The view over the lake is breathtaking. However, in hot weather, there's no shade anywhere, and the gravel on the campsite gets incredibly hot! The sanitary facilities are very good and clean. The downside is that you get €1 deducted from your card every time you use the sanitary block! During our stay, the lake level was extremely low, and the ferry service was suspended. Cycling was also restricted!

Pitches overlooking the lake, some shaded by trees. Showers and toilets are clean and free. Water and waste disposal are included. The price of €29 may sound high at first, but since there are no additional costs, it's reasonable. There's a swimming area right next to the campsite; water shoes are recommended! The only downside is the road, but it's quiet at night.

A large meadow or partially gravelled pitches situated by a beautiful lake, perfect for swimming. Very quiet at night. Two toilets each for men and women, somewhat cramped. Two showers each, with 2 minutes costing €0.50. We paid €22 per night without electricity.

Large and quiet pitches surrounded by lush greenery. Two toilets each for women and men, which were always clean. We didn't use the showers at the Sibyllenbad spa. The adjacent spa park is beautifully landscaped with an exercise course for all ages and various themed gardens. There are many hiking trails and good cycling opportunities for e-bikers.

Small, lovely campsite in a very quiet location. Two toilets and showers in one room, very clean! The price of €17 includes electricity. This is exactly the kind of campsite I like!

Positive: Oberhof is easy to reach. Located close to the Rennsteig hiking trail. Friendly welcome. Negative: Huge open space on asphalt with no atmosphere. The trash cans in the restroom were overflowing and there was no toilet paper. This means it wasn't cleaned every day!

A nicely laid-out campsite for €14/day with water and waste disposal facilities, showers and toilets. You can buy chilled wine and local honey. We slept very well!

We stayed for one night, €15 with ACSI. The pitch was large enough for our 8m caravan plus bike rack. We were in the back under the trees and had a quiet night. The sanitary facilities are okay, the only drawback being the missing toilet seat.

Spacious pitches under pine trees, lovely atmosphere. The sanitary facilities are good and cleaned several times a day. About 400m to the beautiful bay. We stayed here for 6 days and felt very comfortable! Only on the 5th day did an Englishman arrive at the neighboring pitch and leave his air conditioning running. We didn't like that so much!

Spacious areas under palm and eucalyptus trees, which shed a lot of leaves. Large showers with hot water. Unfortunately, only the small swimming pool was open. €25 with ACSI in May. From here you are directly in the hiking and cycling area.

Campsite with a great view of the sea and a pleasant atmosphere. The restrooms were modern and very clean. We paid €25 without electricity in May. The only drawback: With our 8m long tent plus bike rack, we could only park at an angle and barely fit on the pitch. The access road to the site is very narrow!

Quiet place near the lake. Modern and clean sanitary facilities in old houses. Lots of cabins and mobile homes. We paid 19.50 euros without electricity for a mobile home and 2 people.

Meadow surrounded by trees and bushes. You can choose the pitch yourself. Very quiet. Showers and toilet clean. We will be back!
