Very nice campsite, beautiful pitches with fantastic views. Friendly owners who involve your children in farm chores (bringing in the sheep). Bread roll service. Small lake a 25-minute walk away (dogs are allowed in the first one, but not the second). Diagonally opposite the campsite is a house with 3 dogs that bark all day long; that does get annoying, but the campsite can't do anything about it. Also, few opportunities for really good mountain hikes. But all in all, 5 stars.

Great campsite! Within walking distance of cable cars, starting points for hiking trails, and by a river. Neat sanitary facilities, though far too few for the number of campers. Nice bar where you can have breakfast and eat small sandwiches. I would go back there in a heartbeat!!!

Spacious pitches, beautiful by the lake. But incredibly dog-unfriendly (dogs are not allowed on the campsite and peeing/pooping within 100m of the campsite). Old toilets, no hand soap at the toilets, bizarre waste policy which they monitor like hawks, even sitting on a chair by the trash to check on you. Dogs have to put the wristbands on themselves and they absolutely do not provide them to put on themselves. Expensive campsite for what you get.

A beautiful place with friendly owners. Pitches a bit cramped, no toilet paper, and too few showers (2 for men and 2 for women) for the size of the campsite. However, a nice swimming pool, good bread service, and beautiful walking paths in the surrounding area!

Stayed for one night at the end of April while passing through, and it was really great! We were sad to have to leave already. A top-notch campsite for children. Clean sanitary facilities, just a bit cold showers. Bread service available. We will definitely come back here this year!

Great campsite, beautiful views, and lovely walking in the surrounding area! Restaurant Meckies is highly recommended for a walk. The campsite has bread rolls in the morning, hot showers; a neat and well-maintained campsite! Highly recommended.

It is wonderful at Camping Maria with Eva! She is incredibly friendly and helpful! The campsite is well-equipped, and the sanitary facilities have been renovated. The views are beautiful, and you can enjoy lovely walks in the surrounding area! The cable car up the mountain just a little further away is fantastic with children! We would love to come back again this year!

Fantastic place! We stayed here for two nights due to terrible weather. We were promised an upstairs pitch via email, and after much nagging at the reception, we were actually allowed to stay there upon arrival. That wasn't really the intention. No idea why. A lovely covered area where you could sit, with hanging chairs and a beautiful view. Very quick access to the heart of Ljubljana. 5 stars!
