A fantastically beautiful place! This is exactly how I imagine a holiday in southern Sweden. When the weather is nice, it is better to come in the evening because the parking lot is empty and there are only one or two other campers here. It is a real shame that there are so many campers who wash their dirty dishes in the lake! The road to the lake is a bit narrow, but we were able to manage it with our 9m car.

Great idea to set up a disposal station for motorhomes and then limit the clearance height to 3.30 m! 😡 We had to drive on with just under 3.60 m.

A really nice place, sanitary is ok and always clean, there are great places on the water, beautiful places with a view (almost all in permanent camper use) and normal places that are also quite nice. For children there are two trampolines and a playground, right on the beautiful beach. It was annoying that there was neither a playable volleyball court nor mini golf, although this is advertised on the website. Drama for our children...

we like this place very much and have used it several times when passing through or on shorter visits to Hanover. You stand in the countryside and look at the magnificent Herrenhausen Gardens, it is pleasantly quiet at night and you are still very central. And of course we don't stand in the front, chargeable spaces, but drive to the rear, free parking lot!
