Huge paved square. We had to pay €18 for an overnight stay until 10 a.m. the following day. Electricity costs a flat rate of €5, but there are currently only six working outlets available. According to the cashier, there are no utility or waste disposal facilities. The only positive thing: the Landungsbrücken and Reeperbahn are within easy walking distance.
Sitecode: 3659
We ventured back here after two years, and nothing has changed. Both the campsite and Warnemünde harbor and beach are completely overrun with tourists, even in the off-season. The front row of the campsite is great for watching the ships, but it's clearly very popular. Anyone who comes here should be aware of what they're getting into.
Sitecode: 3705
Thanks to the Sradt for this spacious pitch. Unfortunately, the water/waste station is completely outdated and should be replaced. There's no greywater disposal; at best, it's only possible with a hose down the toilet sink—and that's no fun :-( Overnight stays cost a fair €5 per 24 hours, payable, for example, with Easy Park. Some of the pitches are steeply sloping, so leveling wedges are useful here.
Sitecode: 52434
The pitches are mostly very small and cramped, and overall, everything in the RV "oasis" feels makeshift and unkempt. The reception was very rude, but not very friendly. We walked to Alexanderplatz in about an hour, so it's not really that close. The only good thing is the proximity to the Gesundbrunnen S-Bahn station and the shopping center located there. If you like oriental food, you'll find countless kebab and falafel stalls nearby.
Sitecode: 6588
Beautiful and well-maintained campsite, within easy walking distance of the charming old town and the impressive castle. Fair electricity rate of €1/12 hours, good water and electricity. We'll be back 👍
Sitecode: 162010
This is a popular parking area for hikers during the day and very quiet at night. It's a great starting point for hikes within the Saar Loop, including visits to the impressive castle ruins and the town of Mettlach. In Mettlach, we highly recommend the newly renovated Villeroy & Boch Museum and showrooms.
Sitecode: 1580
Check-in is easy, but the water and power station is inconveniently located directly behind the barrier. Electricity is available only in a few places, and the stations there were broken. The pitches are very narrow, some of them steeply sloping. You'd hardly want to spend more than one night here. The proximity to the cathedral, which is well worth seeing, is a plus, and we also liked the center with its many small shops and numerous restaurants.
Sitecode: 161725
A simple, well-maintained parking lot without water or electricity; we spent a very quiet night here. About 50 meters away is a kiosk with seating and a wide range of products. The radio telescope is absolutely worth seeing, and its functions are well described on the information panels. A great starting point for hikes.
Sitecode: 952
A fantastic and absolutely exemplary campsite. Modern check-in, well-spaced pitches, very well-maintained and clean. Plus, a fair all-inclusive price and friendly staff—what more could you ask for? Of course—more sites of this quality :-)
Sitecode: 10327
The RVs are lined up, so you don't feel too crowded. We paid around €20 for 24 hours, and electricity costs €3.60 for 10 kWh. It's relatively quiet here at night. Emptying the toilet is easy, but getting fresh water is quite complicated, and there's no disposal facility for gray water. The center is easily accessible on foot. Nancy has several tourist highlights; overall, the city is worth a visit.
Sitecode: 326
A practical site with good water and electricity. Due to its proximity to the outdoor pool and sports field, it's often not particularly quiet here, but it was bearable during our visit. The town of Rottweil isn't particularly worth seeing, but it does offer many restaurants and is very culturally active.
Sitecode: 3122
A simple parking space without water or electricity, it's free and relatively quiet, close to the swimming pool and restaurant. We especially recommend a visit to the Phono Museum, with its great exhibitions and very friendly staff.
Sitecode: 46961
The restaurant with this pitch is located in the middle of the forest. The water and electricity are very basic, but available. Free electricity is available from a homemade box that currently houses a wasp's nest :-( From here, you can start great hikes, followed by a delicious meal at the forester's lodge. The only thing we found odd was the owner of the lodge, who was unfriendly and loudly blurted out his secrets in the beer garden in the evenings.
Sitecode: 14421
The site has a very idiosyncratic layout, which we didn't like. The coin-only payment system is outdated, but the water and waste disposal system is available and OK. A small part of the monastery can be visited, which takes about an hour. Otherwise, the area, with its huge, empty parking lot and many abandoned-looking buildings, seemed more like a lost place to us.
Sitecode: 77029
Public parking lot; camping is prohibited. During the day, the site is packed in good weather; on weekends and during the holiday season, you should avoid Stein am Rhein anyway due to overcrowding. In our experience, overnight stays are tolerated; we spent three relaxing nights here for €40. Of course, there's no water/supply or electricity, but you can swim in the Rhine ;-)
Sitecode: 9472
A simple parking lot in a not particularly pleasant setting. The water and sewage system has been completely dismantled, meaning no service is available, and there's no electricity. Contrary to the price listed on the site, we actually only paid €6 for an overnight stay (less than 24 hours). The night was quiet and relaxing, so everything was fine for a stopover. We highly recommend the Wok Restaurant (about 100 meters away).
Sitecode: 9659
A large site with water and electricity, right next to the Volcano Museum and a brewery. All at a fair price, what more could you want? Thanks to the city for this parking space.
Sitecode: 64924
This will probably become a really good RV park in the future. Currently, however, it feels more like a large construction site, temporarily set up for RVs. Check-in is unnecessarily complicated, but the Wi-Fi on site works very well. We paid €15 per night. The Teutonic Castle and its exhibitions are an absolute highlight; the guided tour was excellent. And you can start some great hikes from here.
Sitecode: 11703
Anyone who manages to secure one of the eight parking spaces can look forward to generously spaced lots and a short 15-minute walk into the extremely attractive old town. The location isn't ideal, but it was relatively quiet at night. Contrary to the information provided, there is currently no water/supply or electricity. Payment is possible with the EasyPark app (€13.60 for 24 hours).
Sitecode: 11417
Great starting point for visiting Merano and hiking, really nice operators. ATTENTION: The site is very popular and constantly overcrowded, many campers have to turn away without success. Most of the sites are narrow and functional, and many have a steep gradient. Electricity flat rate is included, but the network is always overloaded, and some devices cannot cope with the low voltage (our Dometic refrigerator and Truma heater often switch off).
Sitecode: 50608
The place didn't seem very attractive to us with the adjacent hall, and it didn't look particularly well-kept either. It's also quite remote, and it takes around 50 minutes to walk to the center. It's simply overpriced, especially since everything has to be paid for separately (water, shower, electricity 1€/KWh). A little tip: you can easily weigh your motorhome at the nearby recycling center ;-)
Sitecode: 110626
Two people + motorhome €32 + additional costs That's just too much
Sitecode: 65168
We spent two relatively quiet and felt safe nights here. Every now and then buses and trucks drive across the huge square, occasionally you can hear trains - we didn't find any of this disturbing. There is no electricity or VE. We paid €5 for each 24 hours via the Dresden app. It's great that you can quickly get to the center on foot, and Dresden is one of the most beautiful cities we know.
Sitecode: 21006
We spent two quiet and relaxing nights here, and were free to choose where we wanted to camp on the large lawn. We paid €10/night without electricity, toilet disposal and fresh water are available for a fee. Unfortunately, there is no grey water drain. You can use many bicycle and cycle paths directly from the campsite, it's a really great area here 👍
Sitecode: 3986
The unmarked parking space is in the back yard of the guesthouse, and to us it all seemed quite makeshift and in need of modernization. The first night was supposed to cost €20, but we thought that was simply too high, so we chose an alternative.
Sitecode: 104683
Modern, small parking space with sufficiently large plots. We spent a very quiet night here and felt safe. Everything (vegetables, electricity) costs extra at the usual price level. The €15 parking fee is charged for 24 hours, and exact billing is not possible. The Fichtelberg cable car starts practically right next door, and there are several restaurants in the area.
Sitecode: 73219
Large public car park with no restrictions, but also no parking permits. We spent a night here in peace and quiet and felt safe. The centre is within easy walking distance. Annaberg has a lot to offer, so it's worth a visit.
Sitecode: 58177
The well-maintained campsite with a beautiful lake beach is not the most modern, but it does offer many leisure activities including kiosks and restaurants. We paid €30 per night for a very good pitch with a lake view (free choice of pitch) including accommodation, electricity is extremely expensive at €0.90/kWh. There is a lot of space, so it might only get a bit crowded at weekends or during holiday periods.
Sitecode: 12748
Pure parking space without VE, up to 5 motorhomes can fit here. Makes a very safe impression. Additional motorhomes can stay overnight in the forecourt, but you need a parking disc here during the day (2 hours). Lots of attractions nearby, also a good starting point for hiking and cycling.
Sitecode: 63832
Here you can stay overnight for free directly at the highly recommended alternative Worbis Bear Park. A good starting point for hikes. Someone has apparently removed the sign 'mobile home parking', but according to the staff at the bear park you are legally allowed to park your motorhome here.
Sitecode: 8883
Very well-maintained and sufficiently large parking space at a fair price (we paid €18.50 per night including food and drink, excluding electricity). The front spaces with unobstructed views of the Weser are particularly nice. The site is ideal as a starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
Sitecode: 795
Thanks to the operator for this well-maintained parking space by the lake and close to the beautiful town. We spent two quiet and relaxing nights here. Emptying the cassettes is possible, but unfortunately there is no fresh water or grey water disposal. The parking machine only takes coins, but it swallowed our €1 coins without giving anything in return. When using the EasyPark app, the maximum 15% surcharge is charged (i.e. €10.35 per night instead of €9.00)
Sitecode: 62116
Nice, small place; good for relaxing or as a starting point for hikes. The price is fair, but electricity is very expensive (1€/KWh). Netto market and restaurants are nearby. In summer you can swim in the lake
Sitecode: 69015
Large, fenced parking lot, obviously quite new and good for a city visit or just a stopover. The price is fair, water and electricity can be booked as needed. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained, and it was very quiet at night.
Sitecode: 272
Simple parking space in a dreary area, close to the Rhine and the beautiful city center. The church is a real highlight here. In the evenings it was a bit unpleasant because of young people with ghetto blasters and cars wandering around, but after 11 o'clock it calmed down. At the end of April the site was always almost full, in the high season it might get crowded here. The price of €13 including electricity is fair, but the payment system still has some shortcomings.
Sitecode: 89353
Very nice, spacious, well-kept and partly parceled parking space at the foot of a castle ruin. We paid €12 for 24 hours, electricity costs €0.85/KWh. VE is available. So just great, this is what a good parking space should look like :-)
Sitecode: 104964
Parceled gravel field with numbered spaces, some divided off with hedges. Currently €19 from 12pm to 12pm, so not for 24 hours, a shame. Additionally €0.80/KWh and €0.02/liter fresh water. We showered for around €0.50. Everything is very modern and clean, including VE, really great. It wasn't really quiet here at night either; traffic noise was always noticeable.
Sitecode: 6028
The well-maintained parking space is divided into two parts; some spaces at the bus parking lot and others below behind the snack bar. Electricity is expensive (1€/KWh), we didn't find any. 24 hours cost €6, tourist tax is added if the information center is open. Otherwise a nice starting point for hikes, the Kutscherplatz restaurant (Bulgarian) in town is absolutely top.
Sitecode: 12598
Great starting point for hikes, very quiet at night. Most places have quite a steep slope. Simple packaging is available, gray water disposal is a bit complicated with a hose, fresh water €2/60L, cassette disposal free of charge. Overnight stay is free, tourist tax should be paid at the tourist office.
Sitecode: 551
We stayed here for one night relatively quietly and free of charge, thanks to the city for this opportunity. The old town and the Imperial Palace, which are well worth seeing, can be easily reached on foot. It's a shame that some residents misuse this place as a free permanent parking space for their caravans and mobile homes.
Sitecode: 12404
Easy parking, good for visiting the harbor and warehouse district. Night rest is a foreign word here, however, loud multi-cultural meetings took place here until sunrise. We paid €16 for one night, Saturday to Monday the place cannot be used because of the fish market.
Sitecode: 3659
Here you can experience the full force of the Womo - Boom: 100 places, and they are constantly overcrowded even outside the main season :-( Of course, the proximity to the beach and promenade is appealing, but the 'good' seats in the first row are hard to get and behind you just feel like you're in a large parking lot. By the way, staying overnight is only tolerated here, but not encouraged.
Sitecode: 20078
The parking space consists of a large, undivided meadow. We paid €18 per night + €3 electricity flat rate; Supply and disposal at the very simple stations costs extra. It is very quiet here, ideal for walks and bike rides. The museum on the V1/V2 test and production site is really worth seeing.
Sitecode: 4579
Small, well-kept pitch with simple sanitary facilities and rinsing places. The whole thing at fair prices is of little use to most people, however, since, according to the owner, the place is almost completely booked two years in advance. So definitely call ahead or look for alternatives.
Sitecode: 86747
We paid €29.40 for camper van and 2 people (incl. tourist tax, WiFi, electricity, supply and disposal); not as advertised €17 It is an extremely simple, undivided campsite in the wilderness. It is on a lake that is hidden by trees and where swimming is not allowed. The canoe rental right on the site is great, but the condition of the facilities is less nice. The staff is reserved friendly.
Sitecode: 992
Great praise to the city for this spacious parking space, which makes a clean and well-kept impression. The current price of €12 for 24 hours includes an electricity flat rate as well as supply and disposal; that's really fair. Good starting point for bike tours or a visit to the city, which is well worth seeing, with many cafes and restaurants.
Sitecode: 3155
Checking in and access is a bit cumbersome. The place is ideal for a visit to the Autostadt, we spent two good nights here. Traffic noise is present but bearable. Electricity and water are free, it's a pity that no disposal is possible.
Sitecode: 64857
The parking space is clean and well-kept, but more functional than beautiful and quite expensive. The small town with 1970s charm is obviously designed for spa guests, and the Landesgartenschau Park, which is subject to a fee, is worth seeing.
Sitecode: 53069
Parking spaces in a large car park, beautifully laid out, but unfortunately far too few. But you can alternatively stand in the huge car parking lot, it's not forbidden :-) The fact that the place is subject to a fee prevents the abuse that is often seen in other cities - good idea. At night there is the unfortunately usual honking and acceleration orgies in cities.
Sitecode: 8478
The Womo are lined up here like on a string of pearls, i.e. a pure parking lot. It's quite a walk to the center on foot, unfortunately along a street. €17 is just too much for that.
Sitecode: 92132
Prices have probably changed; now costs €19 in October + tourist tax €3/person. Really a super modern top place. Large plots, clean and with a great payment system. Showers are billed precisely, as is electricity, all by card. However, the advantages of the course are also its weak point - even in the off-season it is overcrowded. We don't want to experience the high season here.
Sitecode: 12404
Great place right on the Elbe, many sights (Philharmonie, Reeperbahn, old Elbe tunnel, etc.) within walking distance. The WoMo are very tightly packed, the space is just limited and very popular.
Sitecode: 74361
There is enough space for hundreds of mobile homes - except for events, of course. It's great that the city is making the site available free of charge. There is no VE, but it's a quick walk to the city center. We spent a quiet and relaxed night here.
Sitecode: 9887
Parking for trailers and caravans due for scrap - amazing that the city allows that. No signs as WoMo parking space. OK for a stopover, but no more
Sitecode: 696
Payment has finally been changed - instead of cumbersome registration, a ticket at the parking machine is now sufficient. The place is just great near the beach (5-10 minutes) and the area offers a lot of leisure activities. Of course there is always a lot going on here at one of the East Frisian hotspots, but outside of the main season the occupancy rate is tolerable. A small drawback are the narrow areas on the parceled area with power supply.
Sitecode: 657
It's nice to be in the front row here, provided something is free - but the place is completely overcrowded even in the off-season. The night's sleep was disturbed during our stay until early in the morning by noisy young people and autoposers.
Sitecode: 9674
The place is nicely laid out, clean and it's relatively quiet here. No parcelling, so you can stand a little distance from the neighbors. Good starting point for bike tours.
Sitecode: 521
A somewhat unusual parking space directly under a road bridge. But if that doesn't bother you, you'll find a large, freely divisible space right on the Main with VE at a fair price. It was surprisingly quiet at night. From here you can easily reach the town and castle on foot, and this is also an ideal starting point for bicycle tours.
Sitecode: 3830
Small free parking space at the swimming pool with 5 very narrow spaces, electricity and VE When we arrived the spaces were occupied, but there are enough alternatives before without electricity. We can recommend a visit to the old town (10 minutes on foot) with many small alleys and the castle, which is well worth seeing and in which you can hear interesting stories about the Brothers Grimm.
Sitecode: 14718
The journey is an impertinence, scratches on the plastic windows and possibly even on the paintwork are practically unavoidable. The reception was very rough, the friendly lady at the reception was yelled at and insulted by the extremely rough and unfriendly owner of the place in front of everyone present. This is absolutely unacceptable! One night now €25 including electricity. By the way, you can hardly see anything of the Rhine, except for the long-term campers in the first row.
Sitecode: 50976
Of course, this campsite is only intended for visitors to the amusement park. It has good facilities, but everything is kept very functional (high parking space density) and simply overpriced.
Sitecode: 45649
Nice, simple and clean campsite with sufficiently large pitches. Toilet, showers and VE are absolutely OK. The price is reasonable for what is on offer here. The beautiful old town and the hiking trails to the three castles can be reached on foot with a bit of fitness, but better by bike.
Sitecode: 56818
The entrance to the campsite is currently not signposted and there are no site regulations; but everything seems relatively well maintained and is freely accessible (if you don't miss the entrance). The lower squares are closed, toilets are closed, water is running. The VE works, there is no way to activate the power columns. As far as we could tell, you can currently (as of June 2022) stay here for free.
Sitecode: 71812
As described, a parking lot without VE, but in a fantastic location. Absolutely quiet at night, not much was going on during the day. Good starting point for hikes. Approaching us with a navigation system ended in a narrow dead end street, so better stick to the signs for Lac Noir.
Sitecode: 25432
Good parking space for a visit to the very interesting city of Colmar. As described, no electricity and no VE. The location between industrial plant and apartment monsters is certainly not nice, but the place is clean and we felt safe here. Extremely good Thai restaurant just a few meters away.
Sitecode: 2032
Simple, clean campsite; VE and sanitary facilities are OK. Not nice were the rather unkempt meadows and the constant noise from the nearby sports facility. What we liked about Mühlhausen was the great car museum and the facade paintings, which are well worth seeing. However, the city makes a unkempt, dingy impression in many places; there are also obviously major social problems.
Sitecode: 77029
Very clean place right on the Rhine, the great old town is a few minutes' walk away. We stayed here for three nights and felt very safe and comfortable. No VE, but that's how it's described. So everything is great.
Sitecode: 98059
Great equipped parking space with good VE and power connections, some pitches with a steep slope. Very quiet at night and mostly during the day. We liked the nearby Steiff Museum, the city itself is not particularly attractive. Aldi and Obi are also within easy walking distance
Sitecode: 92982
Well-developed, clean space right by the bathroom with sufficiently large storage space. Good VE, electricity costs €0.5 per KWh. A ticket can only be redeemed for 24 hours, which can be very inconvenient when redeeming later. The city of Ulm can be reached on foot, but apart from the cathedral and the fishing district it is not very attractive. Good starting point for bike tours.
Sitecode: 2575
For a city tour or as a starting point for a bike ride, the place is fully OK, the price is right. No VE in place. The many caravans with foreign license plates in front of the barrier in the absolute ban on stopping are somewhat irritating; why does the city tolerate free camping here and the Womo have to pay???
Sitecode: 3817
The great place and the castle are definitely worth a visit. The parking space is cheap (€7.50 incl. electricity), but the four official spaces are very narrow and fill up quickly. In the event of overcrowding, you can park in the adjacent bus and car parking spaces, but with the risk of a high fine.
Sitecode: 53878
Beautiful, well-kept place right on Lake Constance. Most parking spaces, however, do not offer a view of the lake. To dispose of gray water you have to leave the campsite and drive to the parking space in front of it - a bit cumbersome.
Sitecode: 11417
The downside of the motor home boom is clearly noticeable here, even in the off-season this space is completely overcrowded. Most motorhomes are crowded together, numerous drivers have to turn back unsuccessfully. In addition, there were problems with the overloaded power grid, with a measured voltage of <200V at times, the heater and refrigerator failed. An online reservation system and larger seats would be great here :-)
Sitecode: 87012
Great parking space right in the center for a very fair price. It was very quiet here at night. The overt drug consumption by young people in the middle of the square was not nice; but otherwise behaved peacefully.
Sitecode: 3750
Great pitch. Very neat, clean and optimally furnished. Close to the beautiful old town with good restaurants. And all for a very fair € 5 - what more could you want?
Sitecode: 63832
Great place! At night it is very quiet, during the day you can go hiking directly from here, see the bear park or visit the beautiful old town with many restaurants. Everything is great 👍
Sitecode: 647
Great free parking space, partly in the shade under trees. During the day, even on weekdays out of season, the area was overcrowded with cyclists and visitors to the good fish restaurants on the square; after 8 p.m. it was quiet. Electricity as well as supply and disposal is possible for a fee.
Sitecode: 11319
We would have paid the € 5, but since there was no way we stood for free. And didn't regret it - nice little place with great restaurants and an absolutely worth seeing park right on the parking space. Supply and disposal is possible at the indoor pool. We'd love to come back there.
Sitecode: 1016
One thing is clear: Flensburg does not like mobile homes and sends them to the most remote and neglected place that could be found. Here you stand close between the sewer pipe and the smelly factory. We understand and move on quickly.
Sitecode: 10006
Very clean and well-kept place, lots for Womo are all on the water and big enough. Supply and disposal is possible, electricity flat rate is included in the price. Many tables and benches, even a gas grill can be used free of charge. Short way to the modern place. This place is worth its € 20.
Sitecode: 81890
Very small, free parking lot, which is used by many cars with beach visitors during the day. We were there two nights and it always seemed overcrowded. Very limited sea view from the Womo. No supply or disposal whatsoever. The short way to the North Sea and the adjoining nature reserve with various circular routes, on which we discovered a beautiful fauna as well as an adder, is nice.
Sitecode: 68646
Free, large parking lot for cars and mobile homes with a great sea view. No supply and disposal, but there is a garbage container. The nearby beach is not cleaned and therefore smells penetratingly of decaying algae - a small downer.
Sitecode: 82943
Quiet parking lot with sea view, approx. 100m from the beach. Toilet and rubbish bin are available. We felt very comfortable here.
Sitecode: 10645
The name said it all - until late in the evening, noisy small aircraft took off right behind the parking space; was pretty annoying. We paid almost € 20 (pitch + water + disposal + electricity). Even considering that the place is well maintained, that was just too much for this remote location.
Sitecode: 1011
The parking space is currently officially closed, but the driveway is free and there are a lot of motorhomes here. The place is calm and nicely laid out; Let's hope that it will be released again soon and that you don't have to stand here so semi-legally.
Sitecode: 18341
Nice parking space in the marina, very friendly operator. Supply and disposal is very simple, but possible. Free choice of parking space with all advantages and disadvantages; In our case, a reckless camper squeezed in front of us and blocked the view of the harbor - although there were enough other areas free. Then designated parking spaces would be the better solution.
Sitecode: 9712
Very neat and clean place. Electricity and water expensive (€ 1 per KWh, € 1 for 40L). Center within walking distance. Currently completely overcrowded despite the low season.
Sitecode: 2588
Parking lot with a great sea view in the first row; costs € 12 for 24 hours. No supply or disposal possible, setting up tables and chairs is not permitted. So unsuitable for the selfish long-term campers in the best places. The proximity to the naval museum, aquarium, promenade and landing stage for harbor tours is nice.
Sitecode: 55257
Very nicely laid out and well-kept place with large plots in a park. The city center, which is well worth seeing, and the castle are within walking distance. Also suitable as a starting point for hikes. Electricity costs € 1 for 6 hours (coin slot). The stand fee can be paid with a credit card. The nearby praline factory (Viba) with a great restaurant is recommended.
Sitecode: 18773
A place on the bank is certainly very nice, but only with luck thanks to Corona and the associated motorhome boom. On warm nights there is loud partying on and under the bridge, and then there is still the type of person who wants to compensate for a missing brain with loud engine noise. Still a good place for a stopover or a city tour.
Sitecode: 53889
Great location on the Elbe with short distances to many sights at the harbor. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing. This is a concrete parking lot that is completely overpriced at € 19. And then you should also drive until 9am in the morning .... We also had the bad luck of ruthless neighbors who thought that they had to maintain all the womos on the pitch until after midnight :-(
Sitecode: 5566
You are close to the city center and port. Although shown as full at the entrance, we still got a place. This parking space is really not very nice, but the location and friendly caretaker are very pleasant. Electricity costs € 1 for 8 hours, and can also be supplied and disposed of. € 12 for a night is therefore a fair price.
Sitecode: 531
Very compact parking space, where the womos are at a sufficient distance from each other. The groundsman is Nordic friendly and as helpful as he is business-minded. The basic price with 2 people is a whopping 19 euros, and everything additional, from the supply and disposal to the electricity, is charged extra. The location is great with direct access to interesting hiking trails.
Sitecode: 19984
Beautifully laid out space with service station and electricity included in the price. A good starting point for walks and bike tours, or simply to end the day in the small marina. Mosquito repellent is mandatory here. The view of the sea is missing, instead there is currently a loud construction site next door,
Sitecode: 8325
We really enjoyed it here. Free choice of place on a meadow or a paved place, short walk to the beach and overall very quiet. Electricity is included in the price. Families with children in particular should feel very comfortable here due to the numerous play options.
Sitecode: 586
This is our third time here, and compared to many other parking spaces, it is still one of the best for us. The groundsman is very nice and helpful, price for overnight stay and electricity completely fine. The plots are generously divided with hedges, so there is no sardine can feeling. You can easily reach many interesting places by bike or on foot.
Sitecode: 15785
In the first row you are right on the water, a beach is a few meters away and anyone who needs it can draw electricity at a flat rate. We have felt very comfortable here.
Sitecode: 12810
The place is a great starting point to explore the very interesting area by bike. The situation on the street does not bother us as there is very little traffic at night. However, the free space seems to be very popular with Dutch Womo friends; only mobiles from the neighboring country, which had obviously set up here for longer stays, blocked the rather small space for other drivers - too bad. A reasonable place fee or limitation of the length of stay might relax the situation.

The flip side of the Womo boom was also noticeable here: early on, all the squares of this beautifully situated parking lot were occupied. Remains only to continue or to stand with a queasy gut feeling on the car parking lots. We had opted for the latter and so spent a quiet night here. Especially worth seeing is the foot-accessible Wertheim Castle.

ATTENTION: even who - as we leave - the place after about 1 hour, must pay the full 9 euros :-( One should think that with short-term parking less is required, technically safe without problems feasible to be more important than fairness.

Free parking space directly on the banks of the Main river on the large parking lot. Good for visiting the beautiful, but fairly well-arranged center or for bicycle tours. Quiet at night.
Sitecode: 643
The parking lot of the open-air museum is attached, clean and quiet. An area for campers is shown separately. Highly recommended is a visit to the open-air museum, which is very spacious, beautiful and interesting. The restaurant in the museum should be very good, but we could not use because of a wedding party; an outstanding alternative: Gasthof zum Dorfkrug in Dwergte

We were received by a friendly park attendant. The top attractions (Landungsbrücken, Elbphilharmonie ...) can be reached on foot. The harbor ferry line 62 stops here and invites you to a cost-efficient harbor cruise. In the evening we were able to follow the work in dry dock on the opposite side. And the whole thing for 14 ¬, what do you want as a real Womo driver more?
Sitecode: 10645
Great place to watch ships on the canal. Super friendly groundsman, where you can enjoy delicious grilled food with a fresh draft beer in the late afternoon. And here is everything for a fair price. We will be back :-)
Sitecode: 8655
Great parking space for the visit of the beautiful and interesting city center. Very tight, but for free. Also with us the place was full from the early afternoon.
Sitecode: 70158
Great place behind the dike right on the water. And that for zero euros - what more could you want, if you are looking for nature?
Sitecode: 65609
Good, large parking space in the marina with great views and close to the center. Attractive little town with the possibility for walks or cycling. Payment at the machine. We did not find a contact person for questions about place and location. Electricity, water and shower / WC must be paid for; since we did not need everything, the 20 euros were quite expensive for us
Sitecode: 18426
Nothing special: For motorhomes designated footprint at a marina; laid out a little loveless. Long way to the center, no walking or cycling paths. A main road leads straight behind the site. Really not a very attractive place for a very high price. After a short visit we drove on.
Sitecode: 42046
You stand here with great views right on the marina. In the price of 130DKK (around 18 €) is a stream flatrate, Wi-Fi (at times but lame) and supply and disposal included. The groundsman was only interested in the ticket control - in addition, he was not approachable. Infrastructure: a always overcrowded fry at the ferry dock, nothing else
Sitecode: 1027
Mix of camping and pitch, rather aligned to multi-day camping stays and is obviously also used by this clientele predominantly. Fair price and friendly staff. Quite quiet at night. Within walking distance of the city center, but we did not particularly like it.
Sitecode: 601
Here you are close to the water and can watch the ships. One gets rid of garbage legally, everything else has to wait until the next place. 10 euros are due to the location still OK food is offered at several food stalls, but the quality varies greatly. Had excellent fried fish, but miserable (fried!) Currywurst. Especially here: Keep your eyes open when buying fries :-)
Sitecode: 586
Beautifully landscaped and large parking space. Center and fishing port can be easily reached by bike; also on foot feasible (about 20-30 minutes). Good supply and disposal station. Extremely friendly and helpful groundskeeper. And all for a fair price.
Sitecode: 8834
Easy parking without supply and disposal options. For 7 euros we were terrorized from 7 o'clock in the morning by hellish loud leaf blowers and stone cleaners - you have to pay even tax :-)
Sitecode: 657
The price of currently € 9, payable to the friendly harbor master, is very fair. The center can be easily reached on foot. If you are lucky enough to get a seat in the first row, you can spend a great stay here. In our opinion, everything was great.
Sitecode: 675
Great if a city heart for RVs shows and free of charge provides an area in a central parking lot. Even electricity connections are available (currently 1 € for 2 KWh). A few trees do not seem all that bleak as in comparable places. In addition, the city is obviously also tolerant of 'wrong parkers' who have found no place in the designated WoMo area.
Sitecode: 11448
The city center is really worth seeing and regularly offers great events. From the pitch, it can be reached quickly over the beautiful promenade. The pitch is also located directly on the Rhine. The traffic noise of the street and the train are already very loud, but at night it is surprisingly quiet. Taking into account that Linz makes this place available for free, this is a great service.
Sitecode: 11417
Places staked out and many with a steep slope. Hardly places with views of the valley. Around € 26 (with 2 people including Wi-Fi and electricity + € 2.50 for the shower) is already high priced; However, the place is probably still full of lack of alternatives often. Positive: everything is very well maintained and clean. Supply and disposal is included in the price. Meran and Dorf Tirol are within walking distance
Sitecode: 326
The places are too narrow. Curios: while it is squashed in the Womo area, the surrounding area for cars was completely empty. In addition, the place is quite far from the center. Our tip: Closer to the city center there are parking lots where you can spend the night for free.
Sitecode: 3273
Great that the city provides such a WoMo space from which the center is within easy walking distance. The plots are generously divided, the price of € 15 but still on the top border for a paved parking lot. Road nearby hardly bothers. Attention card payment at the machine: with us, the device for 1 night € 30 deducted; the remaining € 15 are gone :-(
Sitecode: 12472
Shed parking in front of a restaurant; very flat and very quiet at night. Womo seats are not signposted; after consultation you can stay here for free. No supply / disposal. We ate in the beer garden of the restaurant excellent; Tuesday was barbecue and everything was cooked perfectly by the chef - for a very fair price. We will be back.
Sitecode: 41252
Great place right on a lake, at the beginning of July to about 60% occupied. Free choice of place in the meadows, partly give the high trees a good shade. Very clean and well maintained. Restaurant, sanitary building and supply / disposal station - everything is OK. The three of us paid around € 20; Electricity and shower come extra. The power is unfortunately, as often on campsites in CZ, very expensive.
Sitecode: 51928
The course consists of a large, hilly meadow that is criss-crossed with caravans. The view of the adjacent lake has only a few places, which are of course occupied. The staff was very friendly, but spoke neither English nor German. New sanitary building. There was no electricity at our place. Wastewater disposal in soil is not possible.
Sitecode: 43523
Very neat place behind the house of the very nice operator. Sanitary facilities were always clean and well maintained. You get plenty of tips on arrival, even in German, and can buy tickets for the nearby tram. Bread rolls can be pre-ordered and picked up in the morning. We paid with 3 people about € 30 per day including electricity. Supply and disposal is possible, but very provisional, and for fresh water are again € 2 due.
Sitecode: 58544
An uneven meadow below a main street, everything does not look very well maintained. The Sevicestation is available, but most simply zusammengebastelt. To use the showers in the evening, you have to be very tolerant regarding cleanliness and hygiene. But including electricity over € 20 is significantly overdrawn.
Sitecode: 1041
Very nice, quiet place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Here you can go to the spa, visit the nearby town center or just let your mind wander. Occasionally the regional train passes by; did not bother us. Large plots for the Womo's, unfortunately almost all with steep slopes along and often across - XXL wedges are very helpful. If you want to use the offered showers, you have to hike in you spa and pay there despite spa card per person 2 €.
Sitecode: 52513
New place in direct proximity to the very beautiful city center. Large plots, at night it is pleasingly quiet. For 1 euro there is 4 hours of electricity, service station is also available. Lots of restaurants in the area, the Wartburg Museum is highly recommended. We also like to pay 10 Euro for 24 hours
Sitecode: 4023
Good are only the front 3 seats, the rest hardly sees anything of the water. And these places are obviously occupied by long-term parkers, distinctive signs: run around the whole day in fine rib undershirts and greet every newcomer with a sly grin :-) Real stupid division, the planning was certainly no Womo driver involved. In addition, very tight places and no supply / disposal. Nice only for ship watching and as a starting point for bicycle tours.
Sitecode: 8659
Large parking space; the beautiful center is within walking distance. Stand areas are separated with hedges and big enough. Everything is clean and well maintained. Good sanitary facilities, but a real Womo fan hardly needs. Little catch: Electricity is expensive and the activation of the columns is confusing. Overall, but great place.

The pitch is very clean, well maintained and lovingly created. It is located in a scenic area that invites to walks and geocaching. Balancing wedges are highly recommended here. Payment is made at the exit with debit or credit card. Overall, a great place. PS: We cooked ourselves, because the restaurants in the village were clearly too expensive for us.

We felt very well here and even extended one more day. The bus stops directly at the place and drives to the nearby station (on foot about 30 minutes). Then it goes with the S-Bahn directly to the center. Cost per person per day for transport about 10 euros. The place is well maintained and surprisingly quiet. The staff is exceptionally friendly, sanitary absolutely ok.
Sitecode: 20141
Actually great place, large plots for the Womos, lovingly created and well maintained. Incl. Electricity and water for 10 €, that's very fair. The unfriendly reception at the registration is there to get over. But: Disco noise and the Groan drunk until early Sunday morning disturbed the sleep but considerably and left us a bland aftertaste. Too bad.
Sitecode: 14916
Beautifully laid out behind a restaurant, some places right on the water. Very quiet location. Price (including electricity, sewage WLAN) absolutely OK. Very clean. What we did not like: Grillen verboten, Restaurant hochpreisig.
Sitecode: 54857
Great place super quiet in the nature, extremely nice operator, fair price - better not. From 2018 there is also a sanitary facility.
Sitecode: 48399
Conveniently located for a visit to Rotterdam, Dordrecht and the windmills in Kinderdijk by water bus (day ticket is recommended). The place has everything you need. At night the noise level is well tolerable. Alblasserdam itself, however, is not very attractive. The owner is very rustic and pragmatic. 17 euros for a night are already bordering.
Sitecode: 229
Great location close to the center, with supply and disposal and free electricity. In addition, it is quiet at night (except for the occasional motorcycle noise) thanks to the city of Gouda!
Sitecode: 6567
Very nice place, inner city is within walking distance. Frequently full, this time we could at least on the simple meadow next door, which incomprehensibly costs just as much as the main place. There a Womo meeting with loud music took place until the night. If you can spend a quiet night on the main square, is certainly entitled to 9-10 stars.
Sitecode: 9934
Very well maintained pitch; At night it is very quiet here. One night costs eight euros, which must be paid at the ticket office of the car park. In addition, a guest card has to be purchased for € 2.50 per person per night. If you just want to stay here, the place is already expensive and the procedure of paying the visitor's tax at the guest information is quite cumbersome.
Sitecode: 12355
We liked it here. The fortress is huge, looked much smaller from below. Room behind it very well maintained and quiet at night. The modern supply station is currently faulty.
Sitecode: 41779
Parking space at the edge of a large parking lot; Very nicely furnished with supply and disposal. At night pleasantly quiet despite the adjacent road. Ideal for other cities 😀. The only downside is that this place is also used by young people for noisy meetings until the night
Sitecode: 2488
Large car park for mobile homes. Not particularly beautifully designed, view of the Moselle is overgrown with shrubs. Walking distance about 40 minutes. OK for one night.
Sitecode: 2616
Place with a beautiful view in the loading port. Unfortunately often occupied by permanent parking; But there are ample escape points at the driveway. City is easy to reach by bicycle.
Sitecode: 30145
Quiet parking space in the marina. Chemical toilet can be disposed of, fresh water are also available. Gray water disposal only half legally possible via Gulli. If you want to go shopping or eating a piece by bike or bus you have to go. Entry and exit through the massive security gate is possible only in the presence of the harbor master (or you can reach him by phone)
Sitecode: 18325
A huge, fenced gravel place in a desolate environment - at an outrageous price. We wish the operators here very quickly a less greedy competition.
Sitecode: 14101
Parking beautifully situated right on the water, quiet at night. The charming town is easily reached on foot. No payment with coins from the machine, only Dutch debit card.
Sitecode: 18341
Nice operator, quiet location, the beautiful old town can also be reached on foot.
Sitecode: 3983
Beautiful place in the vicinity of the Rhine, but unfortunately without looking at them. Bingen is easy to reach by bike. Very neat place with sufficiently large plots for the Womo. Apart from the constantly barking dog the ruthless owner total quiet place. The operators we have experienced a bit musty, but very helpful.
Sitecode: 3285
Beautiful place at the spa. Courses are fairly level, at night it was quiet. If, however, quite far from the attractions of Bayreuth, we have taken the bus. Greywater disposal unfortunately only with hose.
Sitecode: 980
The parking space is quiet and close to nature at a hotel. Seats are large enough; Shower and toillet right next to it. Lawn mowers and hedge shears are probably some time to repair; much does a quite overgrown and unkempt here. The price is currently € 6 per person.
Sitecode: 2064
Great Place with supply and disposal. Flat area with beautiful views. Very nice operator. Even billiards and table football in the board may be shared. Price absolutely OK. Gladly again 😃
Sitecode: 18567
A simple parking space in a parking lot behind the castle garden; ideal for sightseeing. Small but interesting old town. After dark, but fell unusually many raucous and rowdy youths in downtown and park in a very negative; Law Enforcement shone only with absence.
Sitecode: 10907
Free, very clean parking space in a parking lot. Ca 10 minutes walk to the very nice downtown.
