wow this place is amazing! we emailed day before to reserve a spot, would recommend as gets busy. free place to stay with electricity no water or any other facilities. we had a free tour just us 2 in English Alissia was amazing, so interesting. such beautiful grounds. we didn’t get to eat which was a shame as booked up. bought some wine & oil which was reasonably priced. really recommend a visit. can’t believe they offer place to stay for free!

we couldn’t access as sat nav wanted to take us under 3m bridge and we couldn’t work out a way round. stayed elsewhere.

the only reason it gets 2 stars and not 0 is the location and easy access to the nice town. Bugs EVERYWHERE on the unmown itchy grass and on the beach. Awful night sleep due to the groups of dogs barking all night near by!! Nice owners but for €15 a night with no facilities it is expensive and a bit of a rip off. Good for windsurfers it is ideal spot and it was entertaining to watch.

1 night stay €30 - not the best location as long walk to lake Garda or okay cycle but cheap compared to one’s closer. pool on site which was nice quite small good temperature, have to wear hats they give you to go in. clean facilities, need to pay for hot showers. we had shaded spot. gravel car park. friendly lady, speaks little English but was helpful using translation.

car park on the beach separated by road, can’t see beach from few rows back as quite busy. €8 for the night, friendly guy - quite level pitch. no facilities. easy walk to fano to have dinner. good place for dogs to run around on beach. not the nicest of beaches, pebbles but construction work around.

1 night stay was €27.50 for two people, electricity and row right in front of beach - separated by a fence. Hot showers included, powerful although facilities are old and don’t feel too clean. some rubbish around site. no toilet roll or soap in loos. very noisy throughout night perhaps train near by. lots of people living there it seems. friendly staff. nice spot on the beach front, lots of shade. each pitch has water facility, need hose.
