Campervan sites have been moved east. Parking at the visitor center is now prohibited for campervans. This change and coordinates have been communicated to CC. New photos have been added.

There are plenty of parking spaces for cars in Triberg, but only a limited number of campervan spaces. When the drivers returned, I politely asked them to keep this in mind. Well, that almost turned into a fight... next time I'll call the police!

There's a new prohibition sign up again: no overnight stays between 10pm and 6am!

Great camper site and hospitable owners. Franeker and Harlingen are a short bike ride away. A guided city walk through Franeker is highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

A lovely place, therefore stayed 5 days! Beautiful cycling routes via Komoot and beautiful walking area behind the camper place. Facilities are well maintained. Enthusiastic and friendly managers with plans for the future. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful place and hospitable welcome! Harbor Master Freek was very helpful and solution-oriented when placed in a temporary 'emergency' location. We enjoyed the blossoms along De Linge.

We will do a tour of the Netherlands in the autumn, including an evening visit to family in 's-Hertogenbosch. Then overnight at the camper place, there were only 6 places occupied. But even then we have to leave before 11 o'clock in the morning, so there is no time left to visit the city center and support the local businesses. Thank you municipality for this beautiful camper place, but make the (much too) high entrance fee valid for 24 hours! There is also a chance of a higher occupancy rate.

We are here regularly for family visits. Great place to stay with good facilities and close to the city center. Request to the manager to close the barrier access from 10 pm ... we were awakened at 1:08 am by an incoming (foreign) camper that found a place with the "necessary" noise. Lack of decency should then be regulated, alas!

A pearl in Berkelland! Neatly maintained camper place. We were here for 3 nights with max. 4 campers. Nice walk with a city map of Borculo. We also enjoyed beautiful cycling routes and the autumn colors in the Achterhoek. Looking forward to next time!

We were passing through and only spent the night at this new motorhome. Everything well laid out and cared for. Unfortunately a lot of rain during our stay. We would like to come back in better weather, also to discover the beautiful surroundings.

Great place to stay for up to 24 hours! Many motorhomes in transit, some come in late or leave early. Motorhome is secured with cameras, well lit and everything is automated. Rate is now € 18, services pay extra with ticket card based on consumption of water and electricity. Payment terminal only accepts cash euros (notes and coins), preferably exact. There are beautiful cycling routes nearby, if you still have time.

Great landscape campsite! We enjoyed the peace, space and surroundings here. There are information folders with beautiful cycling routes at the office. Recommendations: Rural route (long) around Maldegem and the Panorama route along the Western Scheldt coast, both approx. 60km from the campsite (see photos).

Safe parking and camper place with overnight stay for a restaurant visit with friends in the center of Oosterhout. Also made a beautiful bike ride through the woods of Oosterhout. We did not use the camper facilities but everything looked well cared for. It's great that places like this still exist in the Netherlands!

Great motorhome, everything well cared for! Good value for money. Thermen sauna was lovely, various corona measures, pre-registration / reservation, max 4 hours (no day ticket). Beautiful historic city center within walking distance. Erwin Hymer Museum is recommended, nice concept and very informative (all in German), lead time approx. 2 o'clock.

Still a great service place. Gandino is nothing special but for an overnight stay this place is ok. Delicious eaten at Ristorante Al Portichetto, 850m uphill walk along the road.

What a beautiful and peaceful place! We stayed here for 2 nights with a maximum of 5 campers. You must be self-sufficient, only waste containers and discharge point for cassette toilet are available. Furthermore, a beautiful view over Lago d'Idro and also a paragliding training center next to the motorhome. There was a lot of practice, even a number of emergency landings in the lake. Nice to see (with binoculars). Nice walks along the rivers.

Peaceful overnight stay in this special Area Comunale. Steep access road is easy to do, but the parking spaces were originally made for passenger cars. In the middle alley, compartments with overhang at the back are possible. We ate delicious and cheap pizzas in restaurant La Luce sul Lago upstairs, diagonally opposite the parking lot.

Popular motorhome area within walking distance of Riva and Torbole. Come on time because at the end of the afternoon it is also completely full at the beginning of October. We were able to sleep peacefully here for 2 nights. Camper facilities are okay, but with only 1 drinking water tap (opposite the waste pit) you always have to be careful! We did not use the shower and toilet at the bar.

Neat family campsite on Lake Garda. At the end of September many seniors Germans with campers, supplemented on weekends with Italian families. We paid a total of € 138 for 6 nights, good value for money. We cycled along the Mincio (Borghetto) and Lake Garda to Sirmione and Bardolino. Delicious eaten in Lasangeria Botteghina in Peschiera (authentic dishes).

Nice spacious free motorhome or parking just outside the historic center. At 1.5 km walking distance to the beautiful Basilica. We were just passing through and didn't stay here overnight.

Quiet free overnight stay on the Po. We were with 4 campers. Neat environment with waste bins (separated), no further details.

Beautiful parking for a visit to the town, but the rate for a camper is max € 27 per day. Payment for shorter visits is also possible. Pay with lots of coins or debit card... but our debit card was not accepted. Parking attendant checks strictly. We drove on, very unfortunate.

Excellent free overnight stay, all facilities are (still?) free. Access barrier with pass system. No shade during the day, good lighting at night. Video surveillance at the entrance. No waste containers! Segusino is a quiet (half deserted) village. We had a nice meal at restaurant Cupido.

For € 20 (without electricity) slept peacefully here. Camper place was almost full. Only later in the evening had a good meal in the restaurant, all tables occupied and long waiting times. Pay cash only! For us a good place to stay for transit.

Mini campsite with many more motorhomes than caravans. Spacious green pitches. Facilities are fine, only the gray water drain is a street gully (indicated with a sign). De Helling is an excellent starting point for a city walk in Culemborg, cycling trips along Linge and Lek, for example, and train return to CS Utrecht. Tip: call first to make a reservation.

In Geldermalsen they got it right; more spacious motorhome pitches and new facilities. In addition, very friendly and hospitable volunteers! An example for the rest of the Netherlands. When everything is ready 5 stars, well deserved!

Well-maintained motorhome at a quiet marina (no sailing boats). Facilities are ok. Beautiful junction cycling routes in the area. Simple catering within walking distance, no further entertainment.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Terrain and camper facilities are perfectly fine. In addition, very friendly, hospitable and involved managers. What more could a motor home owner want?

Good free overnight place with beautiful views. Nice walk to the center of Wageningen. Woken up at 6 am by heavy freight traffic around the Rijnhaven, but we knew that beforehand ....

April 13-15, 2021 Quiet camper place and great base for long bike rides in beautiful surroundings. Clean and simple sanitary facilities, corona rules were properly applied. Reservation costs € 7.50 is unusual, especially in the low season.

April 13, 2021 Quiet overnight stay near the center, partly due to the curfew from 10 pm. Would love to come back when the catering industry is open again.

We have been here again for a few nights for family visits in the region. Also made a beautiful long bike ride around De Regge. The sanitary facilities on the campsite were available and very clean, the corona rules were neatly applied.

Nice overnight stay within walking distance of the historic center of Doesburg. Ticket and RV facilities are only available with a pass from the payment machine at the harbor office (added photos). Harbor master is friendly and helpful, but not often present (in the preseason).

Nice, simple and quiet campsite during a busy Easter weekend (camper pitches in the area were all reserved in advance). Plenty of space and clean sanitary facilities at the Rozenhorst. Friendly and committed managers. Beautiful walking and cycling routes on both sides of the Maas. Excellent bakery Smits around the corner. We would like to come back again during the rose season in Lottum.

It seldom happens that we stay somewhere for 8 nights. At the Petrushoeve we even extended our Camper pitch Plus 2x. Wonderful walking and cycling in a varied landscape. At the end of March 2021 we enjoyed beautiful "summer" weather. This location has arranged everything well, the corona rules were also neatly applied. Managers make fresh pizzas and sandwiches in their own kitchen. Everything else quiet, except for the frogs and birds.

We are here regularly for family visits in the region. Great camper place, even in winter, although we are often all alone or with only a few campers. Friendly harbor master and everything is well organized, the sanitary facilities are very clean and 'corona proof'. De Punt is beautifully situated for a walk on the ramparts around the historic city center. Also beautiful cycling on the Waaldijk and the winding dikes along De Linge.

Been here only for the facilities, cassette discharge and drinking water drawers with coins 20ct. Service column worked great even at temperatures around freezing! Camperplace / parking looked desolate, therefore drove to Bad Bentheim.

We stood here alone, nice and quiet. Nice outlet center, village center and various supermarkets within walking distance.

We spent a wonderfully peaceful night here (with 1 camper). During the day I made a 9 km walk around the lakes in a fantastic autumn setting.

Quiet overnight place. At the weekend many visitors for swimming pool and sauna. Parking silent and abandoned after 10 pm.

We are here for the 2nd time now, a quiet place for one night. Facilities not used.

Quiet overnight place during our fall tour. Beautiful walk (red 10km) made in the area of the abbey. Cozy restaurants in the area.

Slept peacefully here on the return journey from De Provence. Lots of space, also for larger campers and trailers. Tip: park in the back of the last box with a view of the beautiful graffiti wall. The other sections are the most filled with passenger cars.

Slept well here 2 nights over the weekend. Visit to Citadel is impressive. Narrow and steep access road, watch oncoming traffic! Also to do well with trailer. Sometimes local motocross riders are active in the area, a pity about the noise, otherwise very quiet.

Had a quiet overnight stay, services are okay. Camper parking is well lit at night!

Quiet place to stay on the road It is a pity that the renovated site was not flattened first, all campers were on blocks.

Great overnight place on transit to Denmark. Clean toilets in the ferry house. Only suitable for motorhomes up to 7 meters! Beautiful view of the ferry and the passing sea ships.

Great parking for an overnight stay en route. Also a nice area. Not suitable for larger campers and actually not for multiple campers. This small parking lot was crowded during the day (Sunday) by visitors of the smallest Mairie, church and walkers. Keep this in mind.

Excellent starting point for the Voie Verte, direction Saumur, Tours and Chinon. We were nice and quiet on the grass of the overflow parking behind the motorhome. The sani station is indeed questionable. Toilet cassettes were discharged into both wells (before and behind the wall) without (after) flushing, yuck! See pictures. What happens to both faucets when the water is reconnected?

Wonderfully quiet spot along the Loire. Arrived in the afternoon, seats outside and enjoyed the spring sun. Enough space, we were with 6 campers. No one was connected to 220V. Only service column used for discharging and flushing toilet cassette, fine!

Niort is a surprisingly beautiful city with a great camper place for transit. Be sure to take a walk through the park over the bridges to the old center with a pedestrian area. Tip: pay € 10 with appropriate money to the parking guard.

Here stood 2 nights free after informative wine tasting and wine purchase, together with friends from NL. This is a wonderfully peaceful place in the vineyard. Also been on the bike to Bordeaux, the 30km bicycle route is a challenge. PS Do NOT call the telephone numbers according to the sign at the entrance, the new number is 0033686820219 (communicate the change).

We spent the night here for the Piste Roger Lapébie. One day cycling to Bordeaux 50 km vv, the other day to Sauveterre de Guyenne 67 km vv Beautiful old railway line, beautiful cycling route, well-paved road (photos added). Also good pizzeria 100 meters from motorhome. We have not used the facilities at the motorhome (with tokens).

We stood here alone at this beautiful place. A walk to the old church with surrounding tombs is really worth it. Silent at night. The public toilet is super clean. Just search for the water tap, at the back left at the bar.

Slept peacefully on this motorhome. The access road is fairly narrow, sometimes steep and with thresholds. Because of the rain we did not walk there. There were 5 campers scattered throughout the car parks. After one night in transit again.

Excellent free parking for campers (max. 48 hours). Slept peacefully at night. Facilities are ok too. Historic center of León within walking distance. Many beautifully restored monuments in the pedestrian zone. Recommended!

Great camper place, facilities are also okay. Sewer air is sometimes annoying, too bad! Nice walk made over and around the fortress wall and through the citadel. Sunday evening without reservation delicious dinner at Tasca do zéTuga (MasterChef Portugal 2014), a taste sensation for € 40 pp

Beautiful place with a view. We were here 2 nights with a maximum of 4 campers on the weekend. Regular local visitors during the day. It will be much busier with beach weather.

Here stood 2 nights. Ecopista was restricted to the east due to digging. A nice walk on Ecopista to the city center. Facilities are okay (showers not used).

We were only here for the services along our route. The service area was probably conceived by someone without a motorhome experience. Unfortunate location, situated on a corner with a significant rise. Be careful when parking, especially with a rear overhang! Discharge and intake of drinking water is ok (tap without thread).

We are here for the 3rd time now, remains a nice place on the Douro. This time made a boat trip with a small boat from the quay € 10 pp for 1 hour. Recommended: by train to Pocinho, beautiful route along the Douro, day return € 8.70 pp Our follow-up route with the camper on the N222 towards Vila Nova de Foz Cõa is beautiful!

What a surprisingly beautiful place with a beautiful view over the Douro. On Sunday afternoon many visitors for photo sessions on the scaffolding. Very quiet at night.

We arrived here on Saturday afternoon and it was a lot of traffic coming and going on this dead end road / quay. We actually think this is not a suitable parking space for campers. For our night's rest we left at 10 pm for the park at the Barragem do Torrāo (4 km further).

We were only here for the facilities, discharge and fresh water. Everything available. Large, atmospheric parking with today (Saturday afternoon) many coaches, no campers. We drove on to the beautiful Douro valley.

Nice place for an overnight stay and a walk to the beach. We stood on the unpaved part to the right of the boat ramp, beautiful view of the water.

Parking is accessible but the beach is not due to a lot of dune erosion, the coastline is set off along the parking lot. Photos added. We drove on after a few hours, did not spend the night here (also no 3G reception).

Beautiful place on the tidal water. Here stood 2 days and nights. Daytime activities by local fishermen and visitors, very quiet at night. Nice bike route driven to Torreira and S. Jacinto (70km vv). Also delicious eaten in restaurant O Bico.

Here stood 2 nights. Nice place behind the dunes. Cycle tour along the coast to the lighthouse of Barra and also visited the center of Aveiro (round of 55 km). Camperplace facilities are okay, we did not use the aquapark shower. Friendly manager. Price with electricity € 9.50 per day. Only facilities for passers-by, discharges and fresh water, total € 2.50.

We are here for the 2nd time now. Still the best parking for an overnight stay and a visit to the beautiful city center. You don't need more.

Good camper place at the beach. Much hurricane damage still visible in the area (autumn 2018). More to the south, large areas have been destroyed by forest fires. We stayed one night, it was not yet beach weather and the village does not have much to offer. It will undoubtedly become busier.

A special mix-parking because of the spectacular coastline and the beautiful view. Many passers-by (viewers) during the day, quiet at night. The wild surf makes more noise than a busy highway. We were there with 3 other campers.

Good camper place and facilities. We stopped here en route for visit city and castle (renovation is almost finished). Our batteries are also recharged with free 230V. Top! For the night we drove to Sao Pedro de Moel.

Excellent overnight stay after a visit to Fatima. Facilities are good too. The "Grutas da Moeda" are worth a visit (with English speaking guide).

Good and free parking for a visit to the large Santuario. All campers are on blocks. We drove in the afternoon, without overnight stay.

What a beautiful lively place along the edge of the beautiful park. At the weekend many families with children for day recreation and terrace visits. Park the motorhome neatly between the trees (not in length!). We have (also) delicious eaten at Recanto de Barquinha. Facilities motorhome are okay.

Great place for a quiet night. We stood alone here. Furthermore nothing special.

Nice parking space with good facilities. A lot of noise pollution caused by fairgrounds on the other side of the river. The adjacent café also became busier on Friday evening. We only drove in the evening for a night's sleep. Too bad, next time better.

Space enough on this mega parking in the center, great for an overnight stay and city visit with castle.

March 4, 2019 We came here for an overnight stay and to refuel LPG at Galp on the same access road. This street with small vowels caused a lot of tire noise, after an hour we drove to a quiet camper place at a reservoir.

22 Feb 2019 Good camper place for an overnight stay and a visit to the manicured town. Facilities are okay. Conveniently located, 6km from the A4 Sevilla-Cordoba.

Excellent free motorhome and facilities. Historic town is beautiful for a walk through steep streets. Traffic is busy during the day but not at night, sleeping peacefully.

Here stood 3 nights for cycling on the Via Verdes de la Subbética and VV del Aceite. Electricity for recharging E-bikes for € 3 per day via Centro Cicloturista. Discharge cassette toilet in the drain on the bike path on the other side of the road near the tunnel is very illogical / strange. Unfortunately traffic noise from the main road, also at night.

Note: steep access road, be careful for overhang and / or towbar. Parking for campers was occupied by a coach. We have only parked here for a walk around the castle and the church. Worth the effort.

Quietly slept at 14km from the N-432, we were alone. Suspension bridge above town is exclusively for strumming in the season € 5 pp Facilities well usable (toilets closed).

Here stood 3 nights (2dg) because of the beautiful location and the spring weather. Also nice walk (6km) through the valley behind the dam, steep climb!

What a dream place for an overnight stay! We were only here under the starry sky. Great view and a beautiful sunset, photos added. Hardened access road is narrow, curvy and fairly steep, not suitable for larger motorhomes> 7m. Only parking, no facilities!

February 9, 2019 We stood here alone and with a secure feeling. An example motorhome with good facilities. Caljayar is a nice town for a circular walk (follow the route rules).

07 February 2019 A perfect motorhome for the facilities and friendly manager. The area is unfortunately not to see. Excellent overnight stay and the next day again to the Faro de Cabo de Gata.

We were a bit further towards Mojacar with several campers, between the road and the beach (same access). Excellent overnight stay and beautiful coastal walk to Mojacar, photos added.

We are here again for the excellent services and a visit to Cartagena. New at the motorhome and petrol station are a good laundry and a Spar minimarket, see pictures (added).

Excellent parking for a quiet night. We stood with 12 campers, all neatly in the boxes. Nice climb to the lighthouse for a beautiful view and a marked walk around the cliffs to the harbor.

Beautiful motorhome for an overnight stay, a visit to the town and a walk to the castle. Unfortunately, the water taps were (temporarily) closed, probably because of night frost. Woken early in the morning by roosters and church bells.

Quiet overnight stay with 5 Spanish campers on Friday evening. Saturday visited the old city, steep climb is worth it!

9 Jan 2019 Still a fantastic place for an overnight stay. In the beginning of January everything is closed but the historic town remains very beautiful and is illuminated in the evening. We only stood on a mega parking lot, which will be different in summer. The parking fee until 21.00 is € 0.50 per hour.

08 Jan 2019. Also in the winter months a beautiful motorhome for an overnight stay. The power box is closed and the sanitary building is not clean. The outside tap works. We were here with one camper, it will certainly be busier in the summer months.

7 Jan 2019 Also in the winter a great place to stay for on the road, we were alone. Supermarket and bakery closed on Mondays.

06 Jan 2019 Quiet motorhome in the middle of the old town. Parking is equipped for passenger cars but there is enough space in the back for a number of campers. Facilities are okay.

05 Jan 2019. Bonneval is a beautiful town for an overnight stay. The waterways are colorfully lit at night. In 15 minutes you walk around the outer canal. Quietly slept at the end of the parking lot, in front of the playground.

04 Jan 2019. On the way to Spain here overnight, nice and quiet with only 4 campers. Bakker came along around 9.20 am, also jetons available. Facilities look good but we did not use them. Nice village for a walk, recommended.

Quiet overnight stay for transit. We stood with 5 campers on a further almost unused parking space. In the morning it was just as busy with cars for students. Formally only 2 camper pitches with sign are indicated. Also one space reserved for the facilities. Expansion of the number of camper (parking) places would be nice. A sample location for many municipalities in the Netherlands.

Prima modern motorhome for overnight stay. All facilities are in order. Also suitable for large campers and / or trailers. Tip: visit the city center of Moers via vast park by foot or bicycle.

Prima motorhome for transit and visit to beautiful historic city center of Soest. Facilities are good. Sound track is also present at night but earplugs meet. An example for many cities in the Netherlands !!

13-15 June 2018 Prima motorhome, lovely sauna with an hourly aufguss. Beautiful hiking brochure at Touristinfo. Beautiful area for motorcycle tours with lots of curves. Free Sauerland Card with stay. Will definitely come back.

Quiet stopover with overnight stay. Payment in envelope at reception building. Beautiful "Stadtrundwandelung" by historic center, indicated with small signs. Recommended!

What a beautiful little campsite, in the middle of the nature of the Zak van Zuid-Beveland. With (camper) friends here cycled in the most beautiful cycling region of the Netherlands! Enjoyed the peace and the beautiful facilities at the campsite. Welcoming managers.

11-12 May: At the back is a strip for 4-5 campers, indicated with 2 blue signs. In the Ascension weekend there were 18 campers. This does not seem to be a problem outside the opening hours of Slot Loevestein or just for an overnight stay. But this motorhome was also used for day recreation and visitors (BBQ). This could well mean the end of this beautiful motorhome.

Neat motorhome, even in the winter! Slept well, on the way home.

Also in the winter a good overnight stay, without facilities. Only toilet discharge is possible. Note: do not follow your navigation but drive to the center of Gurgy and follow the blue signs Camping-Car (see also previous reviews).

Lovely quiet overnight stay at 390m altitude. Further south along the A75 it was 6 degrees colder at about 1000m. Makes a difference in the winter. Payment terminal still out of use. Carrefour Market 200m has fresh croissants!

Excellent overnight stay on the way to the north or south. Facilities are also okay. We were there with 7 campers. Coastal town is extinct in winter.

Here stood 2 nights for visit old city of Girona. In the evening, exploring the center by bike, doing everything on foot the next day. Cathedral, Basilica, city wall and old town are beautiful. Cpl is reasonably quiet at night. Drainage gray water is okay, open drain with grate is filthy. ATTENTION: only 1 drinking water tap near the drainage ... was (also) used for washing cassette toilet !!

Just stopped here for lunch and a break. Neat cpl with free facilities near the Via Verde. Nice for a next time with better weather. We drove to Girona.

Overnight with rain and lots of wind. Unfortunately because of that not cycled and walked. However, flamingos and other birds were spotted with binoculars. We were there with 6 campers, a quiet and deserted place. Facilities not used.

Excellent overnight stay along the coast with free amenities. Therefore quickly full.

Here stood 3 nights for family visits. Facilities top, moderate environment, highway A7 audible. Spacious pitches that are wind-blown by winter visitors from all over Europe, for, - additional, cooking and party tents. Also often plastic tarpaulins, anti-root cloth, outdoor stuffars, flags and even Christmas lights. Horrible!

Good cpl for visiting Cartagena center (with bicycle). Helpful staff in Shell shop with fresh baguette and good laundry for motorhome. Too bad that the wifi runs out frequently.

25 + 26 Jan 2018 Prima motorhome for a few nights. Showers cpl. not used. Aguilas with bike explored along the boulevard.

Moderate camper place. On Saturday afternoon and evening a number of youngsters drove along the cpl and through the town with crackling dirt bikes and cars. What a noise! At night only dog ​​barking. Town makes a poor impression, the gap is not comparable with Ronda.

We spent the night at the parking at the top of the information center. According to the tourist office in Antequera this is only allowed in low season and NOT on weekends. We left Saturday morning, when it was already busy. Beautiful place despite the strong wind.

Great place for a visit to the historic Antequera and the Alcazaba € 6 pp Monuments are illuminated until 10 pm (in January). Have a quiet sleep. The terrain at Arena also viewed, this parking was abandoned and did not feel good either.

Here 2 nights stood on quiet and almost empty parking. Good facilities, tap drinking water only with pliers to open. Campillos is nice town with plenty of restaurants and shops. From the camper place is a special pedestrian promenade to the center.

Juzcar is a nice smurf village for a walk. Camperplaats was for us a service place, one of the few facilities in the region! Not here overnight.

Good parking for camper to visit the beautiful city of Ronda. We have slept here for 2 nights (weekend). Limited number of places and therefore cpl is full early.

Indeed a site with a beautiful view. We did not stay here overnight because of the noise of the traffic brakes on the main road.

Here 2 nights for a day tour with ebikes over the beautiful Via Verde. See assessment below of Mr. Engelenberg. Take binoculars for the vultures, impressive! Motorhome parking is actually nothing more than a parking space.

Quiet overnight stay on large and almost deserted parking lot, good lighting. Ubrique is a lively town during the day. Camperzone is a small delimited area between blue lines. We stood sheltered in length along the high wall, enough space, also for large campers.

Very quiet place to stay, about 4km from A-369, do not drive into the village with the camper! Free 'private' facilities per motorhome, very special and luxurious ..... and actually also superfluous. Bernarrabá died out at the beginning of January.

The best camper place for a visit to Gibraltar: spacious, clean, quiet, safe (barrier and surveillance). Here stood 2 nights.

Here 2 nights stood on spacious (overflow) parking next to the full official motorhome (1st exit on roundabout). Rota is abandoned in January. Well beautiful wooden promenades along and to the beach.

02-02-2018 Here stood 2 nights before the turn of the year in the center of Seville. Note: New bar-restaurants are closed on New Year's Eve. In the center there were long lines on the street for a spot on the terrace or inside. No chance without a reservation. At Placa Nueva there was a lot of crowds on the streets, no fireworks, but there were grapes and champagne (bring your own). Cathedral and the like are closed on New Year's Day!

30 Dec 2017 Never seen such a deserted coastal town! All (roller) shutters closed and nobody on the street .... at 20gr and sun!? With 6 campers on sandy mix-parking and a beautiful sunset as a gift. New photos added.

Dec 28, 2017 Good overnight at official motorhome, there were also many campers (long-term parking) on ​​large parking. Services not used. Surface is dirty after rain. Nice town for walk, Castello visited for € 1.10 pp, the Revelim was not accessible. Beautiful panoramas about the salt pans. A must for passers.

Nowhere seen a sign for a motorhome, but a big new parking lot. Description is correct. We have added the first photos. Too far away for a visit to Huelva. Route along a desolate seaport and industrial area. We have traveled further without overnight.

Been here 6 nights around Christmas 2017. Wonderfully quiet place with fantastic views. Sanitary simple, spacious showers, hot water and everything clean. Good alternative to overcrowded camper pitches in Silves but camping is located 3.5km outside the city center.

21 Dec 2017 With an average of 9.3 out of 11 reviews, we expected the best motorhome in Portugal. We think that is exaggerated, but the family is doing their best! It is actually a mini campsite with 20 parking spaces. The price-quality is fine, so there were also many winterers with larger campers and an extra car, motorcycle or scooter. The places could have been bigger and flatter.

17 Dec 2017 We have slept here for 2 nights. All 8 free power points were in use by overwinterers and long-term parkers, too bad for passers-by. Village does not mean much.

Dec 8, 2017 On the way from Monsaraz to Serpa via the M517, just take the exit to Estrela. What a great place, see previous reviews! A few hours enjoyed the view, the silence, the sun and a camper lunch. A Wonderful World ....

6 Dec 2017 Servicepunt # 15823 is still operational. The market square is not an official motorhome, nowhere seen a sign. Moreover, parking spaces on the market square are too small for campers. We spent the night on large open terrain at the Largo Gaga Coutinho N 38.77696 W 007.42064. Vila Viçosa is a nice town with beautiful palace, castle and church. Even the curbs are marble!

December 4, 2017 Quiet overnight stay in clean village. Public toilet is on the square, supermarket in street to the motorhome (signs follow).

8 tm 11 Dec 2017 According to Trotter Reisgids Portugal this is one of the best kept campsites in the country ...... we think that is exaggerated. The sanitary building is complete and wheelchair accessible. The showers are wonderfully warm and the floor is even marble. It is unfortunate that uninhabited caravans with awnings remain in the winter, gives an unkempt impression. Serpa is a nice white town.

7 Dec 2017 Indeed a beautiful motorhome because of the great view and decor. We stayed 'down' at the roundabout ... because we are careful with our camper and the glass service. The hard stone cobblestone path to the cpl above has a lot of damage and is pretty steep in the curve. We saw and heard a Belgian drive upstairs ... with the bottom plate (behind) sanding over the boulders.

5 Dec 2017 We only visited the motorhome for good services and a city tour. No more construction activities, everything was neatly laid out, new asphalt, walls and lines. New photos added. Badajoz has a busy center with many shops and large department store El Corte Inglés. Also a mega shopping mall with ample parking outside the city (west side), along the highway to Portugal.

Stay overnight for services and good hot shower. Bureaucratic registration with lots of prints and copies. Our camper was directed to the centimeter by the friendly manager on the spot. Due to the bad weather unfortunately no picture of the campsite and the environment.

Stay overnight in the parking lot in front of the wall, services not used. The city looks like one dog kennel, even at night! Too bad, not recommended.

28 + 29 July 2017. Good and quiet CP in beautiful hiking area, an example for many (small) municipalities. Delicious schnitzels eaten at Zur Quelle, friendly hostess (also speaking NL).

25 + 26 July 2017 Nice parking for motorhome, nice city center close by. Beautiful cycle route on route from the Vennbahn, 35km to Troisvierges. Good information at tourist office.

02-07-2017 Well organized British campsite. Friendly welcome, discount £ 12 with NKC / CCI card. All facilities are well looked after, sanitary facilities very clean. New photos added. Recommend!

28-06-2017 This car park was filled with cars and some campers during the daytime. We have moved to new and more quiet dock park, 400m downstream. See our review there.

25-06-2017 Stout organized British campsite. Lots of cabins, chalets and large caravans. All services are neat and well-kept. Caravan sites on stone are not flat. Prima camping for short stay and / or stop train to Glasgow (one way 50 minutes, £ 5.90 pp return). City sightseeing bus in Glasgow is recommended. New camping photos added.

June 10, 2017 Perfect overnight stay, downtown Inverness within walking distance along the Ness. Friendly reception manager, quiet and spacious places, clean sanitary facilities. Price camper, 2 pers, electr. £ 22. Highly recommended!

Good overnight stay for campers up to 6 meters (in the parking spaces)! Changes reported and added new photos.

On June 2, 2017, this P & R parked for free for a day and evening visit to Edinburgh. Ticket train ride to city center for only £ 3.80 pp We stood here with 3 campers, spread over the mix parking. In the evening late and early in the morning there are some passing races. At night, we slept well after a hard day. Recommend for visiting Edinburgh.
