A beautiful spot right on the canal. But a main road runs right next to it, with lots of rush-hour traffic in the morning. I couldn't sleep in.

The view of the Rhine from the Lorelei rock is truly impressive. Otherwise, there's nothing offered for the now €15 per night and €5 daily parking fee.

The motorhome parking area is located outside the campsite on the grounds of the visitor car park. It is a gravelled area, bordered at the rear by a privacy screen.

An idyllic little spot. There's a small garden, a tent, and a caravan. Only one more motorhome can fit, so contact the owner beforehand.

The spot right next to the campervan sign is quite sloping, but there are level areas close by. No services whatsoever, but plenty of peace and quiet.

Opposite, at Weinbergstraße 7, is the Bistro Leporello (with a terrace). And on the ground floor of the same building is the second-hand store "Hempels Sofa." There, during opening hours, two new Miele washing machines and a dryer are available for everyone to use at reasonable rates, as shown in the photos. Motorhome owners are especially welcome.

It can get quite noisy during the day because the road is popular with motorcyclists, many of whom have modified their exhaust systems. It becomes pleasantly quiet in the evenings. The large expanse of asphalt is certainly not a pretty sight.
