Peaceful night spent here on our way back up to Calais. Good showers and toilet facilities. Didn't use electricity but it is available. Paid 20 euros for one night. Very level ground on our level pitch next to a grand old tree. Big site, not busy so plenty of space (26/08/25). Friendly staff. Easy access to St Quentin town. Nice walk along the canal over the road from the site. Some traffic noise but then saw pitches further away from the road.

Beautiful place in fresh air surrounded by mountains. Around 8/9 other vans but easy enough to find some free space (25/08/25). Amazingly still and peaceful at night. One 'dry' toilet, no shower. Fairly level ground by the edge overlooking valley, woke to a stunning view. Free to use. Cafe with coffee, drinks & snacks in the day. Thank you! :)

Camping site full with long term campers so stayed one night in parking lot nearer the beach. Had a field to ourselves apart from one other unoccupied van & wasn't sure if that was ok at first, but met very friendly owner in the morning and all good. Good quiet night's sleep on level ground. Toilet could have been cleaner! Didn't use shower. Right next to private beach. Cafe with drinks & food. 20 Euros. Thanks! :)

Beautiful, peaceful place in the hills above stunning Matera. 20 min walk to Belvedere viewpoint. One good shower, toilet. Electricity if needed. Very friendly owner who does tours to Matera in his own van. Plenty of space, even mid August '25. Excellent hiking all around the site. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful level grassed parking in the trees by the river Po. We were greeted very warmly by the owners and had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. No other vans, even in mid August '25. There were a few mosquitos so bring repellant if they like your taste! No river access or swimming in the fast flowing Po, but this is a beautiful place to stay. We were offered shower and toilet, all at no cost. Thank you, very much appreciated :)

One overnight with stunning scenery by the lake in the mountains. Visitor centre with bars and food stalls. Paid (1 euro) toilet open overnight. Quite busy mid August '25 (no surprise!) but easily found a space and there were plenty more after cafe / visitor centre hours. Traffic from early morning so better to be as far from main road as possible. Some other vans were staying on the old road away from the main road which also looked great.

Spent a lovely peaceful night here in mid August '25. Arrived late (after 10pm) pleasantly surprised to find the bar / restaurant open with friendly staff and a very warm atmosphere. (Toilet open in cafe opening hours.) Slept undisturbed in the wooded car park before morning coffee and a walk around the abbey and lake. Beautiful place, much appreciated :)
