This is an outstanding place. A very small road even passing a one lane tunnel for more than 1 km. The road ends 500 km behind the camp side. We asked the owner by phone if there are hight or weight restrictions. the answer was that bug trucks can pass. you are staying direct line to the Fjord with outstanding view. Hiking tracks around, boot rentals or simple swimming in 23 degree water. Very quiet. Downside, you need to bring the food you need.

you can go down to the river staying in the green not taking space at the regular rest area. it‘s a very nice place to stay for one or two nights

Sehr schöner Platz direkt am Rhein. Auch für große Fahrzeuge problemlos geeignet. Wir haben per E-Mail angefragt und direkt eine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben gefragt ob es möglich sei einen Platz direkt am Rhein zu reservieren und haben wegen der Bäume auf die Höhe unseres Mobils (3,65m) hingewiesen. Sehr schöner Platz. Im vorderen Bereich asphaltiert und zum Teil auch Parzelliert. Dort gibt es 2 Elektroverteiler. Speziell auf dem asphaltierten Teil sind Keile oder Hubstützen notwendig. Entlang des Flusses Ahr Schotter und relativ eben. Speziell mit Türe zur Ahr wunderschön. Allerdings ohne Strom. Selbst über das lange Wochenende Christi Himmelfahrt wurden tagsüber Plätze frei.
