park itself rather ugly. The war memorial is worth reflecting upon, and the town has some amazing buildings and a large basilica, although feels a bit run down. Plenty of shops and restaurants.

Car park now given over almost entirely to Motorhomes. Plenty of space and very convenient for an overnight stop. Near the motorway, petrol station opposite and large supermarket a 5 min walk away. Beaune centre is beautiful with some lovely restaurants and a focus on wine production. Can visit wine cellars. Amenities are paid for as is an overnight stop. About 5 euros for 24 hours. Services extra

Small -ish tarmaced car park right on the harbour side. Lovely views to the sea. Public toilets with a showers available when we visited (May 2019). Very quiet and free!

Hard standing and flat. Little toilet free to use. Electricity points. Nice little grass area next to it with picnic tables. View is nice over the fields. Town small but has eateries. We assume you have to put the toilet waste down the toilet as no other facility, and no grey waste point.

Hard standard and reasonably level. Magnificent views but can be windy. Rubbish bin but no other amenities. This by far the easiest place to park up traveling west from Thurso.

Do NOT follow sat nav to this but follow instructions in 'All The Aires' book or the blue bus signs on the road. Aire seemed ok but sadly water was out of action so couldn't stay. It is a bit of a trek up the hill. Nice views. Expensive I think as have to pay for the aire and facilities on top. Probably worth it to visit the village but sadly didn't get to find out as needed water!

Village is very beautiful - is a 'Beau Village'. Aire is a dedicated part of the car park for motor homes. Relatively flat. Grassy area and picnic tables next to the river. Extra cost for water - as at 2017 2 euro piece. Car park overnight costs 8 euros. Busy but late Aug we got a place two nights in one week. Can hire canoes next door to aire.
