We passed by here: a very large field with a single caravan. Seemed OK, but we were looking for a little more excitement. Drove to municipal in Ambroise. There was still plenty of room there. In high season the decision might have been different.

Many permanent places where campers are placed between or behind. Friendly reception. Small shop open in the morning. Beautiful beach in the estuary with spectacular tides. Sanitary spick and span.

Beautiful place with a very hospitable reception. We also participated in the pizza meal where the entire family spoiled us. Mind you, it's mosquito time from 21-22 o'clock. On the terrace in front of the restaurant, we had little trouble.

In August, the campsites in the valley are very full, but we were welcomed here kindly and got a spot in the parking lot. Then stayed for another 5 days. You are a bit between the seasonal pitches, but that was actually quite cozy. Quiet early in the evening because of the temperature at this altitude. Free shuttle buses are great. Sanitary a bit outdated but is kept very clean.

Nice spot on the water. In case of late arrival you can call the harbor master telephone number that is attached to the house near the boats. It is somewhat unclear what belongs to what because there is still a campsite and an office for boat rental.

Hiking tip: along the chalk cliffs to Criel-sur-Mer and back to the campsite by bus. The friendly reception will help with bus times. Bus also goes to Dieppe.

Pleasant campsite, clearly investing in improving the facilities. Take your groceries with you, shops are a bit further away. Fantastic canoeing on the river, Bouillon very beautiful town.

We have been here for 1 night and have been warmly welcomed. Nice swim in the lake.

We spent a few nights here pleasantly standing by the brook, making a fire and taking a quick dip in the ice-cold brook water. New sanitary facilities are spic and span.

Nice walk to Haidsteinerhütte. Also good cycling opportunities. Fresh bread rolls at a gas station in the village at 800 meters. Nice swimming pool on the campsite for hot days. Welcoming reception by dauercamper who helps the 90-year-old manager.

Nice, quiet place as a base to Münster. After 20 minutes cycling you are in the center of the city.

Nice, spacious campsite. You can choose your own place. Cozy market square with restaurants within walking distance. You can cycle nicely along the river.

Cozy place by combining with B & B, glamping, sleeping in old train wagons, convenient if there is also a family from the Netherlands (fast bus from Dublin-Airport to Letterkenny). The owner receives you with open arms and has many tips for fun trips. Super views.

Nice field to stand but there is no toilet. We arrived a few kilometers further along the lake at Lyndon Top Caravan Park. Extremely spacious, many hectares large, no shower and only 7 €
