The reason for the 1-star rating to be able to respond is as follows. During high season, you are busy reserving a spot; you email and respond immediately by email, but it turns out that 5 minutes after our confirmation, someone reserved online. AND that person takes priority. Simply scandalous. Called for an explanation and it is… the intern's fault…..
