superb place with everything you need. beach is right on your doorstep with beds and parasol provided free of charge. spotlessly clean sanitaires with unlimited hot water in great showers. all in all a great relaxing place with a wonderfully friendly team especially Bruno who cannot do enough to please his guests

superb aire and great value at 5euros all inc. services a little dated but work. pay the the post office and don’t forget to visit the super auberge for a meal. we will return thank you

great aire and great value, on arrival the barrier was down, we thought it was closed (COVID) but whilst checking online for somewhere else to go a lady approached and let us in, services tricky to find and grass a little soft after the rain but a great place to stay for peace n quiet

nice clean and tidy aire but not much here out of season, sept 20 pool closed and river inaccessible for swimming as planning on staying a few nights but only stayed one

Great aire with a Great view of the Pyrenees in the distance, all services for a great price of 8euros per night, very friendly owner who comes round in the evening to collect payment, not much to do around here but if you want to sit and chill it’s perfect, if you fancy a cycle ride into the town be aware it’s very hilly...but worth it.

Aire in itself is not too bad, all facilities working just missing somewhere for recyclables, however the neighbour at the bottom of the aire had at least 6 very smokey bonfires which ruined it for us, (we were only there 2 nights), windows all open and smoke in the air is not nice, when I spoke to him he just said “if you’re not happy then don’t stay” well we didn’t and with this in mind we won’t be back, as we were leaving he was cutting more

Stopped here with the intention of staying a couple of nights but low cal youths turned up with motorbikes racing around the plan d’eau. Felt a bit vulnerable so we left after just a couple of hours. Services were ok albeit a bit tight to get into.

Great place. Everything here. Aire is a bit sparse but there is the plan d’eau right here with great walks and cycle ways, a beach on the lake, restaurant and picnic sites what’s not to like easy 10

This cp is no longer suitable for camping cars as there is a height limit on the entrance (2m) the old campsite 100m away has now been taken over by camping car park and is available for camping cars

A nice quiet site with all services included. Nice walks alone the river and a short cycle ride into Saumur.

Great site on the edge of a very pretty village, large pitches on grass which could become muddy in wet weather, very quiet, could benefit from trimming the weeds/grass, other wise very good

This was our first ever outing in our new (to us) camper. I think we may have been to the best first. We wanted somewhere easy for our first trip and this air is very easy. Two big service areas each accommodating two vehicles, loads of big pitches most of which were on hard standing gravel. We did struggle to get a satellite signal as there are lots of trees about but managed in the end by moving
