A typical parking space in a big city. It's more like a parking lot, with the individual mobile homes parked close together. We were incredibly lucky and managed to snag a spot in the "front row" with a direct view of the Rhine. There are maybe 10 or 12 of these in total? Otherwise, you're just parked in a parking lot. The direct proximity to the Rhine is nice, and you can get into the city quite quickly. The zoo is just a few minutes' walk away.

The location right on the river is beautiful, and the sound of the gentle rapids is a wonderful lullaby. We received a friendly welcome, and the small shop at the entrance stocks everything we need. The site is probably heavily populated by long-term campers during peak season; during our visit in March, the first caravans with awnings were just being set up.

Free and tidy parking space next to the sports fields. Great overnight spot for a day trip to Romo. I've done this twice: 5-6 hours' journey from northwest Germany, stay here overnight and head to Rรธmรธ early the next morning. From here to the south beach it's about a 50-minute drive. Then spend the day on the beach and come back here in the evening.

Great place for visiting Wroclaw. I particularly liked the fact that there were no designated stands. All mobiles could park freely on the large meadow areas. There are enough power connections. There is also an open-air sink and one modern and two slightly less modern sanitary containers (each very clean). In the back part of the square there is some fitness equipment, seating areas with tables and a barbecue area.

Looked nice, unfortunately the place was "closed until October 29th". No idea why, a height limit bar blocked the driveway.

Great place, the โฌ 10 for 24 hours includes a beautiful view of Lake Como, electricity, water and waste disposal. You pay in the pizzeria a little way down the street. It is best to order pizzas right away, they are very tasty and also not expensive.

Highly recommended as a free overnight place, the parking spaces are part of the parking areas of the adjacent discounters. Place is right on a main road, but there is little traffic at night. There is a bike rental station (nextbike) and the Schwetzingen Castle is in the immediate vicinity. There is no electricity, but water, toilet disposal (โฌ 1 each) and gray water drainage.

The space is no longer approved for mobile homes. There is a sign at the driveway forbidding vehicles over 1.8 tons. Otherwise a great place with a beautiful view and a good starting point for hikes.

Toller Stellplatz directly on the Ufer des Stausees. Am Wochenende in the Ferien bei destined Wetter natรผrlich gut besucht. Nobody checks.

Good place to stay right on the lake. No further infrastructure. But a dip in the lake in the morning is very refreshing. The water from the hand pump is rusty brown, probably not suitable / intended as drinking water.

Great place to stay right on the A2. It's just a parking lot, but you do not need more at night ;-) In the morning there's fresh bread in the shopping center and what else you need and public toilets.

A perfect, well-designed pitch in the scenic Serra de Estrella. Hard to believe that the place is free. In addition to the great features, there is plenty of peace (apart from the rushing stream), a great view of the mountains and beautiful hiking trails in the area.

Free parking, well located right on the Douro for a sightseeing walk. The place itself is not very nice. The view over the river to the city is great. Quiet at night. You do not have to take the very uneven driveway indicated by the navigation system but can roll a lot more pleasantly onto the course a few meters further (unfortunately I saw it too late ;-)

Nice campsite in a quiet valley under trees. In May, very little visited and therefore very quiet. Good starting point for hikes in the great environment. When approaching with Navi avoid "unpaved roads", we were coming from Spain on the old Roman road, and 'is only partially suitable for today's cars ๐

Large, gravelled parking lot. Good, very quiet place to stay. In some places there is a beautiful view of the Biscay. Right on the square is an old fortress, which can be visited for an entrance fee. A free walk around the fortress is also possible.

Quiet, simple place. Perfect for an overnight stay. There is no VE or other equipment except for trash and container. The environment is certainly sexy, but we drove on the way to Portugal in the morning drove directly.
