When we arrived here on July 7, one camper had already deteriorated, which turned out to be: the payment system was broken and there was not a single camper in this beautiful spot. Called with the number on it, a bit of an unclear conversation, but it was 'kaputt' and that was it.

Discharging gray water and emptying the toilet is no longer possible here. We understand from a nice gentleman who was standing by the medlar tree that the current CP would be closed, perhaps that a new CP can be realized at another location. Hopefully that will happen, beautiful place and monastery

When you arrive at the camp, you must first get a key. on the information board there are 2 addresses: Zum Fass from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and tourist info from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. At Zum Fass you will NOT receive a key for electricity/water. These two locations are completely separate from each other. You cannot stay overnight here outside the stated times. It's a strange construction.

Very nice hostess, nice to chat with. Provides a lot of information about what to do. Price for camper is on the high side given the facilities that can be used.

Prima Camperplaats and well maintained. Würzburg only 6 km on the bike along the Main. Only downside is the road that runs behind the motorhome, but after 22.00 hours little traffic. For us a great place to stand again.

We stood here 19/20 February. It's a great place. The last train left at 20.30 and the first the next day at 6.30 am. They give absolutely no inconvenience. Altglashütten The village is small but has good restaurants. The ski slope is within walking distance of the cp and was crowded. For one night you can choose: 12 hours € 5.-, 24 hours € 10.-
