Unfortunately, the place is a bit neglected, it would be nice if the smokers didn't leave their cigarettes on the ground, it's so disgusting, and the people traveling with caravans polluted the ground with gray water, the community could do something about it, what a pity

Very nice place but unfortunately the lady at the front desk was very unfriendly which is not possible ... so only two stars. Wedges are an advantage

Very quiet location, the operator friendly and speaks German, the city of Franzensbad (less than 10 minutes away) is beautiful where you can eat very well and cheaply. For one night with a mobile home and dog, two people, electricity, water € 22, thanks to the operator

super nice parking space at an old brick factory, great bike paths / walking paths so idyllic pure relaxation, Everything you need

The place is okay, a bit noisy during the day, very nice bike paths and a request to the smokers .... Don't always load your cigarette butts on the floor, you don't do that at home either, or 🤷🏻‍♀️

unfortunately everything is covered with caravans that keep their dogs on a short chain and simply drain their gray water, everyone has a washing machine that is simply drained, we drive on tomorrow, so terrible.
