In the off-season you have little to criticize in terms of order and cleanliness. The garbage cans are open, as is the door to the kitchen. This attracts foxes here, who move quietly across the square at night. They seemed quite fearless when I walked to our camper at around 10:00 p.m. and they looked for something edible in front of our door and didn't really want to leave the place.

Even one star is too many! It's not a campsite. And 30 euros for a parking space ?! - Too much for dirty toilets that you share with guests from the restaurant and the entire port area. Incidentally, this is also the only way to wash your dishes. The showers haven't seen any cleaning products for a long time either. Disgusting! By the way: in the harbor you have typical harbor noises even at night. It didn't bother me.

The place is very nice and clean. Almost idyllic. They sanitary facilities are very clean and the staff is super nice. A restaurant is in the immediate vicinity. The place is generously parceled out and you just stand on grass.

I cannot understand some of the reviews here. What can the campsite or hostel do for the construction work? We were very satisfied. The sanitary facilities are clean and in large numbers. The staff is nice. There is a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ areas, etc. The location is great! Clear recommendation! Reservation is certainly appropriate. We were here at the end of the season and had no problems getting a place.

The operator is very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean. There are fresh eggs and homemade cheese. Everything is organized very loosely and you can have a good time there. There is a lot to discover and marvel at !! We'll definitely remember the place.

The location is good. You can walk to the old town in 30 minutes. The place is clean. The shower rooms (men / women separated) are clean. There are no lockable shower stalls, only partitions and shower curtains. In the evening, motorcyclists do their laps in a parking lot not far away. 3 evenings into the night always the same. So don't forget your earplugs 😉

Very good place by the lake! The sanitary facilities are new and very clean! Operators are nice. The place itself is very well maintained. There is a large lawn and a volleyball net. Plus a big box with balls and other sports equipment! There is also a bus connection to Tartu. And nothing was missing.

Large, well-kept campsite with clean sanitary facilities. Rental of SUP, bicycles, boats available! Operators are very nice! Several accesses to the lake. Free firewood. Parceled and non-parceled pitches; some with terraces !! All in all, a very nice place to stay. Beautiful nature with hiking trails. Farmer's market every 14 days on Sundays in Straupe is a hit !!

Place is clean and well maintained with access to the lake. Few of the sanitary facilities are clean (there were only very few campers with us). Operators are very nice. If you are looking for peace and quiet and do not plan a lot of activities, this is the right place. We need more destinations and that's why we only stay one night! Meadow is halfway flat. There are hardly any shady places. Getting here is straightforward.

Pitches close to the shore with electricity and a great view of the lake! Lots of sports and a cozy bar! Access only up to 7 tons; last about 8km bumpy gravel road. But then the holiday begins in peace and quiet and a great atmosphere! 🚌☀️⛱🏐🎣

Very nice camp! Very lovingly laid out. A paradise for children !! Restaurant offers delicious food at very good prices. Beach just behind the square! Beach access with strollers is no problem. Few toilets / showers. Point deduction: Sanitary facilities should be cleaned more often. 22.50 euros for campers + 2 people (incl. Electricity / water / showers) Conclusion: Here you can have a good holiday!

The place is clean and tidy and is located in a coniferous forest directly on a train route. The staff is very friendly. The sanitary facilities not clean; Shower has hardly any pressure on the line. The beach is about 800m away and very nice. Well-developed bike path to Klaipeda. Conclusion: possible for a stopover for one night. We don't have that holiday feeling;)
