Power, strong Wi-Fi, a well-equipped integrated shower, toilet, and sink, all impeccably maintained. No direct water or toilet disposal (yet). So much for the business side of things. But then there's the location. The various kinds of hazelnuts, the walking-and-eating forest where you can pick/eat whatever you find. The surroundings! The chaotic yet beautiful pitches. Absolute tranquility. And the incredibly kind and friendly owners. In short, three days of pure enjoyment.

Do you know that word: unwind? Well, that word could easily be coined for this CP. Overlooking fields. Peace and quiet. Beautiful (cycling) surroundings. Shops and restaurants nearby. And the CP? Everything is perfect. Strong Wi-Fi, neat restrooms, and above all, a very friendly owner. This CP is definitely worth spending some time there. Long story short, to say the least: absolutely recommended!!

I love oysters. And secretly, I hope to find a pearl one day. 0.0. But in my 30+ years of camping, you do stumble upon a gem. Randomly Agde in France, Burtrask in Sweden, Belcaire d’Amposto in Spain, etc. And now near Geesteren. Everything has been perfect since that enthusiastic first meeting. We also had great neighbors, and the weather was as beautiful as the (cycling) surroundings. In short, we had a fantastic three days.

We've been here before, but this is our first time staying in the renovated CP. It looks great, with a beautiful view of the lake. An ideal location for cyclists and hikers. The charming village is practically next door. In short, highly recommended.

If the word "unwind" was invented anywhere, it might be here. A warm welcome and a beautiful garden with several spots for the camper. We have our own shower and toilet, but everything else is there. We're the only ones here for the third day now. Extensive views over the fields. Tourist centers like Plau an See are nearby. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Wonderful cycling. In short, a fantastic campsite. Highly recommended!

Due to circumstances we stayed here only one night. We wanted longer. But the first impression is often the best. Well, a very warm welcome, explanation about one thing and another and good facilities. In short, a great CP in a beautiful environment.

In cycling, they often speak of the outside category. Exceptionally good. That's what I thought of at this CP. What nice humorous owners. How we enjoyed the home-made cakes. Fantastic cycling environment. Close to the center with restaurants, supermarkets etc. The place exudes peace. Ergo, enjoyed 3 days.

Pleasantly received. Only 1 night because the place next to the house only offers 1 place and that was already occupied the next night. Nice base for a visit to Delft. Except electricity no facilities but we were happy that we were able to enjoy Delft from here.

Friendly welcome with a bag of flower bulbs as a gift. Everything present, showers, toilets etc. and everything you can think of. Reasonable wifi. Close to the beach. View of the dunes. Callandsoog is cozy. Good cycling or walking. As a birdwatcher I enjoyed the underlying floodplains. So many different birds. Also rare ones. Feeling of peace at the CP. €30/night is relatively much, but you know that in advance. In short, enjoyed.

After the friendly welcome, “our” spacious spot between hedges. Summary: toilets, shower, bicycle parking points, WiFi, washing machine, on-site electricity and drinking water and the usual elements of discharge, etc. included in the price of €12. Only extra electricity. Everything works perfectly. We had no problems at all with the A73. The surroundings are great in all directions. Beautiful cycling. This small-scale CP in the countryside exudes tranquility. 👍👍

Mixed camping/CP. But from the CP you can use all the campsite facilities. Get your sandwich in the morning from the pleasant owner. Environment great. An almost perfect CP. we were here before and now at the end of May/beginning of June. Showers, neat toilets, water discharge and intake, toilet emptying and, if you want, electricity (additional charge). We are lucky to be on a very large spot on the edge. (€14) View of the hills behind. Bee-eaters fly over us. The area is ideal for walking or cycling. For example to seaside resorts. Baker, butcher, grocer in the village. And rest. 👍

Quiet fairly large pitches. With power. A toilet, clean and tidy. I read “dirty” earlier but that is nonsense. The user or his predecessor may have made a lot of it. Plumbing is dirty when people make a mess of it. Water 1.50 for 100 litres. Due to high season sometimes queuing for toilet and dirty water discharge. Surroundings beautiful and full of history because of WW2. Impressive. We were on time, nice place, but "complete" every evening.

When we came, we consulted with the exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic owner about the place. And we were lucky. A nice place with its own sitting area with two comfortable chairs and a table. The own chairs have remained inside. Furthermore, good sanitary facilities. Lots of information in a cozy space. The area is a great walking / cycling area. Resting on the CP. In short, a very pleasant CP. Category: absolutely recommended

We had been here before. our daughter cs lives in nearby Baflo. This time 5 nights in connection with Op Roakeldais. Dance and song from around the world. Fascinating annual festival. The campsite as before: very friendly welcome, excellent information booklet, beautiful pitches, excellent sanitary facilities, peace and space. Beautiful (cycling) environment. What a rest, what a beautiful CP. In the middle of the forest, about 6 km from the lovely town of Kevelaer. Electricity, drinking water, gray water discharge and toilet all included for 9.50. Around 7 pm a very nice lady comes to collect the money. There can be many campers, but we liked the peace. Beautiful cycling environment to the Netherlands and within Germany. Very enjoyable CP. Even when it got very busy, people still managed to get into a place. And also to everyone's satisfaction. The care, water and toilet emptying, neatly in order. very good WiFi. The family, especially father and daughter, are very friendly and welcoming. Sunday morning (for a relatively small fee, eggs with bacon were baked on a kind of bbq. The info house has a lot of material about the area. RECOMMENDED!

A rectangle bordered by high bushes within which you have very spacious places. Unloading water, loading toilet and electricity (for 2 E extra). No WiFi. When we were standing in front of the destination after some searching and asking, it turned out that a bag had been pulled over the camper sign. No one in sight, no phone. Apparently (temporarily?) discontinued as a campsite/CP. very disappointing.

The places without electricity cost 220, those with 30o sek. The service house looks neat. Toilets, showers, separated man and woman but 3 next to each other. But we also have that at the gym. Beautiful view from the CP. our take away pizza tasted fine. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Slightly disturbing, but quickly got used to the way behind the PC. The city is nice to stroll through

Outside of 2 years of Corona we came here every year for a number of days. With great pleasure. using all camping facilities and electricity only for E12. Very pleasant owner. Showers etc a bit dated, but it works. Beautiful cycling and walking environment. I also read negative reviews, but there are always princesses and the peas about the horse lifted. PS: open from April 1.! in our opinion an absolute must.

Been here for the past four days. Nice and cozy welcome by the owner. We found a nice place with such and shade. everything is correct on this CP. The place itself, the sanitary facilities, the WiFi, the environment where it is great to cycle. We enjoyed!! As a tip: a stone's throw away is the restaurant De Bagatel where you can enjoy a culinary evening at a fairly high level.

After a very friendly welcome from the owner (and her mother) we got a spacious place with a view over the countryside. WiFi perfect, sanitary excellent. Beautiful surroundings towards Bourtange, Sellingen and the Blue City. This part of Groningen (also) has a fascinating past. And in the farm shop you will find delicious regional products. Had a great long weekend here!

Very warm welcome by the owner Monique. Very nice CP, it is true that close to the A1, but we actually did not experience any problems with it. All facilities of the adjacent campsite can be used and they are fine. Great beautiful cycling and walking environment. we were there when a new barn was being built. What a beautiful place to make cycling trips from there. Along the old IJsselmeer, across the Veluwe to nice places in the area. The CP radiated geniality, with chickens and a proud cockerel visiting us. The facilities great for each other. 👍

Beautiful CP in rural surroundings where cycling is great. Along the dike on the Wad in the direction of Holwerd or Lauwersoog, the nice city of Dokkum nearby, the North Frisian landscape soothing. wide views. Stood here for several days and explored the NE polder by bike. Urk, Schokland, Emmeloord, all worthwhile as well as the very relaxing surroundings. Very warmly welcomed with brochure material, beautiful location on this great CP. Plumbing, discharge etc is close to perfection. Enjoyed!

Never heard of Ospel before. But ended up there via NKC site. Huge warm welcome with homemade cake by the administrators. Very nice CP with all facilities, although the outdoor shower feels a bit chilly after a less sunny day. Owners assist you with everything. I lost that when I lost my wallet. Very well equipped CP. Spacious places around two circles. Modern and excellent sanitary facilities. Excellent WiFi Nice reception with folder material. Super and catering around the corner. And yes, cycling through the Achterhoek is always great. Via Bronkhorst over the dike to Doesburg or more through the woods towards Vorden. It is beautiful in all directions. Well attended, it is advisable to inform before arrival.

Quiet small-scale CP, 5 spacious places, in an erm beautiful environment. Can cycle beautifully. Received by the pleasant (clean) children of the owner. Leaflet material and explanation. Emptying the toilet is easy. Discharge / load water with resp. bucket and watering can, but nearby. Kollum is fun and a round of Dokkum or Zoutkamp / Lauwersmeer are recommended.

Great CP. Owner absent these days; so completely in good faith. E14.00 is just about everything. 4 minutes wonderfully spacious shower 0.50. Spacious places. Environment, both direction Veluwemeer and Veluwe great. Beautiful cycling routes also available in info house on the CP. To the cozy center of Nunspeet 2.5 km. Pay cash in envelope or transfer to bank account. 👍

Quiet CP with now more spacious places. New plumbing is being worked on, but no problem. However, water and discharge. In the village is a super and a cafe / cafeteria. Environment and history Dalerpeel is very interesting. Beautiful cycling routes to Dalen, Gees, etc through varying quiet landscapes. Owners very nice people. Make it really enjoyable. We paid 9.50 incl. Everything.

Wonderfully quiet place in beautiful walking and cycling environment. Through the Salland ridge, along the IJssel, over and through the beautiful landscape. The corona measures impose some limitation, but are resolved perfectly. Very friendly and helpful owners. Normally we might stroll through Valencia in the past week, but this place makes up for it.

Overcrowded CP also early September in bad weather. You must be lucky to stand on the Rhine. Otherwise in the rear parking lot. Much more campers than power poles, but no problem. The town is very nice and the cycling possibilities are countless. Despite completely full CP quiet night

Were not here for years, but now happy at the beginning of September. CP what adjusted in a positive way. All facilities. CP 5 and current 2 U / 24 hours. Behind the CP Rewe and Aldi and around the corner cozy town. And fantastic cycling in a wide area. Especially along the border and via the Brachster Wald. The CP was pleasantly occupied, so not overcrowded.

Great CP, supermarket around the corner and nice and quiet. Decent places also for longer motorhomes. Nice village to walk through with very helpful tourist office. And of course cycling along the Rhine. Fairly quiet early September

Great CP along the Main. Good and clear system to get past the barrier. Wonderfully quiet, although you can always have some traffic noise on a river. And you also hear those large boats passing by. Just cross the bridge and then you are in that beautiful city with special buildings and parks. And of course cycling along the Main. We found it a great place to be in early September.

View of the Main along which beautiful cycle paths to very nice villages and towns. Including Miltenberg with the oldest guest house in Germany. Picturesque. At the end of August it was full every evening.

The only downside is the road that can cause traffic inconvenience behind the CP quite early in the morning. But otherwise a great CP with all the amenities. Very reasonable prices and within walking distance the nice birthplace of Dr. Alzheimer's. Right on the Main so beautiful bike rides. And an adjacent Italian restaurant. Reservations recommended.

When busy, just adjust and measure or when the CP is full for a night in the adjacent parking lot. Beautiful town with many attractions. Great cycling along the Vils. CP meets a very nice park from where you can walk into the old city center

Ample free places even with electricity. Near bakery, butcher and supermarkets. Further on in the village, the old railway line now runs to two sides, transformed into a fantastic cycle path through beautiful areas and charming villages. We were here 3 days in the second half of August. That was also indicated as max, but of course you always have people who "camp here" for free for a week or more.

In itself excellent CP. Spacious and close to the old and very nice city. Calm in the evening. Called on arrival and the next day we could make good use of the facilities. We were completely alone, but never had a moment of feeling unsafe. We were traveling through the Czech Republic, so we would probably have cycled here along the river. Drive on with a positive feeling.

Nice place on the lake. No power . WiFi at restaurant at 80 meters. We were at one time with 15 campers. No problem at this (free) place. Beautiful nature, nice place

Peaceful place at the edge of the forest on a lawn. Between the Ems and Vechte. Good bike and walking environment. The 3 or 5.5 euros (with or without electricity) is collected around 7 pm by a friendly lady who also brought us a bicycle card. Lingen at a small 10 km is worth it. Sometimes you only hear the wind and birds. You stand comfortably on a lawn with marked out places. Care nearby.

Come here regularly on the way to or from the south. Sometimes a night, more often a bit longer because the surroundings of the CP are beautiful. Nice cycling. And we then have 250 km behind or in front of us from or home. CP quiet with all amenities. Spacious places. Large container for dirt and only E 5.00 / night. Close to bakers, supers and nice restaurants.

From Drenthe where we live about 250 km so that we are already on our way to the south and back. Moreover, very nice cycling environment through the Netherlands and Germany. In the village number of supermarkets, restaurants, bakery etc. WiFi free throughout the village. We were here in early April and back in mid-May.

Strongly agree with previous positive reviews. We were also surprised with a box of fresh eggs from stray chickens. Close to la Grande Motte. But cycled through an enormous bird-rich nature area. L'Etang d'Or. Very pleasant and hospitable Dutch owner. Idd if we could have emptied the cassette, we would have stayed one or more days.

Enough facilities. Not the nicest CP but right on the Rhine. Nice place. Wonderful cycling along the Rhine, to Colmar or by train to Freiburg. Bakker comes by in the morning. Cheaper per day

Great place, right next to the Lidl and very close to 2 other supermarkets. We had the misfortune that the Lidl was being renovated; so a lot of activity early in the morning. There were a number of long-campers, they were known, but no problems at all. On the contrary, helpful. Beautiful area for cycling to and through beautiful and varied landscape.

Nice place against a forest pool. Nice with those warm days. You are standing on stone, but in front of the door you have a "private" lawn. So spacious. We were here for a few days from July 22nd. Reception, explanation, friendly talk by a very pleasant owner. When we collected the 11 euros (incl. Ample prime spots on the CP right on the Mosel with bike / hiking path directly to the beautiful city of Trier. But also the other way to great cycling eg along the Mosel, Saar and then to Wasserbillig, Luxembourg. Found contact with other camper cars very much on the CP. Tidy showers. Few days stood in July. Nice place right on the Moselle. Baker comes in the morning. Everything available. Via VVV coins of E1,00 for fine showers. Also nice toilets. Surroundings beautiful. In Traben-Trarbach 5 km further supermarkets. Perhaps the only disadvantage is that the care is in the back of the big terrain

Perfect starting point for (cycling) trips along the Moselle. We had luck in July with the place, nl on the side giving free view of the river and plenty of space. Wonderful place to the forest. Beautiful bike rides can make mid-September through the Peel and along the Meuse (hedges). The war museum made an impression and the zoo was very fun and rewarding. Very nice owners. We helped them with an environment map.

Very nice CP. In late April reasonably quiet. Walking along the Rhine. Ferries to Rudesheim. Hardly bothered by traffic noise including the train. Very friendly managers. Town fun. The CP is well outside the city in Bijdorp.

Nice RV spot in a splendid setting. Electrified 10.50. To the forest. Cycling routes through beautiful countryside.

Fine place, but some traffic noise. The area is great for cycling. Cozy town. Wifi working well for € 1/24 hours.
