Very nice campsite. Nice sanitary facilities (shower = €1) and ideal spots with wide views. Wonderful cycling along the Eastern and Western Scheldt. On Peter's advice, we went oyster gathering at low tide (at dive site ‘De Tetjes’). Fun to do and super tasty, of course. In Wemeldinge there is a Spar and a nice café with a terrace ‘De Zeevonk’.

Fine place for a night. Indeed not an official campsite, but slept peacefully with a few other guests. Had a delicious meal at Ristorante Notari, just past the church. The pizzeria is closed on Tuesdays.

A beautiful spot with expansive views. There is some airplane noise, though. Tip for the manager: make a small repair to the toilet door so it locks again, and provide soap in the restroom.

Very nice place. Lots to see. Picnic table by the sea. Open from 15 May to 1 Oct. Emptying of cassette behind the office. Toilets open from 06:00 to 22:00.

Totally agree with the previous reviewer. Welcoming reception, cozy restaurant and good food.

Car park by the pub on the canal. That pub will be closed from June 13, 2022 until a new owner is found. However, we went there anyway. Next to the pub is another pub (The Bridge Inn) that is open and where you have access to food, drinks and toilet. we slept well there. The place is dark, but it didn't feel unsafe.

Great, safe place behind a lockable entrance gate. Short walk through a park to downtown. Lidl 5 minutes walk. There are toilets at the cafe in the station (turn right at the end of the park). So very good, this place!

What a beautiful campsite this is! lovely views over the rolling countryside and St Davids. Nice spacious places. Brand new 5 star sanitary. The showers are free (you get a code for the door). The disadvantage is that you have to walk quite a bit (100m) for those beautiful sanitary facilities. Closer are also toilets and (dish) washing facilities, but they are of slightly lesser quality. Electricity is included in the price of £30. No shadow spots.

A spacious place behind or next to the rugby field. Possibly with electricity if you wish. £15 is being asked, but it's negotiable: we paid £12.50. Including shower and toilet. Don't expect it to be all very clean, but functional. Fine as far as we're concerned. When the bar is open, you can enjoy a beer with the players and fans. Very cosy. You can also top up with water.

Large car park behind the pub. The pub is very cosy. Terrace at the front and back and excellent food with a wide choice at an acceptable price. CO free if you eat in the pub. Toilet available from 10 a.m. Pub opens at 12 noon. Friendly staff. Beautiful cycling and walking tours in the area. Recommended!

An excellent sanitary building has now been built with excellent showers and toilets. Not finished yet, but already excellent to use. Places with and without electricity. in short: a fully-fledged campsite. we paid £10 p.p. without electricity. Electricity is expensive: £6 a day.

Nice spacious place near cozy pub. Pub closed on Mon and no meal on Sunday. On Mon the entrance gate is closed, but not locked, so you can stand there. Also walk (20 min) to the Victoria Arms; a lovely pub with great terrace on a river.

Very nice place among the trees. in the 'Proathoes' a lot of information about cycling and walking in the area. Excellent sanitary facilities. Hospitable owners. Good price/quality. In short: recommended!

Search no further. FANTASTIC!!

Very nice place on the Rhine. Benches along the shore. Also shaded areas. Recommended!
Sitecode: 47771
Very spacious place with narrow access. When you arrive, the barrier will open automatically. On departure you pay €2.00 at the barrier, regardless of how long you have been standing there.

Beautiful, quiet and spacious CP adjacent to a normal P. No shade

This is a perfect location. Close to town. Highly recommended! I do think it will be full by the evening in high season. At the entrance there is a sign stating that this CP cannot be used from 8 to 18 July 2021 due to a festival.

We were here one day and one night. Located on a busy road that you can also hear pretty well at night. Cars also regularly come to the CP to dump waste in the containers that are there. Spots on concrete slab. virtually no shade. Two benches along the side. Fifty meters from large supermarket with nice toilets.

Beautiful shady spots near the town. Benches under the trees. Lighting.

We thought it was a great CP. We did not use any facilities, so no opinion on that. Ideal place to visit Bardenas Reales (which is fantastic). Calm night. You are on gravel. Village is close but not special.

Sitecode: 70978
Large, serviced gravel car park on the edge of a forest and next to a main road. Only shade in the morning. If you want something to eat, do so in the main dining room of the Asador Valero restaurant in the village. Authentic Spanish.

Not much to add to previous reviews. Very nice view at the top. A lot of wind there (our awning only just held). Down places under trees. Beautiful authentic town within walking distance. Super clean and new sanitary facilities.
Sitecode: 25719
Beautiful, spacious and apparently safe CP. Mixed parking. Center half an hour walk.
Sitecode: 40385
Good place within walking distance of the center. Discharge water and cassette. Some traffic noise in the morning, but not a problem.
Sitecode: 15042
Good place to visit Cuenca. Safe. Toilets. There is a road along, so it is not completely quiet. We paid €24 for 2 nights. A nice walk is the one to S. Julián el Tranquillo. Start is at a P high in the city.

Can only endorse what has been said before: safe, close to town (2km walk or bus). Shade in the morning. Afternoon full in the sun. Toilets at El Corte Ingles (500 m) or at terraces closer. Highly recommended for those who want to visit the city.

Nicely located small campsite. Category 'Rustic Camping' The road to the higher part is narrow and steep, but below are also fine and large places on gravel. Sanitary fine as far as we are concerned. Nice starting point for walks. Not completely quiet due to nearby traffic road, but it didn't bother us. Very friendly reception. You can walk to the beach.

Ideal place for visiting Nerja. Big enough that I think there is always room. we didn't stay there overnight.
Sitecode: 88661
Safe place of course compared to the other CPs near Malaga. We were here in June 2021. You can park there, but not overnight.
Sitecode: 14370
Very nice place. Safe behind a gate where you get the key. Nice village too.

Sitecode: 58181
Fine for one night. Industrial environment. Near center
Sitecode: 28955
Fantastic location.
Sitecode: 69985
Large parking. You pay £ 6.00 for 24 hours, but you are not allowed to stay overnight. Checking tickets is only during the day, as we were told by locals, we were there 2 nights. Quiet and acceptable public toilet. Shops and center nearby. Nice view of River Exe.
Sitecode: 65809
We were there 4 nights. Very friendly people. Nice spacious place on grass. Delicious food. Toilets. Crane (not always easily accessible because there are sometimes cars in front of it. Nice location for visiting Eden Project (walking!) And Lost Gardens. Totally great, this place.
Sitecode: 9871
Great CP. In the village. Cozy café King Arther around the corner. Price is incorrect; has changed: now £ 4.00 from 5pm to 10am and the same amount for the day. So a total of £ 8.00 for 24 hours.
Sitecode: 58761
We had to pay £ 27.00 for a place without electricity. Too few showers, so queue. Toilet was dirty and clogged. Family campsite
Sitecode: 48201
This CP is temporarily closed. By the way, it looked good.
Sitecode: 42178
Nice grounds. Not equally flat everywhere. The floor in the shower cubicle (where you change your clothes) is blank because the shower heads are not properly adjusted. Friendly people.
Sitecode: 23433
Beautiful places with beautiful views. Plumbing is indeed somewhat outdated but nothing wrong with that because clean and great showers. Nice people. Nice, cozy pub next door. From Lynton and Lynmouth we went by bus back to the campsite: line 310 to Barnstaple and get off at Barbrook. Then walk another 3/4 miles over the road (no sidewalk so you have to watch out for the traffic).
Sitecode: 9897
With pleasure stood here. Ideal for visiting Canterbury with free shuttle bus. Later in the evening (until 11:30 pm) you can still show your parking ticket for free from the city to the CP with bus 15, 16 or 17 that leaves from platform D1 or D4 at the bus station. See info on the inside of the pillars there.
Sitecode: 22348
Simple place for one night. No lighting: when we arrived in the evening it was very dark and we were the only ones there. That gives a somewhat unsafe feeling. Places not generous, but parking large enough.
Sitecode: 54675
Very nice view. Picnic tables and trash can. A lot of wind of course. Walk to the lighthouse was closed. If you want to eat at the fish restaurant (with Michelin star) in Stein, you have to reserve at least one week in advance in high season. Next to it you can also enjoy good food at the Stein Inn.
Sitecode: 53439
For a free spot, this CP is ideal for an overnight stay with a restaurant / pub and beautiful meadow with picnic tables. However, a lot of traffic noise.
