A beautifully situated campsite, everything is perfect, including the pool. It's a bit pricey, but we were happy to pay it. You can choose and reserve a pitch yourself using a map on the website. The surrounding area is a paradise for hikers and cyclists. The valley station of the gondola to an altitude of 1700 meters is only a 5-minute walk, as is the village with restaurants and a supermarket. The restaurant and café at the campsite are also excellent.

A beautiful, peaceful campsite surrounded by greenery. Friendly owners. All amenities are available, except for a washing machine. The sanitary facilities are clean and look new. The showers are small but adequate. No hassle with coins. There's a small bar with homemade cakes. The campsite is within walking distance of a village with restaurants and cafes. Near the village is also a wolf reserve where, with a bit of luck, you might spot wolves. At night, you can hear the wolves howling.

Beautiful location on the water, friendly people and clean sanitary facilities. The places by the water are the most popular but there are plenty of other beautiful places. There is a shop in the village at 20 minutes walking distance.

Beautiful location on the lake. Choose your own spot. Very friendly welcome, the young lady at the reception also speaks German and English. No bread service and no shop or restaurant nearby. Sanitary facilities (especially the ladies showers) very outdated. Only cash payments. For us 105 zloty; camper with 2 people. The silence and the many birds make it a great place.

Well-maintained campsite, partly on a beautiful river, partly on the other side of the road. Friendly owners. You can rent canoes on site and you can choose where you want to be picked up. We were lucky that it was very quiet on the water (not yet high season and rain predicted). That can be different; along the water there are thousands of canoes ready for rent. If they all go on the water, Giethoorn is nothing compared to it.

Conveniently located campsite, near the A2 motorway and the (rather peculiar) village of Mariental. Super nice owner/manager. You can always go to the lawn next to the entrance, there are also power connections. Sanitary facilities are quite outdated, but clean and spacious. Nearby monastery is really worth a visit.

Great campsite with very friendly and helpful owner/manager. Many permanent campers but also space for campers. Campsite is located in a forest, on a lake. Squirrels hop past you. Sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, hence the 4 stars. But clean and good hot water. We paid 26 euros for 1 night, incl. electricity.

Small camper place, about seven places, 10 euros per night. Quietly situated. The navigation via Campercontact is not entirely correct, it sends you too far. The campsite is already in the first bend after the exit from the provincial road. Very friendly owners. No facilities, even the water was turned off. Fine for a night.

Beautifully situated campsite, beautiful view over the bay with Mont Saint Michel in the distance. Beautiful hiking trails nearby. Parking in and out of a spot on one of the terraces can be a challenge, especially with a long camper. The spots themselves are also not exactly level. Sanitary facilities are basic, no toilet seats and no toilet paper.

Perfect base for walks and bike rides in the area. Beach and lagoon within walking distance. The campsite is wonderfully quiet and spacious. Clean sanitary facilities. Bread service and cafe where you can eat something. Recommended!

Nice and spacious camper parking. Next to the 360 degree cinema and within walking distance of the village and the museum. View over the beach and sea is great. Pay attention to which machine you pay at, but it is indicated. Per 24 hours costs 11 euros.

Nice camper place, € 11 for 24 hours, without electricity. Spacious and tidy. Facilities are good, only no sanitary facilities. A bus stop around the corner for a visit to Amiens. Nearby also nice walks along the river Somme.

Good campsite to visit Ghent. Bus stop 5 min walk and buses run every 10 minutes to the city centre. Nearby is a large recreation area with a lake and beaches. Facilities on the campsite are clean. So early in the year the terrain where we were standing was quite muddy.

No amenities, no fees. The parking lot itself fills up quickly, but there is plenty of parking on a strip along the (dead-end) road. Ideal for late arrivals or early ferry departures.

Located on a lake and within walking distance of the center. All amenities are available. Also gratefully used as a transit campsite. It is logical not to wear shoes in the shower areas, but it is inconvenient that it also applies to the area with sinks. We paid 285 SEK for 1 night.

Nice campsite, super nice welcome. Dutch owners do their very best to please everyone. Canadian canoes can be used free of charge for a trip on the river. Recommended!

The campsite is open as usual. Nice and quiet, friendly welcome, spacious pitches. On a large lake with (often) a lot of wind. Bathing beach with parking lot is located just next to the campsite. Sanitary facilities are clean. Not many showers, 4 in total, with shower curtain and coins (5 sec). We paid 420 sek per night, including electricity, and we think that is really on the high side.

Very nice campsite, near a public sandy beach on a large lake. Parking lot next door can be busy on weekends. No reception, but reservation/check-in via internet. Owner is easily accessible. Six simple but good showers and toilets (combi), neatly clean. Washing machine, hot water, etc. available. Per night 295 SEK incl electricity. Recommended

Beautiful place in a small forest on a (large) lake. Nice sandy beach there. The toilets are dirty, you don't want to use them. Waste bins are available, but there are no other facilities. A few rushed boys on mopeds raced around in the woods for a while but were soon gone again. Great place for a night

Camping is great for a night close to the city. Very friendly reception. Tip about a nice walking route along the river to the center. Cafe was closed. Sanitary facilities are clean but outdated. At least 20 sinks and only 5 showers, only one with a door (ladies). Closest to the river are a few regular guests with music playing clearly. But there's plenty of room to stay away from them. Per night 380 SEK including electricity

Great place, on the lake and near a nature reserve. Total peace. Plenty of walking opportunities. Swimming beach with playground and even a sauna (remote reservation) nearby. Dry toilets and a water pump with drinking water are available. For 80 sec p. n. (in an envelope or via QR code). The only downside is very poor mobile phone/data reception.

Nice campsite, view over the sea. Lots of birds and even seals! Wonderfully quiet, clean sanitary facilities, spacious pitches. Friendly welcome from Dutch owner. We stayed there for 2 nights and would love to come back again.

Nice, quiet campsite in beautiful surroundings. Plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. Reception super friendly upon arrival. Free spots are designated and with a bit of luck you can choose a nice spot. Showers fine, just a bit small. No hassle with coins. Worth repeating for us.

Good place, near the center and starting point for walks. Price 20 euros is not cheap, but it does include electricity, etc. There is even a toilet. The address of the camper place is not Place de l'eglise but Cour-de-l'abbaye.

Nice campsite, clean sanitary facilities, spacious pitches in a forest near a lake. Restaurant, shop, etc. In high season 45 euros per night for camper and 2 people. Nice base for canoeing but take into account (quite an end) transfer due to low water. The only downside is the music that was audible until about 5 o'clock in the morning ...

Large campsite with a separate field close to the lake for campers who have not booked. Spacious, fixed places. Sanitary neat. We paid 130 euros for 3 nights, 2 people with a camper, high season. It is true that you have to pay separately for hot water, but that is about cents, not euros at the same time. Lost 6 cents for washing up, showering a quarter or something. The facilities for canoeists with their own canoes are minimal, therefore not 5 stars

Great base for walks in the area. Early in the morning the toilet building was still open but sanitary facilities did not look good. Large pool of water at the ladies showers, apparently clogged drain. In the afternoon the door was locked, has not been opened again. By evening the parking lot is quite full. Recommended for those who are self-sufficient.

Shady places, campsite fills up quickly in the afternoon. Especially the large motorhomes have a challenge. Plumbing is downright dirty, especially the sinks, mirrors and showers. The second sanitary block is still closed. The campsite is perfectly located in relation to the city center and a large shopping centre. The restaurant at the campsite also looks good.

Campsite closed! Only open on weekends (in low season). Campsite looks nice, on a river, near the center, canoe rental from the campsite. Unfortunately we couldn't go there…

beautiful and quiet campsite, on a canal and near a lock. buy a camping-car park card at the barrier. for camper 12 euros; card itself costs 5 euros but can be used more often. spacious pitches, electricity and WiFi included. plumbing is simple but sufficient. there is even a safe where you can store and charge your bicycles (bring your own padlock). village and bakery within walking distance.
