Lovely campsite with spacious pitches during the days we were there in mid-September. Very good sanitary facilities. The restaurant was fine. Beautiful surroundings with excellent walking and cycling opportunities.

Lovely campsite, very good sanitary facilities. Beautiful pitches. Owners very hospitable. Meals are cooked for guests on Fridays and Saturdays, naturally for a fee. The surroundings are also very beautiful: hilly, so bring good walking shoes.

As Bert-Hoorn mentioned before, there is little negative to say about this idyllic place. Don't expect wide views or heated sanitary facilities, but a camper will be happy here. Today we met campers who have been here before and indeed this has become a place for us to return. Please note: a limited number of places, so be there on time. We were wonderfully situated by the river, enjoying!

Great campsite, beautifully situated on the Neckar. The road to it is narrow but no problem. Toilets and showers and water tap only at the reception. Take into account the reception's lunch break (11:00-15:00). You can't get to the campsite then. Order your sandwiches there on time, so not in the afternoon. Tip: the places in row 8 have a very nice view of some castles. Good base for visiting Heidelberg, very easy to do by bike. Good cycle route.

Great campsite, very quiet and indeed spacious places. Good service, we were even helped during the lunch break by the managers! We were allowed to choose a nice place ourselves. Walking and cycling not really suitable. We could not discover any cycle paths anyway. For fishing in the lake a free permit at the reception. Swimming in the lake was tolerated.

Great campsite in a beautiful location on the river Nied. Spacious pitches and indeed: check-in via the machine but that is child's play. Electricity (€4) is also settled immediately and top up the possible shower minutes. On departure, the card back in the machine plus your bank card and the remaining credit is refunded to your bank account. For those who were there today: there is a toilet brush to wave away your message...
