Great little campsite. Large pitches, all with electricity and water (and drainage). You are also very friendly welcomed. Each pitch has its own (private) sanitary unit. Cycle paths are nearby. Is definitely worth the price.

We've been coming here for years. Not a camper place where you stay for days, but a stopover before or after the ferry. The hotel is located next to a Bundesstrasse and you know in advance that there is regular traffic. But for our purpose, staying overnight and leaving early, no problem. And all for 10 euros, including WiFi, electricity, water and toilet. And we always eat well there. We will come there again next year on our transit to Denmark.

We come here every year for 1 or 2 days. Great place, still, but we have also noticed some deterioration. Washbasins that are clogged, taps that no longer run and no intensive cleaning of the sanitary building. But it could all be an incident. Another tip. Top up your chip card immediately upon registration. It drains quickly, especially if you use electricity. And then it is a long walk to load the card at the entrance.

Top campsite and top facilities. You are standing in the dunes, not always level, so take levellers with you.

Totally agree with previous reviews. Great campsite and facilities. We stayed there for 3 nights.

4 stars in terms of location. Sanitary facilities a bit dated but clean. Do your shopping prior to your visit. Nearest shop is 20 km away. Furthermore, it is a Belgian enclave. When we were there there were only 2 Dutch people. Not much to do besides fishing and boating. We won't be back anytime soon.

Large city campsite. Very many campers. No place is straight, so make sure you have levelers with you. Neat sanitary building. There is a breakfast service until 10 am and it is extensive. Close to the tram to the center. Friendly and helpful reception.

Fine for 1 overnight stay. Separate camper lane for those passing through after the barrier. Clean toilet block, no extra costs for use of showers, electricity, etc. A very reasonable all-in rate. We paid 24 euros for 2 people and a dog. Wifi costs 4 euros. In high season it will all be massive. And the ferry is a 15 minute drive away.

That's the way it should be. Nice reception, spacious pitches, clean and modern toilets and showers and, above all, tranquility. Beach within cycling distance and a nice city.

We are here for the 4th time. Still everything great. No downsides found. Ate in the associated restaurant for the first time. That was more than good, many restaurants can't match it. A place to come back again.

We were here for the 2nd time. Large pitches, mostly in the woods. so not everywhere satellite reception. Neat sanitary facilities that were also cleaned well every day. Beach fairly close. The nearest shop is 4.5 kilometers away. There is a small shop in the park with bread service. Also lots of rest. The adjacent military training area is not really a nuisance.

Large campsite with very spacious pitches. You can choose a very spacious place yourself. Campers can park outside the site on pebbles (is cheaper). We stood on a large lawn on the property near the fjord. When we were there very quiet, only people who received kite lessons on the fjord (you can walk there). Sanitary facilities somewhat dated, but otherwise okay. Small supermarket within walking distance. We did not like the village

We had an XL seat. Plenty of space. Own water tap and drain. Wifi excellent. Two large sanitary buildings that look fine and clean. Beach is a few minutes by bike. We paid 50 euros per night for the XL pitch. Place will be very full in high season though. Reservations seem desirable.

Camper place a few kilometers after arrival ferry. Maximum 30 campers. Stand on an asphalted area. But campers themselves determine the place and therefore there can never be 30 because many use one and a half places. Costs 10 euros that you have to put in a bag and in a mailbox. Electricity not expensive. But only 1 toilet/shower. A good place for 1 night but not longer.

Fine. Very close to Dokkum and a nice starting point for cycling routes. Quiet spacious pitches. Sanitary seems a bit outdated, but is super clean. Nice hot showers. Spacious quiet places.

Agree with the previous two reviews. Just awesome. Nice sized pitches, excellent toilet facilities, heated outdoor pool. The best motorhome pitch we booked on our trip. The price is a bit on the high side but worth it in my opinion. Have paid the same price for much lesser places in Norway. Furthermore, a beautiful town and nice cycling routes.

Very large campsite where everything is mixed up on the lawn. Good on the paved asphalt spots. Located along a busy road and you can hear it if you are on that side. WiFi is mediocre. Furthermore, all amenities, but a bit outdated, but clean. We found the price per night too expensive.

Full place. Campers stand side by side. All facilities are available, but too few showers and toilets. All clean. Reasonably priced.

Beautiful camper place. Two rows, the front one directly on the water. When we were there very quiet. Toilet fine and showers a bit outdated but clean. And yes, in the evening many small mosquitoes. We come back.

Farm with very large pitches. Absolute tranquility. Deer are standing behind your camper in the morning. Further in the middle of nature. Friendly owners. Power is available. No WiFi. There is also a toilet, no showers. So Camping as it is meant to be. We'll be back.

New motorhome for 150 motorhomes. very spacious pitches. Excellent amenities. Price very acceptable. Electricity, shower etc must be paid with a received Card. Some places at a reasonable distance from the toilet block. There is also an ice bar, cafe and restaurant. Location right at the dam to Romo. When we were there, high season, only 30% occupied. But as soon as this place is more discovered, it will be full.

We were here for 3 days. The reception is already fine. They personally take you to your place. and it is very large, actually there could be 3 campers. Plumbing is fine. You have your own water, drainage and electricity on your motorhome pitch. And all for 16.00 per night. You can buy sandwiches 500 meters away, after the summer season only on weekends. Beautiful nature, walking and cycling. A large reservoir at a short distance. We will be back for sure.

We got a place on the normal camping site. The camper area was full, but is also very small. And then you are in the middle of camping life, not our thing, this fun. Plumbing is good, as is the shop. And too massive for us, it is a very large campsite. So left quickly after 1 night in the morning.

The camper field is not quite top, no flat pitches, a bit on the edge of the park. needs some maintenance. Sanitary building is fine, not close, but you are there in a few minutes. Wifi is excellent. location at a large harbor. Village 200 meters away. Furthermore, all other camper facilities are available. We were there 2 days.

Small but great camper place. Clean sanitary facilities. Close to the marina and a few hundred meters from town. Restaurant right around the corner. And with electricity only 11 euto per night. Awesome.

May be busy in summer. But the pitches are spacious. We were there in September and then no crowds. Park is beautifully situated on the Wadden Sea. Nice and clean bathrooms. Furthermore, many facilities available. Price is a bit high but fits the offer.

Beautiful terraced campsite. We had a nice spot in the front with a direct view of the sea. Terrain is not even everywhere. Often fairly sloping places. Wifi is good. Sanitary is a bit dated but clean. We just didn't really have hot water when taking a shower. We have stayed 1 night. Furthermore, a must.

Because everything around the Steinhuder was more than packed here. Small place, clean and with electricity. Very cheap. No sanitary facilities. You get water from the pool. The town is close by. Here also plenty of shops. Pay in a machine with loose coins. Fine for 1 night.

Been here for 4 days. Nice spacious place. Only under a tree and therefore no satellite reception. Many facilities in the park. Close to the Baltic Sea, including dog beach. Sanitary more than fine. Wifi is a bit disappointing. Price is all-in, so it seems high, but you get something for it. Recommended.

Very busy place. Was completely full at 1 pm. So in front of a parking lot, with several, waiting for someone to drive away. Furthermore, spacious plots, clean sanitary facilities, but not enough. Close to a beach, but very touristy, maybe because it was the weekend. Expensive WIFI. Pay everything with a card that you can top up. You will be paid the balance on departure.

Very large campsite. Campers, caravans and tents all mixed together. Close to the beach. You have to like the camping feeling here, everything "cozy". Been here two days. Nice place on the outskirts of a nice city. The city can be reached on foot. Spacious places on firm ground. Neat toilet blocks and facilities. Only the reception is only open until 10 am. If you come later, you have to pay in a machine with loose euro coins, so you must have enough with you. Can also be done with Paypal but that did not work during our stay.

You have to come here early, because at 3:00 pm everything is full. Close to the locks and you can watch boats, but then you really have to be at the front. Places are flat, certainly spacious. Due to corona, the sanitary part was closed. Furthermore, the site looks neat.

Neat little motorhome. Large lots. Reception is very neat and friendly. Too few power columns or you have to have a very long power cable with you. Electricity is also on the expensive side. Site is well lit at night. We could not judge toilets and showers because the adjacent center was closed due to Corona. If it is open then it may be less quiet.

We were not here for the first time. We use it as a stopover for our trip to the north. Great place, good sanitary. Free WIFI. Supermarket and bakery around the corner. Great for 1 night. The area is less suitable for a longer stay, nice little town, what you have seen in a day and nothing else in the immediate area.

Large terrain, ex parking space. Little shelter, especially if the weather is not special. In addition to a large campsite. Will certainly be very full in the summer. Sanitary facilities look great. But you have to pay for everything, only the toilets are free. Furthermore, poor WIFI.

Location is nice. Very quiet in the winter, but should be less with all pleasure boats in the summer. Places are not very large, but they are a stone base. Well lit in the evening. Limited water taps in this winter period, only one on the other side of the building. Also no washing possibilities. Good toilets and showers. And within walking distance of the pleasant center.

Prima Camperpark. Checking in very easy. Very calm. Toilets and showers look good. Only when we were there was the area strewn with rubbish. Probably caused by New Year's Eve.

New Camper Park. Close to Veerse lake. Very well cared for / laid out. Very good sanitary facilities. Little shelter. Spacious places, with electricity, water and a private well for discharging dirty water. Only because of all kinds of small posts you need some driving skills to park a large camper.
