Friendly, businesslike welcome. Large lawn. You can choose your own pitch. Includes a pond. The sanitary facilities are outdated. An update, a fresh coat of paint, etc., would make a big difference. Xanten is easily accessible by bike (just under 6km). Lots of archaeology and a nice town. We paid €49.50 for 2 nights here, including electricity and shower tokens. Conclusion: a pleasant campsite, but the sanitary facilities really need to be renovated, as does the dishwashing area.

Very friendly welcome. It wasn't busy at the time. We were able to pick out a nice spot for our campervan. The sanitary facilities are fine. We paid €28 per night here, including electricity. (10% discount because we are also SVR members) The campsite restaurant serves authentic German food: schnitzels. Well prepared. In the village (1.5 km from the campsite): ALDI and REWE supermarkets.

Great campsite with excellent sanitary facilities. Friendly owner. The only downside is that the noise from the A4 motorway is quite loud. We paid €36 per night, including electricity and a shower card. Tip: cycle to the station in Wandersleben (a good half-hour ride) and then take the train to Erfurt (15 min). Erfurt surprised us: beautiful

Friendly business reception. Nice pitches. Excellent sanitary facilities. It is possible to order sandwiches. Cycling to Chemnitz is also doable without electric assistance, although there is sometimes a steep climb. Chemnitz has a beautiful centre.

Friendly welcome. Bathroom facilities okay. This might be a problem during busy times, as there are only 2 toilets for men and 2 for women. City centre nearby (10 min walk). Nice centre. We paid €32 per night, incl. electricity.

The welcome at the reception was mediocre. There was enough choice of pitches now, so we could stand reasonably level. The sanitary facilities are basic. Showers are located in the toilet block upon entry instead of further away. There is hardly any privacy when showering now. Kłodzko is a 20-minute walk away. It is nice to walk through. The fortress is worth visiting. We could not pay because there was no card payment option. We had to leave an email address and the bill would then be sent to us.

Very friendly and warm welcome. The pitches are indeed very narrow. There is only 1 toilet and 1 shower for 12 pitches. They are still in the start-up phase, so these will be expanded according to the owner. Auschwitz is nearby. We paid 300 Złt for 2 nights, so it is a pricey campsite, which is actually more of a campervan site.

Beautifully situated campsite. Very hospitable owner. It wasn't busy, so it was nice and quiet. Sanitary facilities are fine. In high season, they might be a bit cramped in terms of the number of cabins. Good transport (bus) to the cable car. However, it is an expensive campsite (€40). Shop close to the campsite.

A warm welcome at the hotel reception. Good sanitary facilities. Do watch where you pitch your tent, as schoolchildren arrive in the open field every morning for a sort of sports day. There is nothing else to do at the campsite. There is a shop nearby, though. The town center is within walking and cycling distance. There is a beautiful park nearby. Tarnów itself is not really impressive. However, there is a lot of focus on the Jewish tragedy of WWII. We paid €35 including electricity.

A real city campsite: a bit messy, a bit old, but cozy with everything mixed together. Sanitary facilities are okay, just a bit inconvenient that the toilet and showers are in one room. So sometimes there is a wait in the morning. A big advantage is that tram line 18 stops in front of the campsite. You are in the city in 15 to 20 minutes. Interesting city, both the old center and the Kazimierz district and Podgórze.
