Stayed August 2020. Was very busy site and large number of children, booking required in advance. Great access to the sea and 400m to the bars and restaurants. Mostly hard stands (not all level). Facilities open with Covid procedures in place. A number of nice bars and restaurants in the village. A must is the Guinness and oysters at Harry’s Bar. So fresh the oyster beds can be seen from the door

The owners are exceptional and the site itself is beautifully kept. Facilities include: toilets, 24hr hot showers, kitchenette, water etc everything you would expect. Eco green toilet fluid only. Large green patch allocated next to each camper. Fairy lights at night to light up the place, it’s so magical looking. Beach 3km. Leo’s tavern bar food very good & famous for Clannad and Enya. ADULTS ONLY

Good modern site with all required facilities. Section for motorhomes on grass area with electric. A little expensive for overnight @€40+ (2ppl). Separate camping area adjacent to the main block also. Felt very safe for children and good playgrounds too. Very close to the fishing village. Spoiled for great restaurants. Nice restaurant called the lighthouse on the grounds. Staff were very helpful

Over night stop at a pub/restaurant. Petrol station and well stocked shop. Great views of the ocean and a lovely beach walk 50m away. Free to stay as long as you used the facilities. Hard stand car park or field to the side of the shop. Restaurant is really nice and worth a trip even if not intending to stay. No services only access to drinking water if needed.

We had stayed at this campsite for the last 5 years running. This year (July 2020) was out first year with a motorhome. Even with Covid restrictions it didn't taking from the whole experience, felt just like any other time we have visited. The pitches are elevated and hardcore with see views. Child friendly facilities, private beach & mini market. Spectacular Derrynane beach is 10 min drive away

Lovely little aires in the heart of the town which is on the banks of the river barrow. The site has no marked pitches, it is a green area of a community water sports centre. Electric is available and payment is via an honesty box. Toilet and shower facilities area available at no extra cost. Beautiful greenway walk along the river bank for 10km or more. Overnight with electricity was €15.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Stayed on the 11th Mar 2020. Waterways Ireland facilities (showers, toilets & laundry) access via there paid card system. Two pubs on the marina and Larkins does good food. No electric and the spaces are for cars only so big campers might have to take up extra space. We are 7.5ft long and could over hang a grass area. All in all nice stopover.

Overnighted here on the 30th December 2019. Beautiful little harbour and is a nice 10min walk to the town though a tree lined road flanked by the ruins of a monastery and Portumna Castle. A must is to visit Hayes tiny bar on the Main Street, it’s the way an Irish bar should be!. No tv and strangers and locals having chats. Also try the Ferry Inn bar & restaurant is a lovely stop for lunch

Great camp site with loads of facilities and 20 minute walk to the city centre. Stayed right at the end of the season (ok they were closed for the winter) and Dan was so accommodating and a pure gentleman. We will definitely stay again in the open season

Central location within the town of Kinsale. Found it quiet and safe, small green area with tables located across from the parking spaces. No amenities for the camper available. Good for overnight stay.

Nice quiet location within 500m from the town. 3 camper bays with an additional 3 bus spaces. Had no issue parking in the bus spaces. No services provided, also the spaces are on a slight slope so levellers are a must. Dungarvan is a lovely town with a great selection restaurants, bars and cafes. Lots of traditional music in the bars too if your interested.

Wonderful amenity for Campers with in 500m from the main town of a a try. Magnificent views of the marine and Bantry bay. Only down side was that there is only 5 electricity hookups, but a wonderful double helped us out with a splitter. Highly recommend a visit.
