The lady on reception was rude and insisted we paid half again, despite having already paid on booking. The toilets/showers aren’t great, but they are being refurbished ready for 2024. A works van parked on a patch of grass behind our pitch on the second night and in the morning it was gone and so was our cadac! The lady on reception said she hadn’t let anyone in through the barrier, but it wasn’t a great experience. Scenery is stunning though!

Great campsite with lots of shade, which was great as it was so hot! Bread can be ordered the day before and was lovely. The restaurant area is nice and had things for kids to play with. Pool was a good size and clean. showers were all clean and hot water for washing up. Couldn’t use the river due to high levels of blue-green algae but looked great for kayaking/paddle boarding.

We loved it here for a family of 4. The pool is brilliant and never too busy, with slides and separate pools for younger children. There is a bar and shop as well. The site is directly on the lake and for putting paddle boards on it was perfect. There is a cycle way directly outside the site which can take you both directions. Sirmione medieval village is a must see and only a 30min cycle. The pitches mostly have shade, some more than others.

Brilliant site. we stopped on the way to Lake Garda for 1 night. The owner is very welcoming and relaxed and we were able to find our own pitch that suited us. The pool was perfect for a cool down in the afternoon. It was a very relaxing campsite. The showers were hot and very clean. definitely be back.

Lovely pool area, which has been updated since the photos on here were taken and there are now 2 slides. The pool wasn’t huge but was adequate and even in August there were seats around the pool when we wanted. Only 1 shower in the block near our pitch, but warm showers. Bread you can order at reception and a bouncy castle and play park near the entrance. The beach wasn’t great as the water was horrible, so we didn’t go in, but it had been hot.

€8 with electric or €6 without, although there are not enough EHU points for all 8 vans so get in early. We arrived mid-afternoon but it soon started to fill up as the evening approached. very beautiful location, right next to the canal and great for cycling.

Great location, with lots of pitches overlooking the lake. Chateauneuf is close by and worth a visit as it is a beautiful hilltop village and the canal is close to cycle along. There is a swimming pool and hot showers, everyone very friendly, it just looks a little tired in places, but we love the location.

Perfect location if you like over looking a marina. The showers were good. The Spar shop is close by and there are several good bars and restaurants within a very short walk. There was a play park for the kids too. We hired a boat to explore the Biesbosch, which was brilliant fun! Would definitely recommend.

The location is great, right next to the water. The facilities were good and the pitch was sunny throughout the day. It was great being able to choose the type of pitch and we chose stones as the grass looked a bit wet. Great cycle rides in the local area. Would definitely return.

Love it! The campsite is clean and tidy and the lady is very welcoming. The showers are good. You can cycle from the campsite along the waterways and lake which is a fantastic ride. Very quiet campsite except the planes, but that didn’t bother us. We would definitely recommend!
